Oh my goodness, this is a hidden treasure. We had the breaded catfish, and the buffalo chicken sandwich. YUM!!! Friendly and fast service...Would definitely recommend this restaurant! We'll be back soon!

Don't know why the first 3 reviews of this new restaurant are missing? My dining experience meet my expectations. The service was outstanding, the food was very good, and was reasonable priced. It is great to have this restaurant in our community.

I was surprised because normally there's mainly vegetables I'm allergic too. So I was excited to hear I could eat this. When I got my food there was zucchini and squash as well as the other vegetables she said. I probably should have mentioned I was allergic to certain veg that's why I was asking but she said they weren't in there and I didn't wanna talk too much. She was great I'm not blaming her it's just something to know. But I did pick them out I ate the food I was 6/10 but it did end up leaving me sick so I assume it was all cooked together. Everything was pretty pricy in my mind. I ordered the all American burger without cheese ( charged me the same price as with cheese). It came on a nice bun with lettuce, onion, tomato and mustard along with a side of fries. Burger was cooked good but could have used a little seasoning. The fries were ok. Wife ordered the chicken breast sandwich on a ciabatta bun with fries. Again it could have used a little salt but was a really nice sized portion and very crispy. It came with fries as well. Ordered an app. They gave a special. You can order two apps and get a half order of each mixed on a plate which we did. We got the breaded fried mushrooms(very nice size and breaded great). The dill pickles were sliced length wise and breaded. Great flavor just a touch salty. It's a country atmosphere with country music playing. They have a full bar but it is partitioned off from the rest of the place. Large big screen TVs with sports programming. Our server was very nice and checked on us often.

Just don't go here…read more I've lived here for 5 years and by far the worst restaurant experience I have had in Oklahoma, and if you see my other reviews I'm pretty forgiving and tend to give spots the benefit of the doubt. This is a place worth an absolute flaming of a review.... But they already wasted enough of my time and energy today so I'll just summarize. No management on scene, no hostess, one server, two bartenders and a restaurant at 50% capacity on Mother's Day at 1 p.m. From walking in to having our orders taken, 30 minutes. 45 minutes later our order of roasted vegetable salad, steak eggs Benedict, and sourdough toast arrived. Salad was very well burnt but my mom was trying to be nice and didn't want to walk out. Eggs Benedict came out with two eggs boiled through, a hollandaise sauce with a sour smell and cold steak. I didn't eat it and no one seemed to notice, had it removed from my bill easy enough, but again zero F's given and no management showed daylight. Wife's toast actually arrived 5 minutes after the 'rest' of the food and the only thing hot and delicious. Toast here is $11, so there's that. No one cares here. From the health violations and poor food safety I saw in the kitchen, the multiple tables I witnessed sending back food to the multiple parties puzzled as to why they weren't being sat or once they were entirely ignored... it was so wildly bad I was embarrassed for everyone else having the same experience. Again, don't go.

We stood there for at least 2 minutes before an employee walked by and said we could sit anywhere. Ok, we found a table. Sat for a few more minutes before a server arrived with menus and took our drink orders. We were looking at the menu and it's not clear what you get with your selected item. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. I wasn't aware it came with fries. But surprise! It did and they were weird. My friend ordered. The chicken fried steak and was told it came with sides. That was not stated anywhere on the menu, so she scrambled and made her choices on the fly. We did enjoy the fried pickles and fried "cheese curds". The quotation marks are because true cheese curds are cheddar. These were definitely mozzarella. My friend is from Wisconsin, so we were sad to see mozzarella, but they were good just not what we expected. We sat in the room that you walk into instead of the room with the bar. All I can say is it was eclectic. Boho meets a longhorn cow. Pick a theme. Will I try again? I don't know. I know they are struggling and would like to support them but they need to look at their menu and hostess/service.

The patio space in the front was very secluded and lush, we had it entirely to ourselves. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. They even brought out a water bowl with ice for our pups. I came here with a large group of about 8 of us with a reservation made early on. We were seated in a nice, private room and had an overall very lovely experience! First of all, our server Trey was just spot on with all of his recommendations. He recommended the crab cakes, the halibut, and anything that came with the spicy shrimp risotto. Our table got crab cakes to start, and this was probably my favorite dish of the evening! The crab cake was large, fluffy, and full of lump crab topped with a spicy and delicious salsa verde and pico. For the entree I ordered the halibut which was cooked well, but the side of spicy shrimp risotto definitely stole the show (as Trey accurately predicted). Most of our party ordered this and everyone was pretty happy with it! For dessert, our table shared chocolate cake and the coconut creme pie. The chocolate cake was very rich and was probably one of the best chocolate cakes I've had, and I'm not a big chocolate cake person. I still definitely preferred the coconut creme pie, which I would order again next time! Our service was fantastic for the evening, and when Trey tells you to order something, trust him and do it!

We walked in to a packed house, which is always a good sign, but were seated immediately. From there, the experience never missed a beat. Beverly took care of us and was outstanding--friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged. You can tell when someone enjoys what they do, and it shows. We started with margaritas, and when Beverly said they were "perfect," she wasn't overselling it. Smooth, well-balanced, and served ice cold. We're both olive fans, so of course we asked for extras--and they delivered without hesitation. Going in, we made a deal: appetizers or dessert--not both. After hearing about the pineapple upside-down cake with vanilla ice cream, that decision was made pretty quickly. For the main course, Beverly walked us through the menu and the weekly specials: * Rainbow trout with roasted peppers and cucumber salad * 14 oz peppercorn crusted steak with mashed potatoes, broccoli & parmesan I know my wife--steak was the obvious choice for her. I went with the trout. Both dishes were excellent. The trout was cooked perfectly with a light, flavorful sauce that didn't overpower the fish, and the vegetables were fresh and well-prepared. The steak was cooked just right, full of flavor, and paired perfectly with creamy mashed potatoes and broccoli finished with parmesan. What really elevated the night was the hospitality. Kirsten, the manager, stopped by to check on us and took the time to have a genuine conversation. She shared details about patio seating and upcoming live music nights, which we're already planning to come back for. Then came a surprise--she graciously covered our dessert. A classy move that didn't go unnoticed. And that pineapple upside-down cake? Warm, soft, topped with melting vanilla ice cream... absolutely worth skipping the appetizers for. The Bottom Line: Great food, exceptional service, and a relaxed but polished atmosphere right on Lake Hefner. Whether it's your first visit or your tenth, this is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend for a date night or a nice evening out.
