Very rude. Couldn't get anybody to come out to help me. They want you to do everything on a darn computer to order your food and your drinks and the worker just sits in the back picking her nose watching you even on you're struggling. Once you figure out how to go there it's a simple maneuver. Located next to the uninspiring Jimmy John's sandwich shop, Jamba Juice is a standard go-to when juice bars can't be found. My recent visit was on New Year's day and while it wasn't terribly busy the girls working said they had been very steady since they opened. All those hangovers I bet... I love the Razz Matazz concoction but whe I was browsing the menu online I saw that this and many other popular drinks here have dairy (milk specifically) in them so be aware in case of allergies. However, there are plenty of "plant-based" concoctions on the menu board so ask first just in case. Overall, this is a good location for occasional smoothies and the service was fast and friendly. Ordered head using the Jamba Juice app When I went to pick them up, they were just putting the order together. While waiting I had to confirm with them that they didn't have fresh bananas to top one of the bowls. I saw them pouring one of the smoothies from the blender jar into a cup and noticed it was very runny. I asked if they could just add something to it to make it thicker...you know like a smoothie. The barista was happy to add some sherbet and more fruit and it was a little thicker but still not smoothie-like. 5 minutes after leaving the store, I got to where I was going and no one enjoyed their drinks or bowls. The bowls were actually more runny than the smoothies....and one of the bowls had a topping that I'd requested be removed. I'd love to give them more stars. yes, I understand the virus situation, but that should not have any effect on a smoothie. The line moved fast and when I got to the front I was greeted by an employee I think she said her name was "mariah". Any way after I complain about it a week later I get a call from the manager saying to go back in to get my money back and replace my order for the inconvenience. I came in today and "Donny" refunded my money and replaced my order I try to pay, but he insisted and said no it's on us for the inconvenience. That was sweet of him. I ordered a Chunky Strawberry bowl and the girls didn't even put bananas in my bowl and did not care to tell me they were out of bananas. That has happened to me before at different locations but I was informed while ordering and I would substitute the bananas for something else but the girls here didn't care to tell me there wouldn't be bananas in my bowl.
