Don't come here if you would like to be served in the order you ordered your drink. I was in a long line with 5 customers behind me and I STILL haven't gotten my drink and they all have gotten served and have left. very disappointed in this location and will not be coming here anymore. BUT the employees are very sweet and had great customer service. They gave me extra smoothies for the mix up. read more

The staff at this place is always really nice, but I encountered the owner tonight and he was a nightmare. I was outraged that he was so rude to PAYING customers. If this man wants to be a business owner he needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and how to correctly speak to customers. I will never give a dime to this establishment again! Corporate is getting a piece of my mind. This man is everything but professional and giving Jamba Juice a bad name. To the owner: I suggest you take a little look over this part of the company mission statement "We treat all of our customers with respect and warm hearts, and try to bring them fun and energy to last their whole day by purchasing our products." .. think twice about the way you speak to PAYING CUSTOMERS. I will personally make sure that no one I know comes here. I honestly wish I could give this location less than one star. Stay away from this place so this idiotic man doesn't get a cent of your money. read more

I was extremely irritated when I ordered my smoothie and the kid working behind the counter decided to make his girlfriends smoothie before he made mine even thought she walked in as I was already paying for mine. Totally pissed me off. Haven't been back since. read more

This is one of the best juice bars ever, workers are nice and I've been going to this location alot and i love their prices and their deals one of the best smoothies in my opinion is the mango go go or the orange dream of course there's more but i named off my favorites so far keep up the good work jamba read more

Worst jamba I've ever been to. I've been here on multiple occasions and they have NEVER gotten my drink correct, customer service is horrible everyone acts like they're being bothered with making drinks and everytime they have to remake it, it's still wrong. Came back today and once again WASTED MY MONEY!! never again read more

Walked in with two entire water polo teams between games and were SHOCKED at the speed, quality and accuracy of all of our orders. Usually we're late for the next game with a crowd our size - but the staff and crew really worked quick all while being polite and professional. Thank you!!! It's on our list for repeat is we ever ha e another tournament up this way!!!! read more

I hardly come to this location, but every time that I do it is always disgustingly dirty, & my order is always wrong. I do not ever plan to go back. read more

This is the 2nd consecutive time my wife and I got smoothies from here . They where whipped not smoothied . And the flavors where dull .

Always the fastest service and Ive had mistakes on drinks and Zachary always remakes my drinks or credits me for next time. Great service and employees read more

Today was my second time getting the Kale-Ribbean Breeze here and I LOVED it even more than the last time!! I get it with No Greek yogurt/sub mango, and No chia seeds/sub kale. I didn't catch her name, but it was the girl who had dark hair and very pretty eyes who made my drink and she added some mango juice in there. The taste was perfect!! And the people working here are always nice. Thanks!! read more

Jamba - My new fav!! Kale-Ribbean Breeze, no Greek yogurt/sub mango, no chia seeds/sub kale. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Murrieta, California

I have an issue with this place every time I go. Customer service is bad. They discontinued raspberries to save money. The raspberry sherbert replacement is sour. I won't be coming to jamba juice anymore. Go to juice it up they're much better and you can make your own mixtures there as well without a problem. read more

Now this is how a Jamba Juice is supposed to be. Clean. Organized. Friendly staff. And most importantly FULL CUPS!!! Many Jamba juice locations these days do not fill the cups, they leave about 1-2 inches of empty space. You definitely eg what you pay for at this location and all drinks are made exactly how they should be... Delicious! read more

Baily and Sabella are so nice and know my orders when I come in on Saturday mornings. Clean store and fast service.

it's jamba juice! i love their new all fruit smoothies! i drank.. something pomegranate and it tasted great! everyone should try that.. and i love their berry topper too.. read more

I've been waiting for a refund for a week and corporate gives me a different excuse every time I call about it. I placed an order ahead for this location and when I arrived, they did not have the items i needed. The cashier Alexis was very rude and continued to assist other customers while talking over me, because she did not want to explain the process of contacting corporate for my refund since I could not get the items I paid for. When I asked for a number to call for my refund or if i could have a receipt as some sort of receipt to prove I didn't get my order, she told me i can just look it up online. read more

I wish they had one of these in menifee! this place is great! They have such a good variety, I can always find something I'm craving. My boyfriend loves it too even though he likes to order off the secret menu. The employees are all very personable which, I find very important when it comes to good customer service. Plus I love how they offer little discounts and freebies once in awhile over twitter @JambaTemecula, go follow them! My only complaint would have to be they're a little pricey, that's the only thing that keeps me from getting it everyday. But all in all it's worth it. read more

I love me some Jamba Juice. Faves are Caribbean Passion and Aloha Pineapple. But one thing lacking here is customer service. Usually, when you go to Jamba, as soon as you open the door they all yell out "Hi!! Welcome to Jamba Juice!" This one doesn't really do that (which is fine) but I kind of expect that going to every Jamba (call me spoiled!). I came here on a weekday during lunch time. No one was there (they were all across the way at Chipotle). It does bug me when you go to order your drink and you are the only one in there and the employees are gabbing away about random crap and they make you wait! I'm on a lunch break people! But, other than that, the drink tasted perfect and refreshing like always and I will be back. Maybe just an off day for them. read more

a razamataz was good as always, I needed to help the cashier count change to get it right, and the burrito delivered was not the one ordered. Ok but, it could be better! read more

The kids that work here are pretty funny. Entertaining to watch them work, but service was slow. Took about 15 mins to get two smoothies. Oh yea, we were the only ones in the store so we basically just stood there and watched them make it. So it seemed really long. There werent really places to sit, so it was kind of a pain in the butt to stand around with my kids running around trying to keep from boredom. read more

I frequent this Jamba Juice location since it's near my work. The staff are friendly.

