I used to live in Texas, now I live in Southern California. I love the artisan style of James Avery! Now I get the catalogs and will open them to a certain page hoping hubby will notice. It works every time girls! Just got a beautiful bracelet and charms for Mother's Day. I've purchased from the store and online. Both have been great experiences. The women here are so understanding and accommodating. Avery picks their employees well! I've had to return a couple items for a size change etc. Have had no problems and have always been fully satisfied in the end. my review has nothing to do with the actual store and it sells associates, but the customer service at the main office regarding products that are shipped. I have called two different times and spoken with three different people, including a manager, and still cannot get the billing taken care of on items that I did not receive but continue to be billed for. There was no sense of help, only that it was out of her hands and only the accouting dept could help. read more

James Avery have amazing products for all occasions. They only employ friendly and helpful staff. My daughter collects their charms, which makes it very easy to get gifts. They will alway allow her to come back after her birthday or Christmas to have them expertly fitted. read more

My children chose a bracelet online to give their mom for Mother's Day. I placed the order online and picked it up using their curbside pickup. While we were driving home we opened the bag and realized it was too small so we turned around and went back to the store to exchange it for a larger size. Once we pulled up (10 minutes later) we were told they were not doing any exchanges until the store was fully open, possibly at end of May and our only option would be to order and pay for a second bracelet then return the first one at a later date. How can this be considered an acceptable return policy for a jewelry store and why is it not listed on their website where I placed the order? read more

Will not be shopping at James Avery anymore. As a Registered Nurse, I should have been given the first responder discount like other businesses have honored. I find it disrespectful as WE are the ones caring for covid and non-covid patients every day! Instead of "first responders" it should be healthcare providers. These ladies know what they are doing! My indecisive husband decided he wanted a cross necklace, even though he has never worn a necklace consistently before. After taking a very long time deciding what he wanted the staff was patient and informative to make sure he got what he wanted. And we went on our way happy. After 3 days of him trying it on and taking it off because he didn't like the feel of it around his neck, I knew I was going to have to return it. I found the receipt and was on my way. This was the easiest return I have ever done! They refunded my card and I even picked out a new charm for my bracelet with some of the return cost.
