I saw the hoarding while exiting from the freeway. This evening on 3/13/21 around 4:30 pm Parked my car & entered the store & waited. Requested for fresh orange juice. The girl at the counter was rude & refused to make fresh & wanted to serve from the cooler. Since I can't take cold, I tried to convince her & importance of coming to Jamba Juice to get fresh juice. But she was rude & adament. I walkedout empty hand. Avoid this place. read more

This location is still garbage! I don't have issues with quality at any other location but this one. A greens and ginger must not be a common smoothie here because it always taste like something else. read more

I like Jamba Juice everywhere I go really. I don't think my taste buds are good enough to distinguish good Jamba from each store like people have been doing. However I'm constantly annoyed with the service at this one. Nothing like a high school kid giving you attitude with your order and gossiping about their friends while making your drink. read more

I'm a regular customer here. I work down the street and regularly come in at least two to three times per week. I enjoy my mango-a-gogo, or fresh squeezed orange juice blended with some peaches. I would say I've been coming to Jamba since I was 12 back in 1998. I won't give you 5 stars because I've NEVER been asked if I would like to add an upgrade my drink by adding some type of BOOST, which is a Jamba staple. I will give you 4 stars because I've never had bad service here. I will say that I like the speed at which they work with considering some of the morning to afternoon summer mid-day traffic. They also have some challenging customers at this location and I've seen the staff go above and beyond to please these types of people which is why I give you a 4 stars for effort. I also appreciate the diversity of the staff at this location, which makes for a good team. Thank you for the god beverages and they deserve a good review. read more

Very good customer service. The cashier was very helpful and nice. The person giving me the drink gave me a bigger size because they made extra smoothie. I also got a scratcher and won a free baked good. The smoothie was yummy and perfect for the warm weather. Luckily, my friend and I came in before the big crowd. read more

This is the 5th time that Ive cane to this Jamba Juice and they dont have any fresh squeezed juices and they dont close for another 2 hours. Poor customer service and its so sad because I love Jamba and this is the closest on to my house. These have been the worst experiences ever and the workers dont seembto mind that they dont have product for customers read more

Employees were very nice and friendly. They took orders quick and made drinks fast. I was in and out in a jiffy especially with the morning rush. read more

What happened to our Jamba Juice??? Where did all that good.. friendly vibe.. that makes you feel like you're becoming healthier by just entering the greenish environment disappear to??? Maybe it's this particular location because me and my wife did not feel welcomed at all at this used to be friendly place. I've ordered the Peanut Butter smoothie and my wife got the Apple and Greens and they both were fantastic. The peanut butter smoothie had a rich thick creamy peanut butter taste followed by a strong banana flavor kick which is a superb match, more felt like drinking a protein shake. Trying to remember a sip I had of the Apple and Greens but can't really get the grasp of it.. and I don't like to leave a biased review so I'll let my wife handle that part since she enjoyed drinking it. Upgraded customer interaction will really help this location out since the smoothie was a bomb!! Why can't customer service be a bomb?? read more

I came in at 9:40am I asked a girl if it was ready she just asked me my name and didn't say anything, so i waited ten minutes and i asked again, it was a different girl she gave it to me so this whole time it was ready ! They all looked like they don't even want to work ! read more

the cashier who took my order also made my drink. was out within minutes, drink: peach smoothie , original (4,85) -didn't feel/taste any ice, only parts of peach -pretty sweet, natural tasting smoothie, doubt any sugar added. drips -noticed energized drinks in cans @2, same drinks @99 cents store only selling@.59. read more

Strictly based on customer service. They are slow. It was kind of busy but really they had three people working and it we waited for 15 mins for our drinks. I've never waited longer than 5 in the busiest place. They were kind of rude; no customer service skills. We were greeted when walking in, but that's where the friendliness ended. First time I've been to a Jamba Juice where people weren't remotely polite. I received my drink with smoothy spilling out on the cup and the girl didn't care to wipe it. Not returning! *p.s. They had a report posted of an inspection that was done and hand washing got a negative 2. read more

This is where I come to get my regular fix for Razzmatazz if I am in the area...The guy that served me was very friendly, when he saw me at the counter he stopped what he was doing and came over to greet me and asked how I'm doing. I placed my order and he made it pretty quickly and I was on my way... I just thought this was worth noting because some places I have been to, the people would ignore you for a good while before they come over to help and take your order. Which is so annoying!! I am giving 4 stars because I love Jamba Juices Razzmatazz! But the service I got here was pleasant. =) read more

Never go to this Ghetto Jamba Juice! There was a mix up at the register with Apple Pay, my girlfriend asked for a medium she got a small and it wasn't thick like she asked for! Me and my lovely girlfriend have both decided never to come back to this Jamba Juice again! read more

Ordered for delivery through the website but it never arrived! I know the failed delivery isn't the store's fault but I've been calling them to get my order at least cancelled and refunded but they aren't answering the phone! I was already skeptical of this location but now I'm certain I'll never return. Smh. If you're reading this, take your business elsewhere. read more

Went in today at 1:05and didn't get greeted or anything when I approached the cashier she just didn't even say hi looked mad as if she didn't even want to be at work. I mean it's customer service. They had enough employees and still took over 10 minutes to get my drink. They seriously need to work on their weak areas. Employees look lost. Didn't see one employee wash their hands even when their touching other items around them and making drinks. Last time I come here read more

there was plastic in my drink?? plus the female worker was kinda rude. awkward environment tbh did not slay. anyways the wingstop next door is bussin. read more

