Tina was so kind, PATIENT and insightful throughout my dress search. Not only did I find my dress here but my heels, and jewelry too. The collection they have here is better than any of the bridal stores I've been to in the surrounding Houston area. The prices are reasonable in my opinion too or average . We had an appointment at 11:30 and drove 2 hours to this place to look at bridesmaids dresses and they are very limited on their dresses and sizes very disappointed in this place. nice people but horrible dresses and sizes and kept trying to get us to stay and look at dresses that we didn't like! we paid 70$ for 5 mins. read more

On January 14th we went here on a recommendation from a relative. It was a great day with my daughter picking out her dream dress. Tina and Katana were amazing! We decided to use the in store seamstress to make things easier. That afternoon, the seamstress did an initial fitting. We set up to come in again on February 13th first thing in the morning for the 2nd fitting, and since we were driving so far (3 hours one way) we stayed over and they arranged for the seamstress to do the alterations that day, and also do a final fitting that afternoon. We greatly appreciated them going out of their way to accommodate us. To be clear, I had zero complaints; even though we had traveled far, I felt like it had been worth it. April 3rd, was the wedding - my daughter had tried on her dress just for a minute or two 4 times before the wedding to make sure it still fit right. Unfortunately, on the wedding day, a pin that was sewn into the seam of the dress was poking my daughter during her wedding vows. This isn't an insignificant day, and that moment will never be repeated, so it's unfortunate that during her vows, she was being jabbed by a needle and couldn't focus on the event. We rigged the needle after the ceremony so she could get by the rest of the day as it was sewn into the layers of the dress itself. I contacted Tina Monday. She was very defensive, talked loudly over me, and her solution was for me to bring the dress to them so they could fix it. Fix it? Really? I spent $1,849.98 in this store on this outfit, $395 of that was seamstress fees, and I felt a fair resolution was a refund of $200 for what I assume was a needle left by the seamstress as the dress will not be worn again. Admittedly, at the final fitting, all seemed well, and we signed a paper stating as much, but since this is not something worn on a regular basis, this pin likely concealed itself until it was worn for an extended period of time, so I feel like reasonableness on the part of Jane Bridal was necessary. I took photos and called to see where to send them, but Tina said she needed the dress in shop to compare with pictures from her seamstress, but my pictures she couldn't use. I offered, since I'm 3 hours away, to ship if she could provide a shipping label, and she declined. She gave a number to send pictures to, so I sent her pictures and she said that doesn't look like needles her seamstress uses. I advised I don't care where it came from, I purchased the dress from her and I feel like a fair option is a credit for half the alteration fees, they can figure out on their end and she could recoup her cost from them. I let Tina know that I was attempting to resolve this before writing any reviews but that if she insisted on her unsatisfactory and unreasonable resolution, that I would write an honest review so others will know what to expect - which is the point of reviews. She then called my daughter, on her honeymoon, and told her that she should speak with her, tried to tell my daughter that I was unreasonable, and trying to get her to bring the dress in. My daughter called me, distraught, as she was already upset about the needle and at the moment was trying to enjoy some time with her husband. I left Tina a firm message stating she was not to call my daughter again and to only deal with me since my daughter is on her honeymoon and my husband and I were the ones that paid for the dress. After that, I received a call from a man that stated he was the owner of Jane Bridal (Tina had previously said she was) and told me he had all my calls and texts and that I was not to threaten leaving negative reviews and that if I did he would sue me for slander. I'm leaving this review as an honest accounting of what you can expect from this company. Feels like when they are taking your money everything is fine, but when you run into issues, which can happen, from my perspective, this company is not prepared to deal with them in a professional manner. Had the company been reasonable and worked with us on a satisfactory resolution, I would have included that as well. read more

My wife, daughter, and her friends had a great experience when choosing a dress, and we were initially blown away with the service they were receiving, especially that they accommodated them for fittings with the seamstress to maximize their 3 hour travel time. We were let down on the wedding day. The dress itself had a needle that poked my daughter all through her wedding ceremony. My wife has attempted to resolve this with Jane Bridal but the only option they provided was to fix a dress that will never be worn again, if the dress is brought to them 3 hours away. When my wife explained to them that she felt the resolution offered was unacceptable, they called our daughter on her honeymoon and bad mouthed her to my daughter, trying to get her to come bring the dress to them. When my wife called them to tell them to not contact our daughter as she was on her honeymoon, she then received a phone call from a man threatening to sue her for slander and to not contact them again. Looks like this is a recent trend based off of other google reviewer's experiences. I do not recommend. read more
