The service and the view deserve five stars. The food was a tad dry and deserves 2 star. This appears to be a pub on the outside which is why we sauntered in and climbed two flights of non running escalators like a mountain goat to get to the top! The service was absolutely lovely. It was more of a mash up between Mexican and American bar menu. I tried what was recommended to me by the waiter some type of dried out pork on a small shell. My husband had something that was just as dried out and non-memorable. The fried cauliflower we ordered was delicious. Perhaps stop in here for a drink and appetizer but move along for your main meal. read more

Came here twice while I was in cancun. This place is a two in one. One side is Chuchito Perez and one side is James Public House. But they offer you two menus. So you got plenty options. The food here is pretty good ! Me and my bestfriend enjoyed it. They give you free appetizer they told us it was fried flour with three different type of sauce. it was delicious. free is always good ahaha. There drinks here are reasonable and large ! The service here is just amazing ! The waiters hung up our stuff, explained everything to us. Super friendly as well. We had great conversations. Great location overlooking the party strip. Good music and the service was amazing. There are what seems to be everyone on the staff serving you , refilling your napkins and attending to your ever need. They even escorted me to the bathroom instead or just pointing to it. Went at night but the view during my night day outside of the strip, the ocean and the lagoon must be amazing. They offer large amazing drinks, American menu and Mexican menu. All the food like old delicious and has pictures to help you decide. You will not be disappointed. Prices are very reasonable. It is on the top floor in the Mall where the Hardrock Cafe is located. Don't let the difficult to find location deter you. I wish everyplace in Miami was like this. I will come again. read more

Food was good just took to long to be prepared considering there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant due to the coronavirus

T'was Christmas Eve and all the fancy restaurants in the hotel zone was full. My party of 9 was hungry after a long day at Chichen Itza and really just wanted to eat a meal somewhere. We decided to check out this place which had bouncers in the front trying to get people to come eat. I think that is a little off putting and when we arrived inside, it was nearly empty. This was also a rooftop restaurant that was playing top 50 music. I mean I felt like it was going to turn into a party late at night. Hence our party of grandmas and kids felt a little out of place. However, you should never judge a book by its cover. I will honestly say this place offered one of the friendliest and best service I have ever received in a restaurant. Our waiter accommodated to our every need (including turning the fan off and moving us inside when the music became too loud). He always had a smile on his face and came back very often to pick up our trash and even put coasters under our drinks so that the table wouldn't get so wet. The food choices are very eclectic ranging from sushi to salmon to burgers and of course mexican food like tacos. It had something for everyone at the table. I got the mango margarita drink which was delicious but it came in this giant fish bowl and in retrospect I wish I shared it with my friend because neither of us could finish our drink. Salmon and rice: pretty standard dish that comes with a big piece of salmon filet grilled in teriyaki sauce. it tasted delicious with the rice. Tandoori chicken taco: wow this is not what I expected. Instead of your traditional tortilla, this came on pieces of lettuce leaves kind of like the lettuce wrap at PF chang. I didn't really taste the tandoori but overall it was a yummy dish. Steak tacos: absolutely delicious Pizza: I ordered the personal vegetarian pizza which has pesto and WAY TOO much cheese. I wouldn't recommend it. Burger: I forget which one my brother ordered but it was massive, comes with plenty of curly fries and some onion rings and a side of jalapenos which is much appreciated. He could barely finish it since it was such a big portion. The bathroom was also pretty clean and spacious. Oh and cherry on top was that they give you a lollipop at the end. bottom line: food is alright could be hit or miss but service is top notch! read more

I should have known the food here would be as American as it gets (even the Mexican menu is Americanized) just by the name of the restaurant but since it has good reviews I decided to give it a try. Don't get me wrong the food here is not bad, but it isn't great either, it is just OK. What I did enjoy was the wonderful service we received, the atmosphere and the view we got from our table. I would probably go back just because it is very nice and appetizers are not bad for what they are and they serve coffee which is always a plus for me. read more

Was trying to check out the menu and a nice gentleman that was kinda like a host in the lobby basically showed us the menu and escorted us to the restaurant upstairs. First they bring a drink menu with tons of options. After u order ur drink, they bring u one American food menu and one Mexican food menu. We ordered two drinks, nachos, duck mole, and fish enchiladas. My drink was massive, tasted great but hardly had alcohol in it. For me to have a drink that size (basically equivalent to two cocktails) and not feel anything just goes to show how weak it was. My friend was disappointed with her drink as well. Food was really good though. The fish enchiladas were good, something different. Duck mole also different and duck was so good. And the nachos were great but we should've skipped it because he entrees were a good portion. All in all a great meal, ambience and service. read more

You have to go up two escalators to get to the restaurants. It's an American Restaurant and a Mexican Restaurant in the same place, so you can order from either menu. I just went yesterday and I loved the service. The place was packed due to a University's graduation so I had to wait 10 mins for a table (at most) and was given complimentary beer for the wait. Instead of bread, they served chicharron along with 3 different sauces. My entree was the Chipotle salmon out of Jame's menu (american) and it was delicious. Music was good, the place wasn't too loud, great service. If you want to eat somewhere where you can have a conversation before a night of partying it up - this is the place. read more

Been in Cancun for 7 days. By far the worst place we been to, actually the only bad experience we had. The selection from Mexican menu was not big and the chicken we ordered came chapped with little bit of red peppers and onion. Nothing on the side, very dry. We ordered additional rice, bean and salsa. We asked them to warm up the chicken again and they brought the rice and beans after 25 minutes of wait!! The place look good only from the street! Avoid this one it's plenty more around!!! I was writing this while I was waiting for the check. When he came back he already charged me 15% for the tip. Glad we found this restaurant last night and we've tasted a Mexican Food with a twist.. it was our Anniversary and they even gave us a complimentary.. This was our "great find" of our trip. It's 3 stories up.. with a view. The food was excellent. I mean everything we tried.. Guacamole and chips. the Ahi Tuna. My street tacos with chimichurra sauce. Maybe we just had bad luck but service was not great. Food took over an hour and came two entrees at a time. We had a large party and asked to split the receipt which just made things worse. Pretty much to be expected for the area. Had a fun rooftop view if you want to take in the club scene, but service was unbearably slow and drinks were pricey (the one I had though, The Quest, was tasty.) They did hit us up with some free fried corn husk for our trouble. read more

This is somewhat of a hidden gem. The actual restaurant is on the 3rd floor of the building so it is easy to miss if your walking by. Take the escalators to the top and have yourself a great meal at a reasonable price with a fantastic view! Service was comparable to the ritz carlton with friendly waiters, prompt service, and a diverse menu. Highly recommend!
