Came in during a busy time, which I completely understand but the lack of basic acknowledgment from staff made the experience frustrating. After placing my order, I stepped outside to give others space. I came back about 10 minutes later and waited in line so I wouldn't be in the way. When I got to the front, my drink was already ready, but no one acknowledged me. There were three employees, two making drinks and one working the front. The employee at the register when picking up my drink (fair skin, glasses, multiple piercings) avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge me at all. I had to try to flag someone down, and I wasn't the only one other customers were doing the same. That said, the other female employee who took my order was friendly and kind, which I appreciated. I get that it was busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" or even eye contact goes a long way. Customer service and communication were definitely lacking during this visit. read more

Ordered on the tablet sat down. 5 mins later a mother & daughter come in (they are greeted & assisted with their order (immediately) and literally get their drink by the time they sat down right after ordering. I ask the worker " did i miss something cause none of you helped nor greeted us and we're still waiting on our drink". The worker responded they had to wait or were working on something. I love this place! I am addicted to the Thai Milk Boba. I order the X-Large with xtra boba. It is sooo good! I have tried their shakes, slushes, and ice coffee. My other favorite is the coconut and strawberry shake. The macrons and NY cheesecake are okay. The service is fast. It can get busy and the space is small with only a few tables for indoor seating. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I was promptly greeted and helped. The staff that helped me was wearing diamond studs/earrings didn't quite catch their name. The place is well lit and bright my only complaint is that because I came in the late evening the air conditioning was on and it was already chilly outside. Other than the temperature from the establishment, I really love this business. They have so much variety from their smoothies to their bowls. My personal favorite are their yogurt smoothies. Favorite drink is Golden Phoenix, as they are the only Boba Time franchise that makes it, and it's so delicious and balanced in flavors that even make the Brown Sugar Milk tea taste basic. Like it has the perfect amount of brown sugar sweetness to it with almost a slightly roasty nuttiness taste to it. Also, Galaxy tea is another favorite when you're wanting something refreshing and not craving a milky/creamy texture. I love that the Galaxy tea uses Butterfly Pea tea because it gives the drink a cool galactic feel to your drink; especially with the cute star jellies they automatically come with it. And the Pistachio Frappe is amazing when you're craving true Pistachio flavor in a smoothie-blend as they also add Pistachio bits in it too. This just happened to me 1/2 hour ago.. I ordered a Large thai tea with boba no ice..order # 88 but I realized i wanted 2 drinks instead of only one .. I lined up again & order my 2nd drink order # 94. the attendant called my # 88 & handed me the drink with ice.. I told the young lady the order was wrong. She asked me if I wanted to take the drink with ice because they were gonna throw it away anyways.. I accepted the offer to take the drink.. but I realized that I was gonna end up with 3 drinks that I didn need .. so I went back to the counter & asked to cancel order # 94.. I had to wait for at least 7 min .. until another male attendant asked me what was the issue.. I explained to him the situation of the reason cancelling order # 94 .mayhem he told me that in order for him to refund the order I would have to give him Back the drink the young lady offered me earlier. So I handed him the drink that was wrong , I he gave me my refund for order #94. Im usually ok with mistakes, but what happened at the end with the attendant that ask me to give him the drink back was not a professional thing to do .. so for this reason I give this store a 0 stars.. We are first timers to boba. My kids loved the Oreo frappe. I loved the strawberry matcha I had! I got boba in it and I actually like it! Last time I ever get boba somewhere it was disgusting.
