    There truly are no words that can express my gratitude, appreciation and love for the entire Jane Hammond Events Team for creating the most incredible night of our lives. My husband and I, and our family, and our friends, and our wedding party, and our guests (and probably guests dogs cousins) have been raving about flawlessness of our wedding; all thanks to Naomi and the JHE team. I've said it before and I'll say it again - THIS IS THE DREAM TEAM FOR ANY EVENT PLANNING, especially weddings, I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about how they created an event that exceeded all of our wildest dreams for our special day. My husband and I were moving across the country for the year leading up to our wedding, and because of this big move we decided to book a planner 12+ months from our date. With living on the other side of the country during our wedding planning process, we knew we needed a team to help us. Jane Hammond and her Sr. Event Manager; Naomi agreed to meet with us to discuss our vision, our timeline and their availability. Despite their busy calendars with more pressing events, they were welcoming to us and our wedding that was more than a year out! My husband and I were already so impressed by their responsiveness and client-first attitude before the meeting that the in-person consultation felt more like a formality and we were thrilled to be working with them! Naomi was completely on top of everything for the rest of the planning process. She understood our vision from the start, even though some of our ideas were unique to us; a surprise Chambong toast. We wanted a modern, classic, tropical inspired wedding in the heart of San Francisco, and Naomi shared recommendations for additional vendors (DJ, Lighting, Florals, etc) and we booked all of them! Naomi took care of all the details of planning, including handling almost all communication with our venue and the vendors we had booked. That left only the fun part of planning to us! We worked with her to decide on food and decor, and she completely insulated us from the difficult chore of logistics. She also worked around our schedules to make everything as convenient for us as possible, even meeting with us during busy holiday times when we were in town visiting with family. We ended up having a great time planning our wedding, and with Naomi keeping us on track, we managed to get through the whole process without feeling stressed or panicky! It goes without saying that both our wedding day and rehearsal went perfectly; keep in mind we had 9 bridesmaids, 9 groomsman, 4 ushers and our immediate families on hand! By the time we arrived at our venue for the rehearsal, all the details were coordinated, and there were no tasks left for us or our wedding party to do. Naomi arrived early to coordinate the set up, after having received and personally driven our signage, surprise favors, and even coordinated a custom neon sign to be hung on a custom backdrop for our photobooth! If any issues came up the week leading to our Wedding or on the day, we didn't hear about it. Whenever I saw her she seemed to be busy but calm, in complete control and with a smile for everyone she passed. Our parents adored her, and kept talking about what a great energy she brought to our wedding! I can't recommend Naomi and The Jane Hammond Events Team highly enough. Hopefully this long review conveys just a small part of how much my husband and I appreciated the entire team being there for us during the months leading up to our wedding. We really couldn't have done it without Jane and Naomi, and if we ever need to plan any kind of event again, we'll definitely be calling Jane Hammond Events! Thank you again to the ENTIRE Jane Hammond Events Team for making the best day of our lives more incredible than we ever could have imagined or hoped!

    My (now) husband and I could not have been more thrilled and lucky to get to work with Jane and team when planning our wedding. Looking back, the 3 year (!) planning cycle was nothing short of dramatic ... a venue that cancelled on us with 7 months to go, followed quickly by covid delays and then ultimate cancellation, a new date, downsizing and yet another change of venue. The team stayed unwavering and strong in their support of us. Adapting to all the changing circumstances and providing endless supportive advice. Ceanna has become a true friend and confidant through the process and we would not have gotten our dream day if it wasn't for this unbreakable team. Our day was perfectly executed, better than my vision of how it could have been. . . My only regret, not getting to eat and enjoy the wonderful catering they provide!! Luckily that means we just have to have many more parties and events with this incredible crew. Thank you Jane Hammond Events for giving us these memories! We love you guys!!

