I've been waiting for a refund for a week and corporate gives me a different excuse every time I call about it. I placed an order ahead for this location and when I arrived, they did not have the items i needed. The cashier Alexis was very rude and continued to assist other customers while talking over me, because she did not want to explain the process of contacting corporate for my refund since I could not get the items I paid for. When I asked for a number to call for my refund or if i could have a receipt as some sort of receipt to prove I didn't get my order, she told me i can just look it up online. read more

The staff at this place is always really nice, but I encountered the owner tonight and he was a nightmare. I was outraged that he was so rude to PAYING customers. If this man wants to be a business owner he needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and how to correctly speak to customers. I will never give a dime to this establishment again! Today was my second time getting the Kale-Ribbean Breeze here and I LOVED it even more than the last time!! I get it with No Greek yogurt/sub mango, and No chia seeds/sub kale. I didn't catch her name, but it was the girl who had dark hair and very pretty eyes who made my drink and she added some mango juice in there. The taste was perfect!! Many Jamba juice locations these days do not fill the cups, they leave about 1-2 inches of empty space. I wish they had one of these in menifee! this place is great! They have such a good variety, I can always find something I'm craving. My boyfriend loves it too even though he likes to order off the secret menu. The employees are all very personable which, I find very important when it comes to good customer service. I love me some Jamba Juice. Faves are Caribbean Passion and Aloha Pineapple. But one thing lacking here is customer service. Usually, when you go to Jamba, as soon as you open the door they all yell out "Hi!! Welcome to Jamba Juice!" This one doesn't really do that (which is fine) but I kind of expect that going to every Jamba (call me spoiled!). I came here on a weekday during lunch time. No one was there (they were all across the way at Chipotle). It does bug me when you go to order your drink and you are the only one in there and the employees are gabbing away about random crap and they make you wait! I'm on a lunch break people! The kids that work here are pretty funny. Entertaining to watch them work, but service was slow. Took about 15 mins to get two smoothies. Place was pretty busy, maybe 8 folks in total waiting for drinks, however, we went a clean 10 minutes in which not a single order came out. The staffed looked busy but nothing was actually being made. With 3 people working this just doesn't make any sense. I don't have time to go to Jamba Juice like it's a sit down restaurant. This was by far the worst ever experience I've had at a Jamba Juice. I'm here and still waiting for my smoothie 20minutes later, and I'm not exaggerating. Three men working in the back are chatting and not hurrying at all on people's orders. It's not extremely busy, so I don't know why it should be taking so long. This is my first and last time ever going to this location. On top of all that, I got a birthday smoothie and they wouldn't let me use it because I ordered a larger size. My fiance and I have gone to this location a total of 3 times, and I will be sure to never return after today. On my last visit over 2 months ago I tried ordering an oatmeal, as it was on their menu with no notice otherwise, and was told they were waiting on a new machine to make the oatmeal. While waiting for my order I looked at the other food selections they put on display in a case by the register. Multiple food items were molded over, a clear health violation and a horrible way to advertise their food. Gross but forgivable since I'm not sure their protocol on the turn over of these items. My fiance returned again today, two months after the last visit, and still no oatmeal. Why have it as an option on a menu if you never intend to have it for customers, bummer. But what really irked me was the comments the employee made about my fiance. He tried opening the door after 9am, their advertised opening time, and it was still locked. He overheard them talking about him after they let him in, saying how annoying it was of him to have done that among other rude comments. In this time when so many have been furloughed indefinitely or just straight out laid off, why would anyone in their right mind have the audacity to make such comments about a paying customer? Children is who. I sincerely hope that the manager sees this review as constructive criticism and has a heart to heart with the kids that they employee. I am someone who has worked food service for 10+years and know that there is a time and place for such conversations ie. walk in or dry storage. Super disappointed in this franchise. read more

I've always been a fan of Jamba Juice for encouraging people to eat healthy. Most of their menu have low fat. Employees are friendly and always helpful with freebies and coupons. Even though most of the time I'm satisfied with their service and quality, I have to say that the biggest pet peeve you could find at this location is the lack of items available. Friendly staff is about ALL they have going for them. It took the "little granola crunching girl" behind the counter to count back my change from a 20$ bill about 10-15 minutes. They don't have a continuous outstanding customer service. They don't listen fully to the customer request, and don't fill their drinks to the top. Is like your paying full price for 3/4 of a cup. There are days that the place is clean and days that is filthy. Customer service varies depending on there personal mood. They gossip behind the counter and slack their orders. They need to be supervised.
