The only negative I'll mention has to do with the color. While I love the color, I noticed there's some lighter spots throughout on my nails. I can say that they are strong on my fingers. The reason I can't give 5 stars is that the thumb nails both broke the second I got in my car and turned out of the parking lot. Literally just cleaning the bottom off of another nail and Blam it broke. They never got shiny either. They have stayed matte no matter even if I put clear shiny on them. I have never had this happen before. Luckily I have dip at home and filled in the broken park with a similar green and made it work. It's nit as pretty but oh well. The lady was very nice and understood english ok. Maybe better than I could tell. I don't speak Vietnamese so I can't communicate very well either. I won't be back.

He takes his time when shaping my nails. He's done coffin, almond, and recently Stelio nails on me. He always gets the shape just right and always makes sure I'm satisfied. He also goes out of his way to fit you in his busy schedule even if he has to stay after hours to finish a full set. I'm constantly seeing all these new trends with nails on fb, Instagram and Pinterest and always bring a picture with me to show him. He trys his best to recreate it and does a phenomenal job sometimes better than the picture! I've been going to Lovely nails for two years now and hadn't thought to leave a review!! I always tell him that he does a great job and recommend all my friends, coworkers and clients to him. Last night, as always, Romeo did a phenomenal job on my nails. Squeezed me in last min and ended up staying and hour and a half over closing time just to finish my full set. He told me that he has never tried the style I had shown him but that he will make it happen and sure enough he did! Came out better than the picture I showed him. I'm sure he was tired and wanted to go home asap but he made me feel welcomed and didn't rush, went overboard just to perfect the set. He is the best!!! 1,000% recommend him!

I asked where Tammy was and Mia just said she wasn't there. Mia seemed to be in a terrible mood but agreed to do my pedicure. Shortly into the procedure she started taking her bad mood out on me! I have nice toes. No fungus or thick nails, and no ingrown nails. But Mia started digging out the sides of my toes. I asked her not to do that because it hurt. She continued and I left with bleeding toes. It took 5 weeks for the big toe on my right foot to heal completely. It took a week for my toe to quit bleeding completely. I am on blood thinners. I'm so angry I could spit. I have always been a good client who tipped around 30% on a regular basis, for years. But I will never step foot in there again. Oh, and I later found out that Tammy wasn't there because she had quit. No one shared that news. If you use Mia, you better hope she's not in a bad mood or mad at Romeo. Ugh.
