I love the improved menu at Jamba. The offering of plant based food and drinks items are awesome. They also have a few other new menu items but today I ordered an apples and greens drink and a plant based handwich. Todays apples and greens satisfied my crave and I felt good drinking it. Made with apples, kale and an assortment of other fruit and veggies. Not too sweet but just enough plus it had veggies I think it mentally made me feel better lol. That handwich to my surprise was pretty darn tasty. Plant based breakfast patty sandwiched between a chibatta with a slice of cheese. Nice and warm, the bread had a little crunch and cheese nicely melted. That patty though was packed with flavor. You could not tell it was plant based. The only downfall? The size! Literally fit in the palm of my hand. That alone will not fill you but, combine it with your drink and you'll have a meal. If they made it bigger and threw some fresh veggies on it winner! It's not Jamba juice itself it's the employees making the smoothies! The peanut butter mood didn't even taste like peanut butter just milk and ice. Smoothies need to be blended throughly mine still had chunks of ice. You'd think they'd take care considering majority of people are locals who live waianae but nope nothings changed. And take the vanilla blue sky off the menu if you're not going to have blue spirulina they didn't even bother telling me they ran out. This place needs a makeover and remodel too it's so ran down and beat up. read more

Store manager proceeds to make drink wrong 3x after not giving me my receipt. Then after corrected for making drink wrong she then doesn't hold to store upsizing when I ordered a medium with extra fruits, granola AND whey. Then tells me that the cups are different when I know they aren't, filling my large cup three quarters way full, whilst my drink isnt even fully blended. This is poor management and lack or store policy. Something needs to change. read more

Had a craving for Jamba and sent my husband inside. He was met with a nasty attitude because the manager on duty was looking to close up 15-20 minutes before closing. The manager had a nasty attitude, started slamming things and sloppily made our drinks which were not even full all while continuing to grimace. He also made sure to follow my husband to the door and lock it. Honestly if that's the attitude you want to give, maybe this employee should apply for the sewage treatment plant across the street. read more

Great Jamba location! Super friendly and helpful staff - best service I've had so far from any location I've been to on island! Smiles at 7 am? Check. Patience for my indecisiveness? Check. Answers my question with a smile? Check. Smoothie on point? Check. (I got an açaí super-antioxidant, with kale...tastes great!) Pleasantly surprised to see how Jamba has improved with other added add-ins for smoothies too - love the chia seeds and pumpkin seeds as options. Definitely plan on stopping by again soon. Jamba Juice is located next door to the Starbucks at Waianae Mall. There is a two seater table outside of the two businesses. Stepping foot into Jamba Juice a person would see the menu board as well as the counter to place an order. There are several tables inside the establishment for individuals to sit down and wait for their order or the customers can enjoy their acai bowls or drinks inside the juice bar area. My recent visit to Jamba Juice I was with my cousin from California. I wanted a cool down drink especially on a hot summer day. My cousin ordered the Watermelon Acai bowl and she said "whatever my cousin is going to order" to the employee behind the register. I ended up ordering the Watermelon Breeze. After waiting a few minutes we received the two items. The acai bowl was placed in a bag since it will be eaten later. I took a sip of the Watermelon Breeze and I got brain freeze. LOL. The Watermelon Breeze was very refreshing to drink especially on a hot summer day. The employee was very friendly. The establishment was very clean. I'll be back the next time I have a craving for a smoothie from Jamba Juice. Who knows I may just complete a survey to get the BOGO deal. 49/100 read more

