We absolutely love Kids Double Time! Great value, great selection. The employees are so helpful and sweet! The in store credit is a great option. Thrifting is such a great way to give a second life to toys and continue to bring joy. My kids love exploring and finding new things every time we go. The prices are very fair. Definitely recommend!

My sister been going to this store for 22 years with my mom. When I had my second child in LA. This best place to get baby must haves. Baby swing, crib, baby clothes. Everything looks brand new and good condition. I love this place for the holidays get outfits for my kids, nieces and nephews all year round. Yesterday they saved us with a double stroller for my kids at Disneyland. I rather buy here than big stores. You have to love the two beautiful ladies positive vibes and so helpful. Love discount on items that looks brand new

HUGE selection of clothes and toys and games. The ladies running the store are extremely nice and helpful. I love supporting this woman-owned business that helps reduce waste in society. Their items are high quality. I've spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and saved thousands. Worth the trip!

Love this place. First time stopping by and I'm so surprised how many toys they have. Lot of great wooden toys available.

This is more of a retro vintage store and what makes this place different is that they don't just collect donations, the owner actually hits the road sometimes and brings back really cool finds from other areas. There are a ton of really stylish, funky, colorful artsy pieces to bring flair to your life or you! There are tons of goodies to help you communicate your vibe! I love stepping into the store getting lost in the retro gems mixed with the nostalgic inner child funtastic finds! They also had some sunny yard artwork outside! I can't wait to go back!

Unfortunately, the checkout experience left me feeling disappointed. A couple prices being adjusted on the spot is understandable, but having tags removed and being quoted significantly higher prices felt uncomfortable and unexpected. One used purse was priced close to (or above) what I could purchase it for new at a regular retail store, and it wasn't a vintage item. It genuinely hurt to leave the items behind because I loved what I found. I just couldn't move forward with pricing that felt inconsistent. I hope the shop can work toward more transparent pricing, as it really is a lovely space with so much potential.

I went to 2nd Street to sell some clothes, and they do things a little differently. Usually when…read moreyou sell clothes, you get the option of cash or store credit. The only option here was cash. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.

Over the past year, l've noticed a big improvement in how things are run, and I truly think the new store manager deserves credit for that. In previous years, when I brought in clothes to sell, my experiences with some of the buyers felt very unprofessional, in fact I had multiple bad experiences with one of the female buyers that I notice still works there. She was very rude and condescending and now when I come in to sell I specifically don't want her to attend me. However, this year has been a completely different story. The newer buyers seem much better trained, more organized, respectful, and clear in how they take care of their customers. The whole process feels smoother and more customer-focused now, which makes a huge difference. In fact, today I had a question about the pricing of some of my items and the new store manager was very helpful and I left feeling very happy! Because of these positive changes, I actually look forward to bringing items in again, and I feel more confident in the process when working with the newer staff. Overall, I'm glad to see the progress and hope it continues in this direction. I have also recommended this location to my family and friends and they love the store!

I also bought some tan I AM GIA cargo pants that were super cute, and a pair of acid‑wash grayish‑black utility pants that I thought were really cool. Selling with them is super quick and easy. I've sold there about three times now. The store is organized, easy to navigate, and the prices are decent. They never have a lot of shoes in my size though; I'm an 8/8.5 in women's, and that section is always sparse. They always have tons of 9s, 10s, 5s, and 6s... The staff is always stylish and friendly. Definitely my go to when I want to switch out wardrobe pieces since they let you trade for store credit or take cash. This time I took cash, but usually I choose store credit because you get a little more.
