I Love CSDS! I have been a customer of theirs for years and have always appreciated how helpful they are. I came in the other day looking for a specific vinyl I had bought the previous year but couldn't remember the name of. They were able to look in my order history and locate it as well as help me grab a few sheets of it. When I had questions on how to order a gang sheet they sat with me and showed me step by step. They are competitive in pricing for their items and carry such a large array of vinyl and other crafting supplies! The staff are wonderful. I order 2 gang sheets of the 22'' x 120'' and when I received the pages the exact same logo looked completely different. I tried contacting them by phone and it was nearly impossible, they kept putting me on hold or transferring me to another location. I tried via email and someone finally replied and they asked for pictures and receipts which I sent only for them to reply saying that they weren't unable to reprint or replacement at this time. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and their customer service, aside from the ladies who work at the Tomball Location, is absolutely garage. I drove a long way early this morning (Black Friday) because of the ads I saw online on their web sight and when I walked in I was asked from across the room if I had purchased a VIP pass. I was told I could purchase one for $15 to be able to shop early. Well how much will I really save if I have to start off paying $15?? Also, why didn't the advertisement state this? I use CSDS all the time and they have always been extremely helpful and kind. The vinyl you get at Hobby Lobby or Michael's is JUNK, so hard to weed and stick to product. CSDS is the best hands down. read more

service is horrible! they claim "customer service" can't call out and clearly no one answers the phone. everything is via email which speaks scam in my eyes. when you try and order a size their site is so poorly designed. wtf is "toddler" size? I get it has a random number for length but what are the actual dimensions? their reps who answer emails don't know. literally I spoke to 3 Texans and each said they didn't know what that means or how wide your design is should you choose to upload. this company needs to get it together. so now I paid for something not know the actual size of it. not sure if I can get a refund if it's all distorted but I guess I'll wait with baited breath on the results. this is the third horrible DTF company I have tried. it seems they all s*ck whether it's losing packages multiple times or their site doesn't display the mock up correctly or their "reps" are highly unknowable. very disappointing. read more

Customer Service wasn't great at all. TAT is horrible might I add. I've use plenty of vendors to get my transfers and let's just say this was my last time using them. I've had some issues with the print that I received from them. I reached out to customer service to let them know that they weren't sticking and they basically resent me the instructions as if I weren't following them the first time. needless to say I ruined plenty of product trying to get that to stick. I already had another order and the works of being sent so I wanted to get it canceled. Basically they told me tough luck and would not let me get it canceled. It still took about two weeks for that order to come in and Halloween is about over so I no longer meet these transfers. Next time I'll stick to what I know and use my vendors that I trust and can have my product here on time and can give me better customer service. with the amount of money that I spent here I would think that I could get better customer service. read more

I use CSDS when I am in need of vinyl asap and do not have time to wait on my distributor. Although they're cheaper than Hobby Lobby and faster than Amazon, they're definitely not all that honest. As you can see in these pictures, they short their "12x15" sheets each by 1/4". Why would anyone care about 1/4", right? Well, this isn't the first time this has come to my attention, this is actually the fourth time I've noticed this and every single time it is exactly 1/4 of an inch! So if they're shorting EVERY person 1/4 of an inch that IS a big deal! Additionally, $3.50 for a 12x15" sheet is not even that good of a deal in the first place, they're just convenient when I am in a crunch however, from now on I will be sure to keep my basic colors in stock so that I won't be needing to use them any longer. US Cutter online has MUCH better prices anyway. read more

I love this place! The ladies here are very helpful and knowledgeable and have educated me every time I come in. The prices are not crazy expensive, especially for the quality of the vinyl. The only issue I have had was a time we went into the store looking for a couple of black T-shirts, of which they had none on the shelves. The lady working that day had said they would be available and out on the shelves the next day. We came back the next day and they were still not out. Luckily, a different woman working that day helped us out and made sure to get me the shirts I needed! If you are coming in for something very specific, I would call ahead first just to verify before coming in, but other than that, no complaints!! read more

Went to CSDS Vinyl for the first & last time! Customer service is terrible. I went into explain I had received some supplies for Christmas and they were not the type I needed. I just wanted to exchange for something else. Within the two minutes I was in the store the lady told me with a "tough luck" attitude, "Sorry. I can't take anything back." So much for helping the new vinyl crafters out. read more

Highly recommend CSDS Vinyl in Tomball as a great place to shop. They have adhesive vinyl, printed vinyl, HTV, transfer paper and anything else you need to get things done. They also offer blanks of varying kinds and have a heat press if you need one for a reasonable charge. The staff is very friendly and helpful so asking questions is no problem.
