This location isn't typically very busy, which is awesome because it never takes very long to receive my order. The inside is clean, and the parking is easy. My order is always accurate and the taste/texture is consistent. I do miss some of the other drinks I'd order, but the cool thing is they can make some off menu former drinks upon request. read more

I have loved Jamba since I was in high school! Sadly I have seen the prices significantly increase over the past few years. I used to pay $5 for the same smoothie that I know pay around $10 for. I do not come here often because it easily breaks the bank for me but when I do I enjoy the smoothies. I haven't been to a Jamba since they were still "Jamba Juice". A lot's changed. I missed their breakfast wraps that never seem to have gotten the oven temps right but when they did, they were good. Now their breakfast options were a little lackluster. I came in because I have a super old gift card and wanted something cold, sweet, and free. It was alright. Place is clean, a party of 3 were in front of me but they luckily got my order out first since it was just me, so I didn't have to wait. Customer service was nice too. Overall, it's a "Jamba". Nothing super worth mentioning and nothing horrible. Their menu's grown and it's gotten a bit more clunky and more overwhelming to read. But that's just me. read more

It has been a few months since I was in here but, this hasn't lessened the memory of the quality, prompt service that I received. I found the location to be sparkling clean, the employees enthusiastic, polite and professional in every way. My order was taken and my beverage was created before my eyes. With every Jamba Juice experience I have the only down-note is when your straw starts creating that empty cup sound. This is the experience that everyone should have when visiting this or any Jamba Juice location. **FALSE ADVERTISING** My kids wanted a bag of Pirate's Booty. The sign shown in picture shows it at $1.25. When they rang it up, it came to $2. I asked them to honor the advertised price and refused. Saying that the sign wasn't updated. I told them they should put a manual discount of $0.75 to honor the price and the manager said she wouldn't. Out of sheer laziness. This is truly the worst location. Want to order and pay ahead? I'd advise against it if you want your drink. First time ordering through the app: I arrive and approach the pickup window because it's my pickup time. The girl tells me there's no order in my name. I check and the order went through, I paid and it says it's ready. Not sure what happened but there were no other people waiting so she made my drinks and bowl quickly. I wasn't upset because I figured she was telling the truth--there's no way to know if she was or wasn't--and my order was fulfilled quickly. Also, no one else was around so I wasn't worried about the store being crowded. Second time ordering ahead on the app: I arrive and there's a small line. The pickup window is super narrow and blocked off. Not sure why they'd do that. I arrive at my pickup time and a girl tells me to wait on the side until my order is called. Ok, I do that. I'm never called. Ten mins after my pickup time, I get in in line to ask what's going on. The cashier girl has so much attitude because I guess it's hard to make 4 drinks among 2 people. I show her my order and ask why I haven't been called. She never makes eye contact and she just turns around and takes 1 drink out of the drawer beneath the blenders. I ordered 2 drinks. Before she storms off again, I ask what happened to my large smoothie? She checks the receipt and says it was sold out. She said I can get a refund on the app. By now I'm pissed. She can tell so she asks if I want another drink. Uh, yeah. I obviously do. So, I tell her which one I want. She, again, turns around and storms off to go make my drink. She comes back and hands me a small smoothie when I had already paid for a large. SO, I tell her I ordered a large. Again, she storms off, dumps my drink back into a blender and makes more. For a final time, she stomps over and hands me a drink and walks off. I am always patient with food industry employees because I know they have it rough. But this was bad. She had attitude from the moment I walked in and the place wasn't even packed! No one else was picking up AND there was another girl there helping her. I kept my calm but I was obviously not pleased. Needless to say, I haven't been back since. This was like a month ago. It's just so annoying to not know if my drinks will be ready, fulfilled, or if I'll encounter a smoothie maker with attitude and nails too long to be touching food products. Customer service is paramount. So I walked in to purchase a Açaí Bowl and I was helped by Erick M. So with a sad face he asked what do you want, and I replied I would a Açaí Bowl and he asked anything else and I said no and he rang it up. While I used my mobile pay, he flip the screen to me and the screen asked me to tip him. So I decided to tip him 5%. After that he didn't even say a word. I wasn't waiting for him to thank me because of the tip but where is the customer service ethic to at least thank a customer for coming in to make a purchase? For whatever reason or mood Eric was in, if he doesn't want to greet a customer or thank a customer for purchasing and tipping, sorry to say he is in a wrong profession. Whether the manager or the owner knows about the employees ethics or not, is a common courtesy to say hi, welcome and thank you. There Pico Rivera location is not as stocked or as welcoming as the Whittier one. Maybe it is because I got there around opening time. The associate that helped me was friendly. Oh asked her what food item was the tastiest (waffle). The manager and another associate left her there, solo, to go next door. I'll go back to the Whitwood mall location next time. read more

In recent months there has been staff and management changes here and what a difference a bit of customer service makes. David has come in as the new store manager. He has kept some of the original staff and has added a few new. This place made a complete turn around. Employees are once again happy, or appear to be happy. That's what we want as customers. Just about everybody there knows my order and begins making it when I enter the store. Makes you feel kind of important. So if you are one of the customers that faded away, give this place another chance. I think you will be pleased. Oh, and they don't run out of product anymore like they always used too. This store needs employee training. I have ordered my fresh juice but employee keep understanding as different drink. After minutes and minutes of talking, I end up ordering one of their preset drink. I have never experience anything like this before at any of other Jamba stores. It felt like I am ordering Chinese food from McDonald's. Employee kept repeating same words over and over. I went to this Jamba Juice and Angel was the nicest, he gave such great customer service. The smoothie was delicious and came out fast.

I have to say this MUST be a management/owner issue or something. When I have gone in-person this location has had delightful and helpful staff, but they're clearly not trained on the delivery/pickup apps and even if they were the location is so poorly stocked that I'm sure it's almost impossible to fill most orders. They have next to nothing you might find at another Jamba location apart from a handful of very basic classic smoothies. I have also never successfully received a delivery order from this location. Most of the time their internal app shows as closed for delivery (but not until you try to submit your order and receive an error), and using a 3rd party app if it allows you to submit an order it will her get canceled. Someone needs to get this location fully stocked, AND train your people how to manage the delivery apps. read more

I like this location because it's local but often find myself having to go elsewhere for my smoothies, wheatgrass shots, ginger shots, etc. It's great when they have ingredients in stock but a little misleading when they have posters on their door, window, counter, etc promoting their immunity shots but when you try to order, they are always out.
