In addition, they removed an old non-functioning BBQ structure and cut down about 5 palo verde trees in the front yard. Then they pressured into signing day of, for an $8k discount or so. Pressure under time - never buy into it. Then they started calling. "Can get you this deal if you agree to do the worth between x months." It literally went down to $28k by the time I had to tell them I went with someone else. They only do pavers. Any additional work would need a different contractor to complete the work. Something as simple as capping an exterior gas line, demo of existing structure etc. they just weren't a fit for our project and what we needed.

They were also able to save me money by using some of the hollow blocks and bricks that I already had just laying around to use as a divider for my planters. My front yard and side yard was overgrown with weed and variety of plants that have grown wild also plants from previous owner that weren't really to my liking. They helped me plant over 20 new plants along with lavenders, santolina, society garlic and rosemary. The steps for my side yard that Isaias picked was so beautiful! It was perfect! Yet, Isaias and the guys also added their expertise on things I would not have known to do and design ideas that increased the beauty of the landscape. The materials (bark, stone) are really nice quality. And they left everything clean and tidy. In the end I was happier than I ever expected. Now all I want to do is sit out front and watch the beautiful plants grow and the birds and lizards make their homes. As I'm getting plumbing done soon, I've learned that some of these plants should not have been planted in certain areas, such as in front of the sewer cleanout and near the water main line as the roots could reach the pipes underground. Praying to get these plants downsized to a minimal amount and a cleaner landscape soon.
