AWESOME service!!! i came in here on saturday night to pick up drinks for my son and his friends - about 8 drinks. they were great. drinks all looked thick and yummy. one came out a little runny at first, and the girl making it took one look and remade it right away... she said it just wasn't thick enough, and she didn't want to serve it that way. i had mentioned that i was ordering for a bunch of teens, and she asked if i wanted all the drinks labeled. yes, very smart... thanks!!! it made it soooo easy for me. they put them all in drink carriers, with the drink written on the cup. really, service was fantastic. they were so nice and very friendly. i wish every location had this kind of service! they made me look like the best mom ever. thanks ladies! read more

Came in tonight for a smoothie with a little energy. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got a shot of wheatgrass which I actually enjoyed. And also a shit of tuner if and a shot of ginger and those were actually really strong tasting. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't carry the watermelon smoothie anymore(the one close to my work does) but other then that it was good. read more

Went in to this location today to buy a gift card and a scoop of sherbet. Come to my surprise the manager, Christy, said they do not sell scoops. I have been buying a single scoop of sherbet at MANY locations for more than 10 years. I have never been told they don't sell this. I just bought a scoop from another location the other day. It's sad they couldn't accommodate my request. I'm 5 months pregnant and all I wanted was a scoop of pineapple sherbet. Never coming back. read more

Sadly I'm going to give this location a 2 star rating. And the only reason they get 2 stars is because the Parmesan pretzel is yummy. The last couple of times I went there my drink just wasn't up to par. But today I have to say that my drink was horrible. It tasted like a fake chocolate mess. I'm a huge Jamba fan. I usually go to this location because it's in between my friends and I. The staff is friendly but at times their service is eh but it's usually because it's busy. Other than that, their service is pretty good. My friend and I decided to grab some Jamba after a warm day. I got the Mega Mango. It's one of my favorite drinks on the menu. I love all their smoothies. My all time favorite is the strawberries wild, which I highly recommend. Parking is never an issue for me and I love the location because it's by a Target. I'm a little shocked at lower reviews for this location. I've got to say Christy and the crew there stay on top of things. Sometimes having your smoothie ready before your done paying and that's service! To top it off, never have I experienced a bad attitude here, and well there has been sometimes I've walked right at close. Not 5 till close. But 1 minute to close. I asked if they had a smoothie that is lower in sugar than their usual. The counter girl didn't know so yea Lee back to another girl who said probably the plant based ones. So I got a strawberry swirl and after tasting how sickly sweet it is I google it. 55g of sugar! The employees had no knowledge of their products. It was hard to remember the last time I paid a visit to Jamba, since I go to Starbucks more often, but on this particular day it was raining and I was really in the mood for a cold treat. I walked into Jamba and was greeted immediately. I've noticed that Jamba always has great service and that the employees are courteous. I was ordering for a few people, so I ordered their Mango-A-Go-Go smoothie, as well as their Light (which uses Splenda.) I was a tad bit disappointed to discover that they no longer offer free Boosts. While it won't burn a hole in your pocket, they do cost 25 cents now. The smoothies came out in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone enjoyed their smoothie, including myself (how can you go wrong with mango?). I love how fresh their smoothies taste and the price is worth it, considering you are paying for real fruit and something nutritious. I think I need to kick my coffee cravings to the curb and come here next time I'm in the mood for a sweet treat! read more

I love Jamba Juice, I've been a happy costumer for a long time now. I know not every location is run the same. This location however has always been iffy to me. Some times I come here and the drinks are made great and I can get in and out. Other times however the drinks are made inconsistent and they are completely under staffed. Today for instance is a holiday and they only had 2 people working. 1 on register and one making drinks. It's ridiculous when you have (not exaggerating) 12-15 people waiting around for drinks. I felt bad for the workers because they seemed to be handling the rush as best they could but I can see they were flustered and customers were becoming impatient. Who ever over seeing this location should really reevaluate their demands and business needs. All in all, if you're in need of a Jamba Juice and you have another location as an option. I really like this location!! It's always clean, the workers are always friendly! Nothing to complain =] The worker behind the register really informed me about earning points just by putting my phone number into the mini screen. Not a bad stop for a quick "li'l something" while out shopping at Target, Kohls, or the myriad other shopping destinations on the area. It's about middle-of-the road as Jamba Juices go. They're not as fast as some, but, like all Jamba Juices, you know what you're getting. So, they're right there as far as consistency goes. Well I did come back here after all ... I placed a phone order for a power sized orange dream machine with Theresa (who by the way has been an assistant manager)... the total was $5.60 . I arrive and Theresa made mine original instead of power sized, excusing herself with "I thought you said original" . I pointed out the girl at the register charged me for Power so she must have keyed into the register my phone in order correctly, therefore she must have heard me say "power sized" to have taken the order... (drumoll) ....powersized. Theresa dumps my smoothie back into a blender, filling the blender with only with more juice to blend, thus throwing off the taste and only making it more watery. I reply "Great, nice and watery just how I like" She grabs my smoothie without asking (this is still the 'assistant manager mind you) and starts to dump my smoothie into the trash saying she will remake it. I explain I do not have time (I placed a phone in order because I can't be waiting around especially for other's mistakes) she angrily snapped at me "Dont be like that" (what the heck!?!?), to which I replied "If you don't want me to have anything to say then just do my order right THE FIRST TIME!" She said she did not need my card but will refund back to my card......three weeks later after calling and complaining to the corporate office, the corporate office refunds the money back to my card but only after making me send in my bank statement to them and providing my full credit card number over the phone. By the way, the 'regional' or 'district' manager never called me about my experience like Jamba Juice said they would. Who cares about correcting or improving bad service? NOT JAMBA JUICE! read more

nestled in the heart of the Rancho Cordova shopping center, this Jamba juice offers a quick fix for the nice SmOOthie treat! The experience isn't something you'll return for. Frankly the staff is questionable at best and it seems to trickle down from the manager. I walked in and wasn't greeted, but looked at. The Manager walked in front of me and promptly opened the display case. As i was looking inside, she never moved and acknowledged the fact that she was standing right in front of me. The cashier (who was nice enough) asked for my order and clearly saw the look of disgust on my face and did not respond.
