Thank you Dr! I called into the office to say my 99 year old mom had a bad tooth. I could not find her previous dentist so I looked online and found Dr. Warren's information. I called and talked to Mikee and she was very helpful. The next day was the appointment. Mom was scared to go, but she did.After one x-ray they discovered she had a cracked molar. Dr. Warren was able to remove the tooth that afternoon while she was there in the chair. He was very kind and patient, and made sure that the root of the tooth was removed . I hate to leave reviews but I feel strongly about this situation. We had gone to Dr. Warren after a change in dental insurance. We are very diligent about 6 month appointments. At my first visit with Dr. Warren I was told I should consider a nightguard, Invisalign and I had 8 cavities. My husband's visit followed with similar outcomes and 6 cavities. Finally my teen daughter had 4 cavities. Our former dentist who we loved but no longer took our insurance provided a 2nd opinion- I ended up having 2 (not 8) cavities and my husband and daughter NONE. Imagine betwen myself, my husband, and my daughter we were about to get 18 cavities filled! Now I only need 2. This is so upsetting. Dr. Warren and his team were nice people but I knew something was wrong and this is so disappointing. read more

My first visit was great, just as others mentioned. The doctor was nice and the office is beautiful. However, the problems started with billing for my next two visits. My plan covers 90% of treatment, yet I was told I needed to pay $738 for treatment on 6 teeth. After my first call, $320 was removed because four optional items ($80 each) had been included. After many follow-ups, my Delta Dental PPO showed my out-of-pocket should be $320.90. The strangest part is that my treatment plan suddenly increased from 6 teeth to 11 on the pre-treatment estimate. I don't understand why 11 teeth would require treatment within two visits when my original plan was only for 6. If I hadn't looked closely, I might have paid $738, even though--based on the 6-tooth plan--my cost should have been $273. Overall, it's been a disappointing experience. If you value your time and money, double-check every estimate to avoid being charged for unnecessary or optional treatments. read more

This dental office is drill happy which rubbed me the wrong way. At my first appointment they told me I had 4 cavities that would all require fillings and was on the brink of gingivitis. They also aggressively upsold me on a special toothpaste. My prior dentist had never mentioned that I had any issues to monitor, so it seemed suspicious that all of these things had come up in the past 6 months when I hadn't drastically changed my habits. I went and got a second opinion and the other dentist identified 1 cavity that needed a filling, and no gum issues. read more

Unethical business practices. I was informed that I had 6 cavities, where six months prior I had one tooth in question that was being watched. Changed dentist for my next exam and cleaning, where it was confirmed that I have no tooth decay/cavities. My husband had a similar experience where he was informed, he had one cavity. Went for second opinion, where it was confirmed that he had no tooth decay/cavity. We do not recommend this dental office. read more

I had a lot of old crowns with cavities underneath; that needed replacing. I also needed old cavities filled because they were leaking. Dr. Warren, did the crown and some cavities on the same visit. I won't recommend Dr Warren for the dental filling. I came to his practice in February last year for the dental fillings. In the middle of the filling, he told me that there was a crack on the edge of my teeth that they did not spot initially, and therefore the filling had to be changed in nature. Recently I felt a lot of pain when I eat around this dental filling area that I had to find another dentist to have a check. She told me the initially filling fell off because it is too small, and that's where the pain came from! I spent roughly 200 dollar out of pocket because dental insurance only covers one filling for the same teeth every two year. Won't recommend! read more

I was hopeful about a new dentist (for me) in my area that provided all services within the office since my past dentist had retired. I scheduled my initial appointment and cleaning and Dr Warren and his dental hygienist (Alex) were great. They examined my teeth and took x-rays as needed. Unfortunately, the front office was ultimately very rude and dismissive to me when they finally reached out to me. After my initial visit, I was told they would prepare a treatment plan for me, but since their front desk manager (Terri I believe) was out for the day, I would get a call in a couple of days. I waited over a week and tried calling with no success - it was a call later in the day. Another week went by and I finally receive a call/VM asking if I wanted to come in that same day to start my treatment. I called back to ask 'start what treatment, I never received anything from your office and did not know what treatment they were going to start.' Terri, then told me I should have been calling them (I suppose she is too busy to call patients) and asked me if I wanted them to email me the treatment plan? OF COURSE I would. If you had my email, why wasn't it emailed a lot sooner? It seemed like they did not need me as their patient, and did not want to expend any energy or effort in making sure I had my treatment plan and treatment schedule. Since I would most likely need to deal with the front office almost every visit, I opted to not deal with them moving forward. Unfortunate because I think Dr Warren would have been a great dentist for me. read more

Terry, the kind, fun-loving and always efficient, told me that I could sign up for Delta Dental for just one month and receive 25% off my bill because this practice is deemed Premier Delta Dental. A phone call to Delta confirmed this and $65 got me one month of coverage to complete the work. Dr. Warren even met with me on a weekend to match the crown color! Always kind and top notch dentist. And yes, my bill was slashed! (If you pay for a year of insurance, you get 50% off crowns, but too much in premiums- and besides, I needed the work right away.) Doctor Warren (formerly Chris John's dental practice location) is the best. I was very reluctant because I had been one of Doctor John's original customers so that was a decades long relationship. I had been a patient of Dr. Chris Johns, for more than 30 years and remain grateful for his care. At 67 yrs., I've have had a number of my physicians retire, and have faced the challenge of finding trustworthy new ones. Unfortunately (or fortunately) this year, I had significant need for restorative dental care, including a root canal, two crowns and fillings; and Dr. Warren rose to the occasion. He was compassionate and understanding as we discussed my needs and options for treatment.
