Poorly trained staff who don't know how to run tickets. My boyfriend and I ordered 3 smoothies. It was busy but they cleared the whole store before they got to our order when we placed our smoothie order before everyone else who left before us. Feeling puzzled we went to ask where our drinks were they just say it's next. There were no sorry no sort of apology whatsoever for the long wait due to their mishap. The one and only time I came to this location, I almost walked out without getting what I intended to get when I came here. The only reason why I came to this location was because I was craving my usual Orange Dream Machine and is the closest to my place. I have never had great customer service from any of the staff members at any of the Jamba Juice locations that I have been to except for one in Natomas. When I arrived to this location, I walked in and was the only customer there. The guy that was working at the time when I walked in the door, he had turned to look to see me walking in since he had his back to the door. When he saw me, he didn't even acknowledge me whatsoever and just turned back around to continue the cleaning that he was working on when I walked in. Since I already knew what I wanted before I had even walked in the door, I was standing at the counter telling him that I was ready and he just continued to clean. I knew that he heard me, but he just didn't want to stop what he was doing to help me. Once I had said "Excuse me, but I'm kind of in a rush! So if you don't mind, I would like to order and get my drink right now please." Big lie, but I just didn't want to be standing around waiting for my order to even be taken let alone be made. He just let out a loud, annoyed sigh as he turned towards me to take my order. Just because of that, I am no longer coming to this location whenever I am craving Jamba Juice. I will actually drive an extra 10 minutes out of my way to the next closest one to get my Orange Dream Machine. read more

Worst Jamba Juice I've had. Most of the fruit wasn't even blended and was too chunky to get through the straw. I ordered a kale-ribbean and got almost no kale in it so it was almost a completely yellow drink. My boyfriend usually gets a slightly modified peanut butter mo'od where he subs soy milk for berry juice and she kept trying to get him to keep the soy milk and change it to other things than berry juice. We like the berry juice. Please don't argue with the customer. It's a small change and if we are paying $7 per drink I'd like it to come out how it's supposed to. read more

Incompetent management killed the experience today. The smoothie was fine when it was served after a 10 minute wait(!), but the manager (name unknown) overcharged me because she got my order wrong, and I didn't realize it until later because she didn't offer me the receipt. When I brought this to her attention, she gave me a token apology, but didn't make much of an effort to make it right. When I asked this same manager about being able to fill out a survey or get some special offers or coupons, she seemed utterly perplexed. The ownership needs to do some remediation with their employees in the area of ensuring customer satisfaction. read more

I can have jamba any day in the year! Summer or winter! My favorites are the Mango-A-Go-Go with frozen yogurt instead of their regular pineapple sherbert. I also really like the Orange-A-Peel when I'm feeling for something more tangy. Razzmatazz and Peach Pleasure are also pretty good. I know they have added a lot more new products but I have yet to try any of it but also don't really care to. I think the old classics are probably best anyways. read more

