They then send in the floor host or whatever, she said these tables were reserved in person, guests put down the name and they do not take special place reservations on the phone. I said, well the person who took the reservation did not say anything. And what's the point in making a difference between a reservation in person and one on the phone? Food is just average, and quite overpriced for what you get. There are better options downtown at this price range. Service was sloppy throughout the dinner. Seriously, get your service together. When your staff drops the ball, own up to it, not even a simple apology was offered. Unacceptable.
