It's early as about a month ago I experienced a very bad customer service evening of this particular Jamba Juice I filled out a survey that they giving me on my receipt and I explained to the survey and to whoever reads it how badly I felt like I was treated how badly I felt like the customer service and gotten and I've never been treated like that in the past since that survey this store has shown an incredible turnaround the customer service has gotten so much better including yesterday when they made my friends drink incorrect or they just didn't blend it enough to where it was more watery than the thickness that normally has. I want to commend this Jamba Juice for their customer service I want to commend this Jamba Juice for the help did they give me every phone ordered I make and for always having the drinks ready when I walk in my particular job has me driving all over don't makes it incredibly easy when I can do a phone order tell them whenever you picking it up and knowing it will be ready so I can get it delivered on time and to the most happy customer read more

Smoothies consistent with other locations in quality in taste so 3 stars, and brought me back here a 2nd time, but cashier was RUUUUUDE. Condescending. I ask about sizes and she couldn't have been more sarcastic. No 3rd trip for me. Get some staff who understand customer service. Ugh. read more

I was in today and got a strawberry surf rider. The staff was very friendly and did a amazing job . I go there a lot and always get good service. The place is always clean and it's in a decent shopping center. I love being able to sit outside and enjoy a good smoothie. Will be back! read more

Aloha pineapple is amazing! I normally go for the strawberries wild but took a chance and its amazing. The energy boots always put me in a great mood. Great location and super friendly staff. only thing is I am normally in a hurry when I come here and they are a little slow. Always get amazing service so I will come back. This Jamba Juice has been good the few times I had been there, but my last experience was disastrous. The girl working the register took more than five minutes just to get my order correct, which wasn't difficult. I always order the same thing. Two original Caribbean passions, it's really not that hard of an order. The girl making the drinks screwed them up. She started laughing about it and told her co-worker she messed them up and then just dumped them out and started over. At no point did anyone bother to let me know what was going on or apologize for the longer wait. Once she finally got the drinks correct she poured them into my cups (one of which was a plastic tumbler). The first drink spilled all over the lid and the side when she screwed the lid on, so she just dumped the excess into my husbands cup. She handed me the drinks and I asked if she could wipe off my cup for me since it was covered in smoothie. She just handed me a napkin and walked into the back. Really? Is it that hard to just grab a towel and wipe something off. To make it all even better our drinks still tasted kind of wrong. I always order the same thing, so i know what it's supposed to taste like, and that wasn't it. I don't think I will ever be back to this location, the one by my work in midtown is so much better! read more

Having been to several locations over the years, I can't think of anything spectacular at this place that would draw it out above the others. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a new peanut butter smoothie and I wanted to know the difference between the new one and the old one. They were timely during a busy period in getting us our smoothies. Its hard to be disappointed with this franchise. read more

Won't be back. I was over charged, first full price instead of the $1 baked deal and while I did bring it to the cashiers attention, I was still not refunded the difference. It's not much but it's the principle of it and the honesty of the cashier on duty. read more

I love this Jamba Juice and the staff there and Theresa the manager is so bubbly and sweet! However the last 4 times in a row that I've gone to get my energy bowl that I get there in a regular bases, they have been out of fresh bananas and/or strawberries. One day they didn't have either. Good value, place has a peculiar smell, looking at the air-conditioning vents it's easy to understand why. Floors pretty dirty and badly damaged, i'm not really understanding why the floors are perpetually wet if this is a juice bar. This area in general is pretty depressing, apparently economically depressed, The two fanciest places to eat our Hooters and panda express. I really appreciate the customer service from this location!! I had an issue with my rewards account and the manager totally took care if the issue, and offered me a free drink for a return visit. This is a great Jamba Juice with great staff...blah blah blah. This is true, but that is not why I took the time to write this review. I want to share with you something that has changed my life I have experienced something that is unbelievable and truly transformational. No that I have had this, I feel that my life is complete. I am talking about the Pumpkin Smash boys and girls. This magical rejuvenating elixir of pumpkinny goodness is rationed to us by Jamba Juice for several months a year. Not every JJ has the frozen yogurt yet but this location does so for me, that makes it a totally awesome store. They tend to be a little on the slower side of getting orders out but again, I need to work on my patience. I sign up for email coupons and today I plan to use the $2 fro-yo coupon to take the place of my lunch. Its hot and eating a microwave meal ain't gonna cut it. read more

I work across the street from this location, and have always been provided with excellent service every time that I stop in for my weekly fix of an all fruit, or Splenda laced smoothie. The salads and wraps in the chill chest are not too bad if you forget to bring your lunch one day, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I typically order the triple revitalizer with blueberries instead of banana. This location ran out of carrots today when I tried to order. How do you run out of carrots at a Jamba Juice??? So I decided to order fresh squeezed orange juice with mango and blueberries instead and this was a bad choice. There was a bitter after taste that left my tongue feeling numb. I don't know if the bitterness is from squeezing the orange rind but that really left a bitter taste in my mouth literally. Not ever ordering that again. read more

It's Jamba Juice. My only gripe is their entry area is poorly designed and quite small. To place your order, you usually have to walk past the people waiting for their drink. In addition to that, they have little display stands in the way. It's difficult to imagine a person with a walker or wheelchair trying to move around inside. read more

Standard Jamba Juice. Sometimes everything goes smoothly and sometimes they take a really long time to ring people up or ask me multiple questions about what my order is (what boost again?, what size again?, etc.). As long as they get it right. They're accommodating to allergies, just tell them up front. Would come back here when there are deals. Always ample parking. read more

I go to Jamba juice 2-4 times a month. I always get the same drink. Its one of the drinks that isnt on their normal menu so sometimes it can be made right and or wrong. So far it has been a very good place to get the drink. The only thing i wish is that i could order the drink through the app. It would make things easier but i dont mind going in. read more

I come here often and am normally really satisfied with my drinks. Today, 2 shakes turned out extremely watery with no flavor and 1 tasted like it was made with rotten fruit(I had multiple people taste to make sure I wasn't crazy). This isn't why I'm upset, because I understand mistakes. What I'm upset about is how the manager (who made the drinks) reacted. Not only did she defensively question, multiple times, if I was sure about them tasting bad, but she made us feel like we were stupid for coming back to get our ruined drinks fixed. Went in yesterday to order two 22oz Orange cucumber coolers. This is what I always order from here and never had a problem before until yesterday. Once I got home and took a zip of my cooler it was the worst most nasty drink I have ever had. It was soooooo disguisting, one zip of that drink and it had such a nasty after taste I had to spit it out and trying to get the taste out of my mouth was not easy. I thought maybe it was just mine but I tried my boyfriend's who had the same drink and it was the same, horrible disgusting taste. It was such a waste of money. I don't know if maybe they use some bad fruit or what but I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to having my drink and I had to throw it down the drain. Two drinks wasted and I didn't get a receipt because I didn't think I would need one, therefore I didn't take those drinks back and get a refund or at least some new drinks for that matter. read more

Came in today-one person in front of me. Took over 10 minutes to be recognized while the cashier and another person made the food/drink for person in front of me. Once she took my order and began making our drinks, she then told me the credit card machine was down and she wrote my credit card info down. I probably should have walked out then, but felt obligated to take and pay for the drinks - but I wouldn't have ordered them had she told me first. Hope my information isn't "lost" and I'm charged correctly. I won't return to this location however. read more

it's a jamba juice. they serve snack bars, pretzels, oatmeal, and froyo now, too. i've never eaten these other things. the staff is nice. they are helpful with merch. they've fixed things when there's been a problem without hassle. we go here a lot after the kid's braces appt's and it always hits the spot. read more