Wow, Tuesday's Special is Amazing! I'm a huge fan of Sourdough Bread Bowls with hot pipping soup! I received an email this morning telling me of today's special which sort of surprised me...when did Jamba Juice start selling soup? Maybe I've been too oblivious to that side of the menu and only looking at the smoothies and baked goods. $2.99 Sourdough Bread Bowls with the Soup of the Day. It did not disappoint for my first time. The bread bowl was a n average size and the chowder was very tasty and complimented the bread so well! I ate it up in less than 10min! With this chill weather, this was a nice comfort food! Received some helpful tips on spending $25 in receiving a $5 gift card and a free smoothie. Female workers there are a bit slow... I walked in on a Monday morning around 10am, nobody is there. Kids in school, most people at work so I assume my acai bowl would be ready in about a minute. I order an acai primo no almonds sub mango, light banana sub strawberries, no coconut sub honey. Pretty easy to make. The girl taking my order was slow... I even had a good two second pause after saying another substitution. She takes my order, my money, and walks away. Not even acknowledging that im a well..... A CUSTOMER! Another girl is making my acai bowl and I didn't even hear the blender go on....hmm..Maybe the acai was already blended before I got there? I've been to this location a kazillion times, most of which was during this past summer when the temps were just so miserably hot! Not once have I ever had a bad experience. The staff has always been on it with their customer service and product quality. The new dreamin' drinks are heavenly. We love them all! I've become addicted to the Chocolate strawberry bowl too. Once I ordered that bowl but forgot to tell them until a couple minutes later that I didn't want chocolate chips in it. I was too late because it had already been made and Quentin was about to put the lid on it. When he heard me, he offered to take them all out for me. I said "No, that's ok. It's my fault I didn't mention it." He insisted again that he'd do it. That was cool of him. We love this joint. Great way to cool off in the Waianae heat. Last time I went to this location, they messed up my orders. I ordered 3 blue fruity pebbles. When I tasted it, it tasted like tea, I couldn't taste blueberries at all. An Asian or local woman with glasses checked us out and she looked angry, never smiled and had no patience for waiting even though I was patient enough to wait in their long line. The receipt cashier name says "Steph." When asked about boosts, she is looking at me and points her finger behind her towards the many menus and says look up there the boosts are up there. Which menu was she pointing at? And how about she explain the boosts to me if I don't know!!?? That is so rude! Christmas Eve & we stopped to get some gift cards & a cold smoothie but what we got was a long wait and a confused staff but no gift cards because the machine was down. We immediately came up to watch the drinks being made & i seen our small dream machine was made & out to the side. Best Jamba I have ever been to! After several failed attempts of finding it due to an error on google maps, we arrived 20 minutes before close. The staff, Zandy and Logan were so sweet and so helpful! They made a custom vegan smoothie for my mom who has food allergies. There's not much to say about jamba juice since I've never had any problems with my drinks or the service so four stars. Love coming here when I don't really feel like eating anything. My go to smoothies are Caribbean passion and gotta guava. They always come up with something new so it's good to check back every now and then. I like parking behind the jamba juice and walking a bit since the roadway is narrow in front of the establishment and can get hectic if cars are coming both ways. I like to avoid that. I have never experienced any problems visiting my hometown Jamba Juice, but today was exceptional. I redeemed a BOGO coupon and ordered an original-size Berry Banana for my mom and a 16oz. Caribbean Passion Light for myself. The woman who took my order asked why I was getting one of them in the smaller size. I told her it was because I couldn't finish an original. She brilliantly suggested getting two power-sized smoothies to get more bang for my buck. Not only that, but she also offered to split each one into 16 oz. cups. I've become a regular here because of their Acai berry bowl. It's so yummy. It's sweeter than regular acai and is topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, bananas, shaved almonds, and honey. Not normally a Jamba fan B U T stopped by today while having a completely wacky Monday. Could NOT figure out what the heck to order because what I wanted wasn't a menu item. But no worries Shyla offered to customize and kindly and gentle mentioned that the custom order wouldn't qualify for the 2 for $10 deal ( which it says right in front of me but she graciously just said "it's really small writing" to help me not feel stupid, lol ). Jaena was literally on stand by ready to make our order with such speed that we barely sat down and Bam! Drink is done. And I noticed she clarified what our order was exactly (my fault for changing my mind 5 times) just to make sure she had the correct final plans.