Go and get your juice on! Murrieta store is nice, clean, and quick service!

Jamba Juice is great, who doesn't like fresh fruit? But my kale mango smoothie was quite tart and I believe that the mangos weren't ripe. Other than that my visit was pleasant. read more

Jamba juice is great. I got an acai bowl which basically tasted like a smoothie topped with berries bananas nuts and honey. It was pretty good, no complaints. To be honest though only came here because of a coupon lol. Too expensive for me otherwise. read more

Great staff, clean location, quality drinks! Baked goods are great as well! Check in with Yelp gets you a free baked good. Some locations don't honor this deal, but this one always does. Thanks for everything guys! Love is location. read more

Place was pretty busy, maybe 8 folks in total waiting for drinks, however, we went a clean 10 minutes in which not a single order came out. The staffed looked busy but nothing was actually being made. With 3 people working this just doesn't make any sense. I don't have time to go to Jamba Juice like it's a sit down restaurant. Then to top it off I randomly got my order before about 3 other people who had ordered before I even came in. What happened here? Pina Colada was tasty. read more

Yum! Always love Jamba Juice. Strawberry's Wild is the way to go!

This was by far the worst ever experience I've had at a Jamba Juice. I'm here and still waiting for my smoothie 20minutes later, and I'm not exaggerating. Three men working in the back are chatting and not hurrying at all on people's orders. It's not extremely busy, so I don't know why it should be taking so long. This is my first and last time ever going to this location. On top of all that, I got a birthday smoothie and they wouldn't let me use it because I ordered a larger size. Usually they will just deduct the price of the small. They were completely incompetent. read more

I've always been a fan of Jamba Juice for encouraging people to eat healthy. Most of their menu have low fat. Employees are friendly and always helpful with freebies and coupons. Even though most of the time I'm satisfied with their service and quality, I have to say that the biggest pet peeve you could find at this location is the lack of items available. Compared to the Jamba Juice in Temecula, this location has the same quality of service, but having not items available to order is a big drawback read more

This Jamba Juice is awesome. Friendly, prompt service, clean and good product every time.

Love it my favorite place. I am please to be the manager of this location. If you need help reach out to me

My fiance and I have gone to this location a total of 3 times, and I will be sure to never return after today. On my last visit over 2 months ago I tried ordering an oatmeal, as it was on their menu with no notice otherwise, and was told they were waiting on a new machine to make the oatmeal. While waiting for my order I looked at the other food selections they put on display in a case by the register. Multiple food items were molded over, a clear health violation and a horrible way to advertise their food. Gross but forgivable since I'm not sure their protocol on the turn over of these items. My fiance returned again today, two months after the last visit, and still no oatmeal. Why have it as an option on a menu if you never intend to have it for customers, bummer. But what really irked me was the comments the employee made about my fiance. He tried opening the door after 9am, their advertised opening time, and it was still locked. He overheard them talking about him after they let him in, saying how annoying it was of him to have done that among other rude comments. In this time when so many have been furloughed indefinitely or just straight out laid off, why would anyone in their right mind have the audacity to make such comments about a paying customer? Children is who. I sincerely hope that the manager sees this review as constructive criticism and has a heart to heart with the kids that they employee. I am someone who has worked food service for 10+years and know that there is a time and place for such conversations ie. walk in or dry storage. Super disappointed in this franchise. read more

I went in a got a strawberry surf Rider no peach and a strawberry wild. The store was busy so I didn't mind waiting a min to have my order taken since there was only two people working. I was greeted with smile so that's always a plus. Our drinks where made in less then 5 min so I really can't complain. Thanks Jamba Juice murrieta I will be back. read more

Friendly staff is about ALL they have going for them. It took the "little granola crunching girl" behind the counter to count back my change from a 20$ bill about 10-15 minutes. In addition, i guess they got new lids and cups... They SUCK. Half way down the street I ended up wearing half of my smoothie! To top it off the smoothie ended up tasting like DOG SH*T... Your better then that Jamba. Will I go back... Most likely not. I would rather drive to the Temecula Jamba just to be on the safe side.... read more

came here 2 months ago and i got serious dierhea and food poising as well as my two friends who also ordered a smoothie , i was traumatized to order another smoothie but i came earlier today for the first time since with my friend and we both once again have food poisoning, im not sure if they are using expired yogurt or if they just dont clean the machines but this is disgusting read more

This Jamba Juice has outstanding customer service and amazing management along with mouth watering drinks all can enjoy, even during busy hours they manage to get your drink out in very efficient time. But I must say the employee with long curly hair and the employee with the beard do an exceptional job with the lengths to which they go to fulfill your request and lastly the manager is very good as well and makes sure everything is kept running smoothly and efficiently. In conclusion I highly recommend Jamba Juice for its amazing products and service. read more

Delicious and tasty smoothies. Would recommend to anyone whom ask. But be weary in questioning yourself to get the cookies and crème smoothie. Despite its delicious name, it is a very chunky and tastes nothing like cookies and crème. Would definitely recommend Caribbean passion. read more
