Drinks: Large Cookies and Cream Shake $6.75 and Large Rose Milk Tea $6.50. Both were good, but a little pricey. The Rose Milk Tea was different than my usual vibe, but didn't disappoint. It tastes exactly how it sounds. $13.25 total. Service: Great! I asked the Cashier for a recommendation between the Brown Sugar Milk Tea or Rose Milk Tea. He gave me his perspective on both. Drinks came out quick. Ambiance: small, cute, clean little boba spot.

Not sure where to start ,had to wait 20 mins for 1drink,the employees do not wash their hands after touching their face etc,just in case if you pay extra for topping they'll short you and then say"I put extra" like alright i'm not even gonna argue with u. Would not recommend at all

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was promptly greeted and helped. The staff that helped me was wearing diamond studs/earrings didn't quite catch their name. The place is well lit and bright my only complaint is that because I came in the late evening the air conditioning was on and it was already chilly outside. Other than the temperature from the establishment, I really love this business. They have so much variety from their smoothies to their bowls. My personal favorite are their yogurt smoothies. Also, the green tea latte (hot) is awesome. It tastes very well balanced. I'm grateful for this place!!

Drinks are always consistently made and tastes perfect. Favorite drink is Golden Phoenix, as they are the only Boba Time franchise that makes it, and it's so delicious and balanced in flavors that even make the Brown Sugar Milk tea taste basic. Like it has the perfect amount of brown sugar sweetness to it with almost a slightly roasty nuttiness taste to it. Also, Galaxy tea is another favorite when you're wanting something refreshing and not craving a milky/creamy texture. I love that the Galaxy tea uses Butterfly Pea tea because it gives the drink a cool galactic feel to your drink; especially with the cute star jellies they automatically come with it. And the Pistachio Frappe is amazing when you're craving true Pistachio flavor in a smoothie-blend as they also add Pistachio bits in it too. ADD a shot or 2 of ESPRESSO when you need the extra pep in your step and it is a caffeine/Pistachio lover's dream come true! And the the service here is always efficient, consistent, and friendly! Love Boba Time, but especially Whittier location!

Came in during a busy time, which I completely understand but the lack of basic acknowledgment from staff made the experience frustrating. After placing my order, I stepped outside to give others space. I came back about 10 minutes later and waited in line so I wouldn't be in the way. When I got to the front, my drink was already ready, but no one acknowledged me. There were three employees, two making drinks and one working the front. The employee at the register when picking up my drink (fair skin, glasses, multiple piercings) avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge me at all. I had to try to flag someone down, and I wasn't the only one other customers were doing the same. That said, the other female employee who took my order was friendly and kind, which I appreciated. I get that it was busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" or even eye contact goes a long way. Customer service and communication were definitely lacking during this visit. read more

All sugar, no real ingredients. Not worth the price. Self service is not ideal this location. To get help from an actual person took a while. Almost left, but I was really wanting to try this place out. Was not a fan. This a boba spot I fell like I would never come back to. It's sad when artificial ingredients take away from what could be great tea. read more

Just bought here a few minutes ago for pick up. Need to wait 2 minutes. It's ok at-least it hasn't melted yet. But to my surprise as soon as we drive off - the boba is watery already, needs more taste 2/10 can't taste the flavor , (ordered mocha with 2 espresso shot , pistachio shake and a cinnamon cereal shake) so disappointed! Also didn't gave a straw which everyone gives automatically (didn't notice since I'm rushing) and when ask for a bag they ask u to pay extra. Don't know why boba time in Eagle rock, Glendale, Glendora, Bellflower and Anaheim area does it much Better than around 90640 area. But they charge the same. read more

Came in with my nephew and waited for about 3 mins (no greeting from anyone out of the 3-4 employees) before I noticed I could order on the tablet. Ordered on the tablet sat down. 5 mins later a mother & daughter come in (they are greeted & assisted with their order (immediately) and literally get their drink by the time they sat down right after ordering. I ask the worker " did i miss something cause none of you helped nor greeted us and we're still waiting on our drink". The worker responded they had to wait or were working on something. But the SERVICE played a major part to the experience cause there was none. Not until I addressed the circumstances. Drinks were good , service non-existent. At least towards my 12 year old nephew & I during OUR experience. read more

