Could you possibly have a bad experience at Crumbl Cookie :-) lol!…read more I want to share a tip! Remember tips on Yelp?:) The closest Crumbl Cookie to me is in Folsom. It is always busy with lots of customers coming and going. So that equals waiting. But if I am driving to or from Sacramento on Highway 50 I can take the Zinfandel exit in Rancho Cordova and literally be at a much less crowded Crumbl store in minutes. I have been here many times now and the service is always excellent, the shop is clean and inviting, and there is plenty of parking. Best of all, I have my choice of the same, wonderful and delicious cookies as the Folsom location. And... there is never a wait! So all you Folsom and El Dorado Hills peeps traveling up and down Highway 50 corridor... know that if you want a quick Crumbl Cookie fix without a long wait... head on over to the RC location. Eating good in the "Crumbl" hood! Where dreams come true :-)

In the past I haven't been the biggest fan of Crumbl because I'm not a fan of cakey cookies…read more However, this week they had thin cookies that were chewy and perfect. We tried the red velvet, birthday cake, and s'mores. They were all good, but the s'mores in particular was fantastic and gooey. We also got the Dubai chocolate cookie sandwich with the thin cookies, and that was one of the best cookies I've ever had in my life. If Crumbl keeps making the thin cookies, I will come more often. It would be nice if they offered both at the same time - like 3 flavors in thin-style and 3 in cakey-style because I know other people prefer their original style.

Finally a place where we can say "yes, choose what you want " to my daughter!…read more We found Caring Kitchen about 6 months ago, and have now been a weekly or biweekly frequent of the Rancho store, and occasionally stop by the Orangevale location. My daughter is allergic to everything, soy, dairy, egg, fish & shellfish. She can safely eat out at 4 places, and Caring Kitchen is one of them. We stop by every time there is a birthday party to pick up a cupcake so she can be included with her peers. We stop by for fun, we stop by because everyone deserves to be able to go to a store and say pick what you want. Now, for those of you who are like us and are worried about some cross contamination, Rancho does have nuts and soy. We have never had an issue with cross contamination with soy, everything is clearly labeled, and the team does a great job confirming any allergy's. I would double check depending on your nut severity, but many things seem to be pre-wrapped for this reason. The other location is even more allergy free (nut and soy free). I cannot reccomendation this company more, you will pay for the quality, but also for the safety, amazing taste and everything else that comes with a great bakery.

We don't have a gluten sensitivity, but decided to give The Caring Kitchen a shot. Unfortunately,…read morethe baked goods did not quite hit the mark for us. The sandwich cookies had a noticeably grainy texture, and the breads were heavy and dense rather light and tender. I know gluten free baking can be tricky to nail, and I appreciate the bakery's mission and efforts to serve the community. However, coming from a standard diet, the textures of these products fell short. It might be a great option for those with strict dietary needs, but for anyone just curious to try it out, the recipes could use a bit of refining.

It's been a few years since I was here and stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. They have expanded…read moreinto adjacent space and upgraded a few things. They had a food truck in the back patio serving barbecue. Tap list is great! I tried a tea seltzer that tasted a bit like an Arnold Palmer.

Headline: Another great brewery in Rancho Cordova!…read more Location: Located off sunrise blvd, is this unassuming brewery. I say that because when I entered I thought I was coming into a small little brewery but was suprised to find a pretty big place. Not only does it have the a bunch of seating areas to the side but they have a large open space in the back. Of course it was a cloudly day so we opted to stay inside. This place has a nice vibe with different seating areas and smaller areas if you want to stay away from the crowd. They also have some single seats and an area with a bunch of different games. Really suprised at how big this place is. Service: The beertender was very helpful letting us try out different drinks and providing some information on what we might lake based on taste. We didn't get too much interaction after we served our drinks but it was a good interaction and means we were able to get our drinks real quick. Drinks: I ended up getting the coffee stout made from Kingdom Coffee Roaster beans and was suprised about how light it was. I couldn't resist once I actually tasted it. While not a dark rich stout it still had a creamy light finish and honestly was something that I would order again. Defintely a place worth checking out if breweries are your thing!
