From the moment you walk in, our sales representative was welcoming and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. The selection was beautiful, and she took time to explain options without any pressure. My friend and I were just browsing. My 25th wedding anniversary is in June, so I thought look for an item for my hubby to buy. Smile. Our gift purchasing protocol is that I pick and he pays. No selection was made. What stood out to me was the variety of items were reasonably priced.

Terry was very knowledgable and very patient. I had an idea of exactly what I wanted, he explained what would work and what wouldn't work as far as wearing my wedding bands with a new setting. I finally landed on a setting in their clearance section. I ended up paying less than half of what I expected to be my minimum cost to have this work done. The result is incredible! To say I'm happy with my ring is an understatement. Kudos to their jeweler as well - very good solid work. The pictures really say it all. Today they won't exchange/ give in store credit for an item that she purchased a few weeks ago that was on sale and there is now a small sign saying no exchanges on sale items. She is completely done shopping here and I understand. I understand it's store policy now but she made it clear when she purchased it that it could be exchanged and now she is unable to. But now they have moved and I'm happy their items are available online too! I got the wooden gecko puzzle which is the coolest toy ever. They have a lot more (check out the moose!)
