We went and even after paying the seamstress an additional $40 bucks, the dress was not let out enough. My daughter didn't get to wear it for her recital and I paid extra because this wealthy owner didn't give a crap about a single mom with multiple jobs who was just trying to provide a nice dress for her daughter. When we had been there before, it was younger woman who was much nicer but after this experience, I will never go there again. (The previous dresses I'd gotten her the prior year were also from the clearance rack because that's all I could afford) Snobby and unsympathetic owner.

When we checked out we found out that the $10 coupon was good as long as we spent more than $100 and only if we ordered online. I wanted 8 shirts, and they only had seven in stock. We had to stop the checkout process and then go through the process of ordering everything online for delivery. Quite inflexible. I wanted to try a couple of the shirts to make sure they fit. I have trouble with one of my arms and have a very hard time taking a t-shirt on and off so my husband was going to come into the try on cubicle with me, but we were told only one person was allowed. I haven't seen this deal anywhere so I knew I had to jump on the deal. We did the transaction over the phone. I didn't pick up the car seat right away as I live far. Prior to pick up, it would of been helpful if the lady would of gave me a heads up on the parking situation. The store is on busy Ventura Blvd, which is all metered parking - good luck basically if you come here on a weekend, which I did. The day I show up there's no spots near & I ended up parking in loading which made me so paranoid of getting a ticket. I ended up asking the employee if I can park in the back & she said I could go around. Good thing I did because this car seat was HEAVY & BARELY fit in the car. I also did look around the store to see what else they have for sale. This truly is an infant store. You won't find toddler clothing or toys. All the merchandise is specifically geared towards infancy, which is nice, especially for first time parents who need all the things.
