This the second time I come here to pick up my Orders from Wish and I wanted to say thank you ! The people that work there are always nice and efficient, they are working quickly and I know this is a cell phone/computer repair shop and not the post office but in the 5 min waiting to get my order from them i has the chance to listen to their conversation with the customer that was in front of me. They explained everything about what was the issue with his laptop, the components they need to replace and why, how to make sure it will not happen again in the future and what they recommend. I myself understand a bit about laptops and usually fix my own stuff. Listening to the conversation I noticed that he wasn't trying to up sell him on things or change things he does not need. I noticed that they are selling used laptops and cellphones there also (they also have new). The pricing was reasonable and they were giving people 30 day warranty for free that if there is an issue they can come back. This is nice considering you are buying used. If I have an issue in the future I will bring my business here for sure. read more

Went here to get my phone screen replaced and my battery replaced because it kept dying too fast (iPhone 7Plus) and they were able to fix it in the same day within 1 hours and was in perfect condition almost like new! I loved this place so much because it actually looked great and they didn't even charge that much! I got three things fixed such as Charger Port, Screen, Battery. My charger port wouldn't even charge and when we got it fixed it charges better and faster than I could remember! Poor service, I took in my IPhone 11 for screen crack repair and it didn't even last a month before the screen came loose, I took it in and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, deflecting the issue blaming it on a faulty screen protector. I have followed him to numerous locations and am soooo happy that he has his own business now. I have my entire life, business, and financial records on my computer so I am desperate when it dies and very reluctant to trust anyone else.
