About a week later, I got two videos of what different options would look like. I chose one of the designs, took my ring to them and paid the 25%. They told me it usually takes about 4 (sometimes 6) weeks to get it back. I got the text on Thursday this week (6 days after I dropped it off) and it was ready. It is more beautiful than I ever remember my original ring being. Thanks so much!!

We agreed on a design using seven of my diamonds, and the price was quite reasonable. The ring was completed in a most timely manner, and it is gorgeous! They told me I could used my warranty to get an upgrade or do merchandise credit. However even with a merchandise credit I had to spend $$ to get something else. I didn't think it was fair me to pay for something they damage I refused to signed they repair receipt. On my last visit after going back and forth 6 times manager told me my only option was to do merchandise credit for the same price as my necklace, the assistant manager ask me for the necklace pendant so I gave it to her and after my husband and I decided we didn't wanted to spent money on a new necklace I told her I was just going to wait for a response from corporate I ask her to give me my pendant but the manager refuse to give me my pendant because she said they pendant is part of the necklace and since I refuse to signed the repair receipt she will not give me my pendant. I told her the pendant is not part of the repair is just the necklace told her they can keep the necklace for the meantime because I was not satisfied with the repair and I was going to wait for corporate to fix the issue, the manager was rude and very confrontational towards me even when I was calm she was making my kids feel uncomfortable and my husband told me let's just leave so I decided to signed the repair so they could give me my pendant. I was very patient and collaborative with them but the manager and this store has left me with a bad experience. They don't take accountability and don't value customers at all.
