9/11/2026 We stopped by for ice cream after dinner! It's usually a hit or miss with this location but today was a good day! They have such a great deal going on this month! 3 mix and match for $15! 2 double scoops of ice cream or smoothies (sadly no milkshakes) We had 2 nice young guys servings us today! In and out - easy peasy! Sweet treat for a nice hot day! read more

If you're looking for a cake that doesn't look like the photos and has the incorrect flavor of cake you choose , look no further because this place will definitely not deliver. I ordered a Valentine's "XOXO" ice cream cake from this Baskin-Robbins expecting bright red detailing and a chocolate cake base. The cake I received was a dark burgundy/maroon instead of the advertised bright red. They said it was darker because that's how the colors get when it's cold . I think as a little bummed out because I was having a galentines event and the colors didn't even match . Also , if it couldn't get any worse when we cut into it, the cake flavor was birthday cake rather than the chocolate I ordered. My husband raised the color issue in-store and was given $10 off a $25 cake. However, when I later called about the incorrect flavor (which is a separate issue), the manager said nothing further could be done because of the $10 already given. I understand minor color differences can happen, but receiving the wrong cake flavor feels like an incorrect order, not just a cosmetic issue. Disappointed with how this was handled, especially since we didn't get what we actually ordered. Won't be back here again . read more

First time visit yesterday was a good one. The store is as nice as one expects for this chain. It is located in a shopping area that does not have a lot of beauty or open businesses, but it is worth going to. And I don't just say that because it's a hot day. The staff was cheery and smiling. The three scoop sundae I had was just as I remembered previously at other locations. So glad I finally stopped by here. read more

Last night my boyfriend and I ordered through DoorDash, Sundaes on a Sunday ha ha! The REESE'S® Peanut Butter Cup Sundae, this layered sundae is a peanut butter and chocolate lovers dream come true! Filled with REESE'S® throughout, from the ice cream to the toppings, I licked it clean! Order this and thank me later, it's one of my favorite sundaes they make! I would recommend this location, our sundaes may have arrived a bit melted but it's delivery and who cares it was soo good! Who doesn't like ice cream? I loved it and I hated it! It tastes good with many choices I can found in Baskin-Robbins, But I hated the ice cream when I think about the sugar! The workers in this Baskin-Robbins are very attentive and nice. Fast service and the store is clean! This Baskin-Robbins in Sunrise Blvd is so conveniently located in a shopping and restaurant mall. Most of the businesses are closed due to the pandemic at this time. Baskin-Robbins is one of the very few businesses still open! Many customers purchased the drinks and ice creams to-go, but also many customers have enjoyed their ice cream in the parking lot too! I wish the owner of this Baskin-Robbins will have some tables and chairs in front of the store for their customers who want to enjoy their ice cream there! read more

Good location for a baskin Robbins! It's funny how it's right next to a dominions, ihop, Indian food, sushi, and a 24 hour fitness! So basically you eat dinner, work out, have ice cream! So location is good... And of course the 31 flavors of ice cream is even better! My favorite of all time is very berry strawberry but I was craving a cappuccino blast with extra vanilla ice cream! The young gentleman made my blast awesome! Plus he was very cool and a hard worker with motivation! Too bad I didn't catch his name! Only reason I knock off a star is because the inside is extremely narrow and small and when it gets crowded, there's very little room... Wish it was wider so you can fit more tables BUT they have outdoor seating BUT when it's 105 degrees outside, might be better to stay indoors! read more

Came in the morning of Pi(e) Day to get a turtle pie. Was so disappointed to see there weren't any pies in the display case. Asked the young lady if there were any in the back. She went to check and reappeared with an older gent (may have been the manager? owner?) who said he'd be happy to make us a pie if we could pick it up later. Sure! Love coming to Baskin Robbins. It's close to our house and they have a great deal on the quarts of ice cream. I love how they do a flavor of the month, and now they have a lot more different things to choose from besides just ice cream. My mom always gets me the grasshopper pie for my birthday. I am SO grateful that Sweet Haven Bakery is now across the street from the yoga studio where I teach. Their cookies and cupcakes are delicious. The staff who work there are friendly and great to talk with. I was pleasantly surprised to find there is also a coffee shop in the store as well (separate review coming for Ka Pua Coffee), also with plant-based options. I'm basic and boring and get the iced Americano, but I've gotten the seasonal island latte for my husband who loved it. Swing by and try out these delicious, locally-owned shops.

Seriously, I've never had anything I didn't rave about here. Bonus for having a coffee stand inside as well. Yum. What knocks off a star for me are the near impossible hours. A bakery that opens at 10am knocks out a morning purchase on my way to work and since they also close at 5pm that also stops a dessert purchase on my way home. And they are closed on Sundays... *Sigh* I really hope they do well in this new location, but they're leaving a lot of money on the table in my opinion with these operating hours.

If you live in the sacramento area and have someone special needs children Do NOT I repeat do NOT go to the baskin robbins in the sunrise mall, their employees discriminate against special needs children!! The so called manager made fun of my 5 year old special needs nephew, I've contacted corporate several times, and the refuse to do anything about the situation. The bad: This ice cream is way over hyped and IMO way OVER priced. But, that's just me. Everyone has a different taste, so don't get offended. I do recommend this spot because service is TOP NOTCH! I even gave them a good tip, but for a basic milk shake and a "Like it" size scoop of ice cream is not worth $21.... I could have spend that amount on some really good ice cream at Leatherby's. Anyhow, this is just my opinion and maybe just maybe Cold Stone should tone down on the pricing on a shake that tasted just like a McDonald's one. $4 extra for two strawberries, scoop of nuts and little bit of caramel topping with the shake already costing $9? Nah....... I'm good.

I always enjoyed Yogurtland's variety of yogurt flavors and quality of yogurt. I'm not sure if it's normally like this or maybe just when I went, but the yogurts were a little liquidy than I remember. They have a decent selection of toppings and their pricing is $0.85/oz. If you're looking for a froyo inspo, here's what I recommend: 1/2 euro tart, 1/2 pomegranate froyo, topped with cheesecake bites, mochi, fresh blueberries, and fresh strawberries.

First let me start by saying... FROYO!!…read more I'm a big fan of frozen yogurt, and when the flavors and toppings are this stacked, I'm basically a kid in a candy store. Ambiance: 7/10 It's a yogurt shop, so don't expect much in terms of decor... but honestly, that's not what we're here for. The focus is the froyo. They've got some indoor seating along the wall and a small aarea in the back, enough to chill if you're not taking it togo. Service: 5/10 It's a self serve place, so interaction is minimal. Only reason I'm knocking it down is because it took a while for someone to come out from the back when I needed a sample cup. Once I had that, I was good to go. Food: 10/10 I sampled about 6 different flavors (zero shame), and settled on cheesecake and chocolate raspberry truffle....SO good. I went full dessert mode and topped it with cheesecake bites (a must for me), cookie dough bites, brownies, cherries, you get the picture. It was glorious, and I had leftovers for a second round later. Thanks, Yogurtland, for being loaded with options and not skimping on the good stuff. I'll definitely keep coming back for my froyo fix.
