I wish I could have gotten her name but she was Hispanic , brown hair and thin she had her hair pulled in a pony tail that day. I walked in asking questions and felt extremely rushed by her. Long story short my answer to me questioning on switching to a lower phone plan was "well all of our phone plans are more expensive". Like what? You didn't even take the time to really prove that to me or even sit down and explain my phone bill. I walked out extremely upset and it took everything inside of me to not be rude and express to her on her low customer service skills. I ended up going to a different t-mobile location within a few miles and got a better experience AND a lower phone bill and understanding of my phone bill breakdown.

Really wish yelp had negative stars. This location is not customer friendly. I stood near the entrance just in case they were helping someone but they just stayed in their conversation and waited until i walked up to them and the heavier set guy between the 2 wouldn't even wait til i was done talking before cutting me off. Felt very rushed and rude and all he could tell me was to use my t life app.... Worst service.

If I could give Boost Mobile at Vegas Valley and Nellis a ZERO I would…read more With no disrespect to the "company", I must question why they hire managers and especially regional managers. According to their employees, neither are in the store and to speak with one or the other and they do not leave a schedule for visits, nor do they check in with them after they leave the premises. In order to speak with a manager or regional manager, you must go into the store and make an appointment. It seems the employee could have taken my name and number and have one of them, preferably the regional manager, contact me at their convenience. This is the first time I have submitted a comment about this company, but, this time is different. My 80 year young Mother and 75-year young Aunt have been loyal customers for years, and have been mistreated twice, and spoken to as though they are beneath the employee. This time it stops! An iPhone was purchased from Boost Mobile for both ladies. The rep needed to "SWAP" the phones out from Android to iPhone. The rep told the ladies she will "ACTIVATE" my Aunt's phone but NOT transfer contacts unless she paid $45. The rep refused to activate my Mother's phone stating she received it in the mail, therefore, will charge her $45 to "ACTIVATE" her phone. My Mother wanted a specific color, not in inventory, therefore, the purchase had to be made online with the rep present. First, there is a difference between a SWAP and an ACTIVATION. Secondly, the phones were purchased at Boost Mobile but their inventory was shy of what the customer requested. Third, according to the PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE Boost Mobile Call Center, the rep at that store should have completed a SWAP TRANSACTION AND TRANSFERRED THE CONTACTS AT NO CHARGE. Both my Mother and Aunt are going to the Apple Store to experience EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Apple is going to transfer their contacts from a Boost Mobile Android to a Boost Mobile iPhone, and at no charge, as it is throughout the US with the exception of Boost Mobile. I think federal officials should take more interest in elder abuse, and unethical behaviors. Charging when they shouldn't be charging, and simply too lazy to do their job. KUDOS TO MANAGEMENT FOR THE EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE TRAINING!

If I could give zero stars I would…read more I had been with you guys for over a year. Two weeks after getting my phone my text messages stopped working and I had called you guys and I was told that it was not your fault that it stopped working and you would not give me the manufacturers number to call and get my phone fixed. Fast forward to September 18th, 2019 I had called and cancelled my plan with you guys. I had asked if my phone bill for the month of September will be coming out and I was told no, then I double checked my bank account for the 2nd time that day it showed it pending when it didn't the first time I checked. Then it came out on the 19th of September 2019 which caused my bank account to go negative and two NSF Fee charges making my account negative $120. I had called again and asked if I would not only get the $50 but both NSF Fees given back to me and I was told yes and that I would get a call later on in the day on the 19th, I did not. So I decided to call today and see the progress of my refund. I was told that the $50 was put back in my account. It was not. I was also told that you would not cover my NSF Fees after I was already told I would get both of those one day before. I would very much like my money back. Today I talked with Robert and a Micheal who is apparently the highest level of supervisor that is there located in Puerto Rico, when I asked for a higher supervisor I was told no one was available. I do not recommend this company to anyone. You guys do not care about your customers. I have never felt more betrayed and attacked. You guys stole the $50 out of my account after it already being closed. Very disappointed with how you guys talk and handle situations with your customers.

We were about to go on a week long vacation and could not send it in to Dell to have it repaired so we did some research for places in town to help us fix it. Walking into GadgetMates, I knew I made the right decision. The staff was friendly and very direct with pricing and timing. The person I inititaly spoke with even had the same laptop as my husband so he knew what to ask for right away. I left my info and they provided me with a card and ticket number, tagging both my laptop and charging block. They texted me all along the way. Once diagnosed, they called and let me know the damage. It was a reasonable charge for what was wrong. They had to have the part delivered so they quoted a specific amount of time but luckily for us, it was ready early and we picked it up the day we flew out of town. Literal perfect timing. They also were really good about letting my husband pick it up even though I was the one who dropped it off. The shop itself is clean and tidy and there are quite a few things to look at. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and be back in if we need another repair.

This is a tough review to write because until yesterday, I trusted Gadgetmates--especially…read moreJonas--completely. I've recommended them, defended them, and even did so in-store less than 24 hours before this went sideways. Then it fell apart. I dropped off my laptop at 2:30 p.m. for what I was told was a simple job: remove a RAID controller, copy data, and install a second SSD. I was promised it was "easy," that data transfer was the only real step, and that I'd have it back by 2 p.m. the next day. I was signed up for text updates--none came. At 5:45 p.m. that same day, I called to check in. I was told the transfer was "60-70% done." Two other people heard that call. The next day was a string of delays, missed calls, and vague updates. By 4:30 p.m.--well past the promised deadline--I finally learned the truth: no data had been transferred, no work had been done, and the laptop hadn't even been turned on. (Alienware logs don't lie.) Then came the real problem: Jonas. Instead of owning the failure, he pivoted to condescension and denial--telling me I "don't understand RAID," insisting no one promised a next-day turnaround, claiming my SSD was defective (it isn't), and denying statements multiple people heard firsthand. In short, the story changed, the facts didn't, and I was treated like the problem. Meanwhile, I can't get anyone to tell me my data was safe; I was panicking as any normal person would. I have backups, scattered across several drives and will take days to recover to 90% of what was on the laptop. I got the laptop back around 5 p.m., untouched until 3:30 that afternoon--hours after I was told work was already mostly complete. How do I know this? Because every powerup, every keystroke is logged by the laptop's security system. See shots below: One can see exactly when it was plugged in. Mistakes happen. I can deal with delays and mistakes. We're all human. What I don't tolerate is being misled, talked down to, and effectively called a liar when there's clear evidence otherwise, indicating precisely who did what and when. Curious isn't it, how some business project their own failings onto others, rather than just honestly owning the problem and making it right? That's how I manage my clients, anyway. Explain the failure, offer a solution, make it right, and everybody stays friendly. I'd never consider insulting a client; it cost a lot to gain them, and it's easily 30X more costly to lose one. Clients share experiences. Here, and elsewhere. And people trust those shares of personal experiences. shared on review sites. As I'll do on every review site I can find after the insults tossed at me. What a shame; my most trusted go-to gone means now finding their replacement.