    We hired Jane Hammond Events for our September wedding reception at the Golden Gate Club (San Francisco Presidio). Aside from catering the food, JHE helped us plan almost every detail of the reception. JHE set up the venue, arranged for various rentals (furniture and linens), arranged for lighting and candles, and coordinated with third party vendors for the day-of. They even set up the table cards and escort cards that we made ourselves. All we had to worry about the day of the wedding was showing up!!! Jane's entire team (Jane, Amy, Sian, Naomi) was enthusiastic and creative. They all seem to genuinely love what they do -- and it shows not only in their attitudes but in the final product! We have been fortunate to attend several events catered by JHE, so we had no doubt that the food would be wonderful -- creative, fresh, and tasty! JHE worked with us to create a personalized menu, including appetizers of deep fried artichoke hearts, ceviche, duck breast on brioche, and little pizzas (with gourmet ingredients, of course!). They prepared a wonderfully fall-appropriate heirloom tomato salad as a starter and unique filet mignon and salmon main course dishes. The vegetarian main course dish was ratatouille, which tempted many non-vegetarians. They also provided a fruit and cheese plate for after dinner, mini cupcakes for favors (which the guests still talk about), and a late night snack of french fries. We were able to control the cost, quality, and type of drinks, as JHE allowed us to bring our own alcohol. JHE also made helpful recommendations for other types of vendors. We ended up using their recommendations for our reception venue, photographer, and florist -- all of which were great picks! The reception night ended with a 'to go" food box so we could continue munching on their yummy food in the privacy of our hotel room. Jane and her team were just wonderful. We worked a great deal with Naomi, who is not only one of the sweetest people you will ever meet, but she has great attention to detail and great communication via email and phone (very responsive to our concerns). Naomi (and Jane) lent her expertise as we brainstormed various ideas for the reception. Naomi took total control of the vendors and the wedding time line the day of the reception, so we could relax and enjoy our reception, rather than monitor our watches and micromanage every little detail. Naomi worked with all of the vendors to ensure that the night went smoothly. Over three months later, our guests are still saying it is one of the best receptions they have ever been to!

    We were very lucky to have worked with Jane Hammond and her staff. They were patient, diligent and attentive throughout the whole process. They also made recommendations to a few partnered vendors who worked out perfectly. Naomi, our coordinator, is a superstar with her professionalism and expertise. She came up with things that we would have missed and made our lives easier. We had great confidence in her and the rest of the JHE team. We trusted them that their food was great, so we did not opt for a tasting beforehand. Typically, wedding food is not something that most guests look forward to but JHE exceeded my expectations. They worked with us to develop a custom menu and the execution was flawless. I work in the food industry and can say that I am a very discerning critic, but JHE passed with flying colors. Their quote was fair and the level of service was extraordinary. On the biggest day of our lives, we don't think we could have trusted anyone else!

    Jane and her amazing team catered my wedding at the end of July. We worked very closely with Ceanna, and couldn't have been more pleased. They really listened to us and made our vision come to life. I also LOVED that they didn't hesitate to make suggestions, or offer alternatives. After all, they are the experts. The JHE team- every single person was professional, kind and attentive. They made us and our wedding guest feel like VIP. Anything we needed, they were on it. Ceanna even came to our rehearsal dinner to do a walkthrough with everyone. She is the best. The food- holy wow! The food was amazing. EVERYONE at the wedding loved the food, and some thought they wouldn't. Why? It was 1000% vegetarian. But, Jane and her chefs pulled it off. Everything was so good. From the apps to the buffet, people couldn't get enough. The setup and cleanup- the JHE team made everything look perfect. They were fast, exact and rock starts. They even cleaned everything up beautifully. When we were ready to head home all of decor and personal items were boxed up neatly and waiting for us. They even boxed up a ton of food for us. We for sure had an amazing meal the day after. :) I cannot thank Jane, Ceanna and the rest of the team enough. They are an incredible group of a people with a gift of making challenging events look easy to pull off. If you are thinking about going with her- DO IT! You won't regret it.

However, a few months before the wedding I was so overwhelmed with all the detail that Brenda offered to meet and she just helped me organized my priorities and made me feel really good about the progress I had made. She did the same 6 weeks later. OMG, so helpful to keep me going and manage the overwhelm. As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. During the wedding, Brenda was a total ninja....I barely saw her at the wedding as she was in the background making it all happen so we could enjoy our guests. A guest even took a picture of her that makes her look like the super hero she is, LOL! You will LOVE working with Brenda. I cannot recommend her more vigorously. She is amazing.

From the first call, she put our anxious brains at ease and listened carefully to what weirdo vision we had in mind + what things we were most afraid of turning awry. Having never planned such a fete before, I had hella dumbass questions to lob at her, but that did not faze her at all. Not only is Cierra hypercompetent at her job and super solutions-oriented and knowledgeable, she is a plain joy to talk to and bounce ideas off of and joke around with. Just an all-round cool human that added to the overall atmosphere of love and appreciation we wanted to foster at our wedding (while also running an impeccably tight ship without breaking a sweat). ANYWAY needless to say we are major Cierra fans here and want you all to know that she is a dream collaborator for your big day, may you be so lucky!

They are very easy to coordinate with (Julia even offered her own suggestions to make sure everything ties perfectly together according to theme), arrive on time and make sure everything is perfect until the very end! They even went the extra mile to add extra balloons when we under estimated how big our sequin wall would be. It's been a week post baby shower and our guests are still calling us to rave about the beautiful decor that Julia created. Seriously wish we could give them more than 5 stars!