I love this place! I am addicted to the Thai Milk Boba. I order the X-Large with xtra boba. It is sooo good! I have tried their shakes, slushes, and ice coffee. My other favorite is the coconut and strawberry shake. The macrons and NY cheesecake are okay. The service is fast. It can get busy and the space is small with only a few tables for indoor seating. I usually park in the 15 min parking and run in, grab my drink and head out. read more

I won't be coming back. I ordered "easy ice" and the drinks comes out not even filled to the top and more than half full of ice. If I didnt do easy ice, would the whole cup been full of ice? I paid $7.50 for a drink...not ice. read more

Consistent and reliable boba joint in Whittier! I have had issues with sweetness consistency at some of the other Boba Time locations but not this place! Their Taro Smoothie with boba (full sweet) was perfectly flavored and the boba texture was good. read more

Acai bowl is good , but the customer service ridiculous Went in tonight and was waiting for my order . 1 i can see all the employees staring at us Then Once the guy gave us our order The only girl there turned the lights out BEFORE we walked out . I understand we ordered at 9:22 And closing is at 9:30 but if closing is meant for earlier maybe lock the doors so you don't get customers She couldn't wait 2 steps before doing that and then doing it with attitude ? Love this place! Been coming here since it opened and I love the ambiance, menu selection they have from sweets to awesome drinks. The staff is quick, friendly, and efficient. I casually run into people I know and is a cool place to hang out and kill time. I used to go to the Buena Park location before this opened but since I live in Whittier this has been heaven sent. I'm so happy to come to this very clean establishment, environmentally friendly and close to my hang out in Whittier. The Thai Boba Tea is on point and refreshing for summer and the employees are nice and friendly. Actually smile at customers which of course everyone should tip them for their good service. Excited to see a new boba shop in this area and I had to give it a try. My all time favorites for boba is taro milk tea and the strawberry matcha, which this store has! The drinks were made perfectly and the boba pearls were fresh and had good amount of chewiness. The store itself was clean and service was prompt. The drinks here are amazing! I've taken my kids here a bunch of times and it Never disappoint. The people working there are extremely kind. The vibes in there are chill and with the music it makes everything go together. And don't forget about the macaroons they are very good and reasonably price. We are first timers to boba. My kids loved the Oreo frappe. I loved the strawberry matcha I had! I got boba in it and I actually like it! Last time I ever get boba somewhere it was disgusting. Their drinks taste so fresh! Their macarons are also the freshest I have tasted they were cool, creamy and tasty. We got 3 - pistachio, birthday cake and chocolate and they were delicious! That extra care was really appreciated. Another nice touch was the complimentary coffee station near the cashier with oat milk and raw sugar available for guests. This location is inside Rodeo 72. The Blue Bowl space itself is on the small side, but there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating nearby to relax and enjoy your bowl.

She continued to work, never acknowledged us or looked at us after that, and didn't even go to the register to take our order while we stood there, waiting patiently. I looked at my husband and said " she just yelled at us and I don't think she's going to take our order. It's not worth it. Let's just go." It's a shame and extremely disappointing to have had that experience. After that experience, I am never going to this store location again. To be treated like that when all we did was just barely walk in is disgusting. I'd rather go to the location in the Whittier Groves. It left a bad taste in my mouth and they lost my business.

I work at the chilis at the Whittier quad and last week that I went for a boba I was placing my order and it's just felt very uncomfortable with this gentleman name Kevin! Every time I go he has a starring problem Checks you out from head to toe! Just very uncomfortable instead off him helping to make boba he is literally micromanaging the girls who's taking there order doesn't even give them there space to be that's so uncomfortable be professional and don't be acting like a pervert doing your work hours! Night crew service was the worst service . Nobody acknowledges you. They just stare at you . they don't greet you . Service is slow . They mess up on your order and expect you to just take 4 shaved ice orders that were all wrong that had melted vanilla ice cream dripping off the side of the cups and inside looked like a milk shake. This is unacceptable especially on an empty night. I won't be coming back here again. There rude and just busy giving away free shaved ice to friends over the counter. read more
