I used to try to order in person but sometimes theres a lot of people and the wait is a bit long because everything is freshly made. So if I have time I go in person but I usually order online and it's ready when I get there or they're finishing up. All the years i've been coming here my drinks have always been delicious. The outside has some seating and the inside is small but mainly just for ordering and picking up and they also sell a lot of good supplements and energy drinks. Everyone here has always been nice to me and it's greatly appreciated and keeps me coming back!

Such a great experience. I love Jamba Juice in general, and I don't really write reviews or anything, but after today's experience I thought they deserved to be one of my rare reviews. I woke up having an absolutely terrible day, nothing was going well, work was even more horrid and the only thing I wanted was to go home, go to sleep, and start over the next day. But, I just had to go out of my way to get an Apples and Greens - a last ditch effort to turn my day around. When I got there I almost turned around after I saw the line, but thought, "meh, already here." The line was surprisingly fast, and by the time I knew it I was already ordering my Apples and Greens with extra kale and pineapple. It must've been my long face, or extremely somber demeanor, but the employee caught on. In a way that didn't impede on my business, she stated she could tell I wasn't having the best of days, and we chatted for a while. The first genuine human contact I've had all day. It may have been their smile, or the utter kindness towards my hostile behavior, but I was talked into ordering a ginger shot. I've always believed them to be a myth of a cold remedy, but after she told me some people say they use them to help stomach aches, hangovers, colds and for an overall sense of wellbeing, I thought it may change my attitude. I'm not sure which is crazier, downing a shot of tequila or shooting down a ginger shot! It was somehow kind of spicy, but opened up my sinuses... and yes, opened my sole. With a smile, I took my Apples and Greens from the counter, thanked the super awesome employee for changing my day, and did not mind sitting in traffic for extra 45 minutes in my way home. I probably won't write a review again for anywhere, anytime soon. But I don know I will be coming back to this Jamba Juice, not only for my Apples and Greens, but for the human interaction we all sometimes need. read more

I always try to make an effort to stop by this Jamba location on my way home from work. The employees are always super helpful when I'm not sure about a certain drink or when I want to try something new. I usually come in for my daily wheatgrass shot, and even when the place is PACKED, I'm always served quickly and in and out in a timely manner. If I go in the mornings, I love to get their bowls. The other day I got an açaí bowl for myself and a mango medley bowl for my boss. I love how you can add honey and peanut butter to every bowl, and I was able to add strawberries and blueberries to both bowls as well! As always, my bowl was amazing and more than filling. This Jamba is Amazing! I just wish I was able to come everyday, my local Jamba in NYC is nowhere near as efficient and clean as this Jamba. This Jamba Juice has Gender Neutral restrooms (which were so clean I wouldn't mind eating my açaí bowl on the toilet ) They actually had space to sit, the store was all swept, mopped, and smelled delightful! The tables were spot free, the work spaced looked well maintained and my drink came out nearly twice as fast as the time it takes to order in the city. I was only passing through Pico Rivera, but if I'm ever in the LA area again, I'd make it a point to come to Pico Rivera just so I could go to this Jamba Juice! read more

I normally enjoy visiting Jamba Juice, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing due to the rudeness of one of the staff members, Angel. I came in expecting friendly service, but instead was met with an attitude that made me feel like I was a bother for simply placing an order. Customer service goes a long way, especially when people are spending their hard-earned money. I hope management addresses this because it's not the kind of vibe Jamba Juice is known for. I went in yesterday afternoon with my mindset of a razzmatazz but I got a white gummy instead and I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in through the door Claudia and Jessica greeted me right away they made me feel welcomed. I didn't know what to order, but Natalie was very helpful in helping me choose Rainbow Rocks which Is off menu but now my favorite. It tastes like rainbow sherbet ice cream. The whole staff really hussle to keep lines moving and get you on your way. The store is tidy and there's plenty of free parking. I have been to different Jamba Juice locations and ask for the same smoothie and they have made it super watery. In this location, Michelle helped me out by subsituting some of the ingredients I didn't want for more fruit which made my smoothie THICKER and DELICIOUS!