This used to be one of my favorite Jamba Juice locations, not sure what happened. Today I went in and the employees were blasting music, ignoring a paying customer (me), only to turn around and serve another friend who happened to walk in. At that point I decided, I would take my $7 plus and go somewhere else where I can get the service that I deserve and I'm willing to pay for. This location has changed for the worse, since I was there four months ago. read more

Ordered multiple times from this location and I maybe left satisfied once (when a manger made my order) Every with a free item card that I received my order was still wrong and it tasted off (yes I could of taken it back for the remake but I know working food customer service that's something not advised ). Not to mention the wait time is about 8-10 minutes. With only one person in front of you. And the bowls.. well I ordered three from this location (the same kind) and they all came out very different. . As far as what was in it, the consistency, and taste. Just be ready to pay the price, wait the time, and it's a percentage that you still may not be happy with your order. read more

It's a regular Jamba Juice - kind of small, but sufficient. Best part is that it is very convenient to the Oakland airport. So that I could order two larges, have them split into two smalls each, and still be delightfully cold when I pulled up to the terminal curb. You don't know how many "Tia" points I got tonight for picking up smoothies for my sister, brother-in-law, and nephew ... as my sister in particular is trying to nail all her California fixes in her 36 hour trip to visit the family this week. read more

The worst energy bowl I've ever had. The manager, an older Asian(sorry) man was extremely rude to the other employees that were obviously training. He kept belittling her in front of customers and aloud. Employees reflect the training they are given. So they're obviously under poor leadership. It was horrible! Then he made my bowl. It was poorly arranged and the acai smoothie part was tasteless and super icy. Nothing smooth about it! I was so disappointed. Especially since I had to spend money on it. read more

I would have gave it zero stars if I could. Walked into Jamba Juice to hear loud music blaring throughout the store. Don't know if I was greeted or not because I could barely hear anything over the music which had cursing every other word. There were young children in the store as well. The manager (in the black polo shirt) who took my order looked very unpleasant and was singing along to the music as she was helping me. One worker green shirt was too small and she had on slides with mix match socks. For my drink and there was smoothie spilled all over the side of it which the worker didn't bother to wipe off before handing it to me. This establishment is very unprofessional and I will rather not go to this location. read more

I frequent Jamba for my fix of orchard oasis. It is rare that I find an attendant that is familiar with this tropical concoction, but through persistence I can find someone in the store that can manage. However this time I was met by a flamboyant Kendrick Lamar Afro centric type that responded by saying "I never heard of that" with a look of displeasure on his face like I ruined his day. I then look up the secret recipe online, where I find a caption saying, " if you want to order one, show them the recipe and they'll be more then happy to make it." unfortunately he was pissed he was stumped on his own menu and made a terrible orchard oasis. I gave 2 stars because I usually have decent service. read more

I used to be a huge Jamba Juice fan. I still enjoy it, but a part of me feels like it really isn't that hard to make a smoothie or juice, so hence, 3 stars. If I'm feeling lazy, though, this is a fine go-to smoothie place. read more

I'd never had a jamba juice I didn't like... Until today: The mega mango I just ordered was disgusting!!! It kinda tasted like onion... which is just plain weird. I couldn't find the mango taste no matter how much I tried. I was so disappointed and there was no way I was going to carry that cup full of gross smoothie the whole trip back, so I went back and placed in the counter for them to deal with. GROSS! read more

I have to give this location kudos because they are open by 7:30am! Not sure how which locations decide to be open early vs the typical 11am opening. Happy that they're open, as I would love something fruit and veggie filled, vs a macchiato next door! Staff is pretty friendly most times. It's usually only two team members in the morning so please be patient. read more

So convenient for me to go here while I'm waiting for the BF's flight into Oakland to land. I park, I walk in, get in line and order my Razzmatazz.. It came out perfectly, and it was cold, just the perfect quench to my thirsty dehydrated self. I also bought a book here about juice fasts. Perfect way to kill time rather than driving around the airport and burning gas that cost me $65 to fill my tank with. read more

Super is the keyword here! I've been thinking about losing some L-b's with summer approaching so why not try a juice diet. Jamba is the place to be. I normally find a Jamba anywhere but this location is near my work and boy do they know how to make a super smoothie. The employees were bangin' out smoothies like the world was going to end...super fast and you're in&out (not to be confused with in&out burgers... As my waist line likes to remind everyone) Juice it up folks! read more

I love JJ!!! I love this location especially. I walk in, and they greet me by my name...LOL! I do go there a lot, but for all of them to make a point to greet me by name is a great gesture of good customer service. I love their Matcha Green Tea Blast, only I sub the sorbet for Pineapple sherbert with extra OJ....mmmm so good!!! The only problem is their cups, but that is not their fault its Oakland that put a ban on styrofoam. I know I need to be more enviromentally friendly but my drink always melts faster in the paper cups... I cant take any stars for that because it not JJ's rule... read more

This is HANDS DOWN the best juicing establishment I have ever visited. They truly can Jamba their juices

They do not open at 730 on Sunday waste of my damn time sitting waiting for them to open only to be turned away.

Poor service. Workers have a poor attitude. 1 drink had taken 30 minutes. Specifically I placed my order and the gentleman was upset from the beginning of our interaction and even more upset I paid cash. Anyhow, I dropped in because it was near the airport. Never coming back read more
