Salad was very well burnt but my mom was trying to be nice and didn't want to walk out. Eggs Benedict came out with two eggs boiled through, a hollandaise sauce with a sour smell and cold steak. I didn't eat it and no one seemed to notice, had it removed from my bill easy enough, but again zero F's given and no management showed daylight. Wife's toast actually arrived 5 minutes after the 'rest' of the food and the only thing hot and delicious. Toast here is $11, so there's that. No one cares here. From the health violations and poor food safety I saw in the kitchen, the multiple tables I witnessed sending back food to the multiple parties puzzled as to why they weren't being sat or once they were entirely ignored... it was so wildly bad I was embarrassed for everyone else having the same experience. The quotation marks are because true cheese curds are cheddar. These were definitely mozzarella. My friend is from Wisconsin, so we were sad to see mozzarella, but they were good just not what we expected. We sat in the room that you walk into instead of the room with the bar. All I can say is it was eclectic. Boho meets a longhorn cow. Pick a theme. Will I try again? I don't know.
