She let us know we can take any unfinished wine with us. The experience was super fun - the wine cellar room gives an up close look at the mill equipment. We all started off with a cocktail which were fine, and the only items that were "reasonably" priced at sub $20/each. My beet carpaccio was a letdown. I think they were trying to go for a sweet and savory mix with the dollops of whipped ricotta and blackberry jam. I also got the cream of five onion soup, which was unique, but nothing spectacular. It was also the most expensive bowl of soup I've ever had at $18! My fiancé got the wagyu beef tenderloin tartare and the "crispy skin West Virginia trout". The trout skin was not at all "crispy" and the trout itself was dry. I'll give it to them for portion size though: it was massive and that orzo took over half of the plate. My coworker got the lobster tail and shrimp and that lobster tail was so small it was more like a crawfish. LOL. She said it was also dry.
