Stopped in Wednesday when driving home for lunch and checked and was told they would be ready by close of business. Went in near closing time and was told the appraisals were not done but promised they would be ready the next day. The next day I received a text around 4 pm saying the appraisals were done and ready to be picked up. Arrived and was told they were done but not there and they had no way to get them but would have them tomorrow. No apology just this was our system sending you a text. Customer service is not that hard - do what you say you will and if you can't explain why not and then certainly deliver on your promise.

We honestly stop in frequently just to look at watches, and every visit they make us feel genuinely welcome. They have a great selection, and it's become a place we actually enjoy spending time, not just shopping. Bethany has been incredible through it all. She's knowledgeable, patient, and never makes anything feel rushed or like a sales pitch, just thoughtful guidance from someone who truly loves what she does. After leaving the repair service counter I walked over to the Iwc display and spent several minutes by myself, not seeing anything I cared for that was on display, and left after a few minutes. I had called them during the week to let them know I was coming to look at them. About ten feet from me were four or five sales staff loudly discussing getting nose jobs, for the entirely time I was there. Not exaggerating. Absorbed in loud, animated conversations about nose jobs. A least I know where my money would be going if I purchased from them.

I can tell where the ring was cut and new material added, there are several hammer marks and waviness in the repair area, the finger hole is no longer perfectly round.... simply NOT A QUALITY REPAIR! I had this ring resized upon purchase many years ago at Gordon's Jewelers; that resizing was flawless. I am so very disappointed yet now reluctant to let Westbrooke try again. I guess that at some point I will take it elsewhere to be properly repaired.... I definitely wasted a few hundred dollars at Westbrooke.
