I waited a week for this appointment and then they said IF they have time the can replace the filling that fell out. What do you mean if? I scheduled this appointment to get it fixed not for a consultation. I was never informed that there would be a consultation I was only informed that I had an appointment to fix the filling. So when I walked in, I was underneath the impression that I would get the filling fixed. Especially with an exposed root, a missing filling can lead to bacteria to get into the root of the tooth faster and can lead to bigger problems if not fixed promptly. For some reason, there was no urgency to get this fixed. Then talked to the financial department to which they inputted my information wrong and told me I had to pay $215 out of pocket, which I then contacted my insurance and they said that was not true and that fillings are covered underneath my insurance. I was frustrated and on the verge of tears because I was not expecting this to be such a hassle, having to deal with an absurd wait time, then having my tooth glanced at, then the information being put in wrong, then them telling me this was just a consult not a fix which is what I thought we were doing, I was visibly upset and confused and angry because I have never had a consult done over a filling that fell out, I would always just tell the provider it fell out and needed to be replaced and they'd schedule enough time for both a consult and to do the job. After all that hassle the lady who helped me had ZERO empathy and understanding for my situation and just suggested that I leave and go somewhere else for tooth care because I was upset. Lady, I was upset because I was left for an hour in the waiting room and then some more time just sitting in a chair, I was not informed correctly of what would happen this appointment, and then I was told misinformation. Have some compassion for how frustrated and confused I was. also rusty equipment

i was so excited to finally find a dentist and get my implant journey started. im 31 years old and…read morehad to get all my bottom teeth removed. had beeen too at least 4 or 5 dentist since 2023-2025 looking for a dentist to afford and someone to trust cause the level of anxiety that overcomes me when i walk into a dentist is wild. but dr hannah made me feel comfortable originally. then out of no where got mt implants in and boom took a turn for the worst cause of her staffs miscommunication issues. checked my mouth and instead only received two implants instead of the three i was sooooo excited i could afford after dr hannah was extremely non stop adamant about me getting and ahe even kept telling me how theyd be place. but cause her front staff didnt write down i said 3 and my mom said yes she only gave me two. then collected her thoughts after i crashed out cause who wouldn't? im 31. this is my entire life i have to go thru like this. dr hannah decides to lie thru her teeth and say she only said 3 implants was a possibility. freajing liar liar liar. how dare you. cause you miscommunication with your staff you lie? then today she has my appt at 9 with me and my mother to go ovwr my scans purposely took another patient before me so "she could have more time with is" has if she didnt have patients to attend too, made us wait 40 mins past my appt time my mom left cause she had an appt at 10, she ended up coming back cause i called her, after i flipped out ok the office staff cause how disrespectful. 2 office staff women told me that exact thing "she took that patient to have more time with me" even tho my appt was first. then herw comes dr saying thats not true even tho the woemen just said that. so then what did the dr do? canceled me as a patient. cause i cussed in her office. cause she screwed up and made me so upset cause her own faults and miscommunication with her effing staff she canceled me when out of every effing dentist i chose them. now i have only 2 implants in my mouth which is not what i was supposed to get and no wffing dr to finish my work. when dr hannah knows how insecure and heartbreaking this entire process has been she does this. i hope her businesss runs to the ground

I was dealing with excruciating nerve pain in a molar when I began calling every possible dentist…read morein Bakersfield to get me in for an emergency appointment. This office was the only one that came through for me. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I expected a long wait as they were trying to fit me into their busy schedule but they saw me incredible quickly. They quickly determined that the tooth in question needed to be removed and referred me to an oral surgeon for the work, and provided prescriptions to get me through until I could get the procedure. Being pregnant, stressed and starving (because the tooth wouldn't let me eat) I broke down in tears. Everyone was incredibly kind and supportive while I had my emotional lapse. After I left the facility one of the amazing receptionists ran out to my car to tell me to call the referred oral surgeons immediately as they can sometimes fit people in for consultations that day. She knew I needed this to be over. I thanked her and took her advice. I got an appointment immediately with the referred oral surgeon for the consultation. Where it was confirmed that the tooth would need to be extracted and that they would be able to do it THAT day. Thanks to this amazing office and staff I was able to go from horrible nerve pain to having the procedure done! I am so grateful to all who assisted me. Especially the woman who came and told me to call the oral surgeon right away. I owe her a huge debt of gratitude!

Worst dental experience I've ever had. Waited over 40 min each time to even be seen. Went in for a…read morecrown and the crown that was put on didn't fit so a staff member sanded it down to the point that the tooth wasn't soft or shiny and did not feel like a real tooth and there was also a gap. I expressed these concerns while at the visit and the staff member seemed annoyed that I brought up my concern. She was also very aggressive and rough. Called and let them know and dr said he would redo. I also called and asked that next time I come in I be seen by a different staff member or dr if possible as I did not have a great experience. Amber the fronts desk said she would do her best and put it in the notes. My concern was obviously not charted or communicated because when I went in for the second visit I was seen by the same person. She again was very rough and aggressive with my mouth and made a comment that I may just need to be numbed. I let her know on my last visit when I got the numbing shot I was numb for a week and very sore I thought he hit a nerve, she had no response to that at all. Also the staff is very chatty with eachother while working on patients which does not create a very calming environment for someone who has anxiety when going to the dentist. Will not be returning.