I always drink Jamba Juice and 90% of the time I visit this location because it is on my daily commute route. On two different occasions my smoothie tasted like ice...and I didn't get to finish it. Most times this is my breakfast so I'd like to think it's important that it taste good. On a separate visit early in the morning the girl who took my order made it clear she was irritated and not happy to be there. She kept asking me is that it? I had to tell her no, I would also like to add a boost to my drink and possibly get a food item. She stood impatiently and irritated. Today was the day I decided to write a review. Every time I order a fruit smoothie I add ginger. I watch the normal scoop amount which is two scoops with a measured scooper. Today they had this guy who couldn't have possibly moved any slower if he tried, making it. I watched him scoop a itsy bitsy bit of ginger in my Large smoothie. I tasted it and apologized for complaining but told the manager it didn't taste like ginger at all. She too looked irritated, threw my smoothie in the trash and shouted to make a remake. I watched the kid (you know the super fast one) remake the smoothie in exact sinc with the last smoothie. It tasted exactly the same. I told him about the scoop measurements & he said we usually have a different one. He put the equivalent of half of a scoop when the normal scoop is two heaping scoops. When that's the normal, it's a big difference...I just left. This staff at this location should get some pointers from Jamba on Arden. I'm a jambaholic, but i wanted to take a minute to make note of the outstanding customer service I received today. I called I my order before work and it was ready and waiting. The 2 people ( a man and woman) who were working were extremely polite and helpful, they offered samples, explained what the benefits of certain products were, and turned me on to ginger cayane shots rather than caffeine. My order of two drinks and a spinach wrap took 45 minutes. 45! And then when I got my drinks, they had forgotten about my wrap! I asked for a refund, but they promised that my wrap would be out in 2 minutes... Reluctantly agreed. Got my wrap and heading to work, take a bite and it's frozen! Luckily I was only a light away so I came back and demanded a refund immediately. The team looked stressed out and very disorganized- one coworker clocked off, left drinks in the blenders, halted production completely, so somebody else could clock on. The new person then couldn't even FIND the order! I used to come to this Jamba daily, and now come for my weekly shopping trip to target, but I don't think I'll be returning. Been here on numerous occasions: when they're not busy, they have my smoothie out within seconds, & when they're busy, they take a little longer with my smoothie, but they always make up for it by being so friendly! Those first two reviews don't make sense. Of course they will be shuffling around if it's busy with two workers! I give them props for busting their butts and still being able to put a smile on their faces. Never had a bad experience coming to this location until I was lied to. Watermelon breeze had to be the best creation ever and sadly it was going out of season. Realized that it wasn't on the online menu, I contacted the store to ask if they still had watermelon breeze. The girl said no it's been discontinued. Fine, I get to the place and out of curiosity, I ordered a watermelon breeze. The girl rang it up and I paid for it. After paying for it, I just had to ask the cashier why someone over the phone told me they're discontinued and can't be served when they still have the ingredients for it. She said she's not sure why so she went to grab another person. She didn't check their inventory or anything. And the other girl came up to me and said they can't sell it to me because it's discontinued and they don't have the ingredients for it. Such a shame, they would've been able to make it for me if I didn't keep my mouth shut. All and all, I went to another location and they said they'll make it until they run out of ingredients which is reasonable. Just wished I didn't waste my time being lied to. read more

Unfortunately I would have to agree with some of the reviews below. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE SHORT ON TIME. Not only did our server give us attitude after SHE misheard me, she made one of our drinks then had I'm assuming the new girl make our smoothie bowl while she went to the back to gossip with another coworker. And when I say new girl I'm positive she was new because it took her literally 15-20 mins to make my jamba bowl! She stood there for good 10 mins then kept walking back and forth I'm assuming because she had trouble finding the correct ingredients. I don't blame the new girl I blame our originAl server and her other coworker for asking her what was taking so long but not even bothering to help the poor girl! Although the associate was very generous with the toppings she ended up taking so long that the smoothie portion was melted and became soupy. Very disappointed. Maybe it was a bad day for the employees there, but I was also having a bad day and wanted to get me some APPLES N' GREENS SMOOTHIE TO HOPEFULLY MAKE MY DAY BETTER and be greeted by charming Jamba Juice employees. NO. There were no welcome ins and the workers there, two specifically a male and female, weren't even paying attention and I waited like 8 minutes in line, WHEN THERE WASNT EVEN A LINE, but a line started to form after like 7 minutes of waiting. This mother trucker(male Hispanic worker, spiky hair) just looks at me as I take my order, and doesn't say anything like "hi what can I get for you?" He just looks at me like I'm a damn alpaca or something. I greeted him and asked politely for my smoothie and still no reaction from him. I just wanted to beat his akxoosjalajak. He then went on to make my smoothie which wasn't even good, and was watered down. I will never come back to this Jamba Juice. WASTE OF 7 BUCKS.
