Really?!?!? Who's runs out of flavors? First time I went into this jamba juice to pick up a macha green tea blast for her after she called it in, went in, paid for it, sat for a bit, then they noticed they didn't have any left? Really?!?!?! The employees were nice which to me customer service is everything to me. But you gotta have your product... Luckily it was me picking up and not my wide cause she would have raised hell in there... The one star is for running out of supply not for service. read more

While this Jamba location isn't the closest to us, we always try to stop by when we're nearby... Service here is great as usual... there's been a few instances where I've found some last minute coupons and they honored them with no hassle... that's always the best! Only issue we've ever come across is that they didn't have something once to make my fiancés orange dream machine... whatever, still a great place for a quick smoothie run! read more

Jamba - Cool, friendly staff - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Murrieta, California

This is the United States of America! The American dollar is our currency and any business that refuses legal tender will NOT get my business. I can understand if you don't have pain but at 4 p.m. you should be able to break a $50 bill and any business should be prepared to do so. read more

I've been here plenty of times, but today my husband and I popped in and Zach had amazing customer service. Love this location and tried some ginger shots with lemon. Yum! read more

Jamba - I always order the PB Protein and i feel like it keeps getting worse. There is no peanut butter in it at all. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Murrieta, California

Frankie was awesome so friendly and wonderful! Best customer service ever. Highly recommend this Jamba Juice location!

So usually I get smoothies from here and I'm a big fan but I live in hemet and they only have a just it up so I've gotten kinda use to them but always preferred Jamba Juice for the smoothies atleast recently I've grown fond of the bowls soooo good! And juice it up has the option to turn any smoothie into a bowl also two size which both are bigger than jamba juices bowl very small and also it tasted like granite yogurt wasn't good at all and I wasn't very happy with that so won't be going back read more

Can't go wrong with Jamba Juice. My order was done right, fast, good prices, clean building and the girls working had excellent customer service skills. read more

I need to contact location directly but phone 951-600-7666 does not work. Is there another number to reach location directly?

Good customer service. Normally nice and polite. If a drink doesn't taste just right, they're very nice about making sure you like it and making it right. read more

I've been going to this Jamba Juice for the past month or so instead of my usual, and they impress me every time. My order is quite complicated because I am a very picky drinker, but the workers get it spot on every time. a the customer service is amazing, I always feel so welcomed when I walk in and it starts my day off in a good mood with their friendly attitudes. They are always starting nice conversations with me and it makes my day. I once ordered 10 drinks at once to bring back to my co-workers and usually at all the other places, something goes wrong. But here, everything was flawless and fast. read more

Helen the manager was outstanding with amazing customer service. Got our drinks made quick and always takes care of us

Love coming here for a fresh juice! I like to get the juices rather than the smoothies, but everything here is good!

Won't be coming back to this location again. There is a $2 off smoothie or bowl coupon that is offered by jamba when you check in. Unfortunately the gal working this morning said we don't take those. It's not about the money it's the principle. Don't offer coupons if guests can't use them and maybe educate your employees. read more

***CORPORATE*** STRICTLY A MANAGEMENT ISSUE, Staff & employees are great... My order came to $32.79, I tried to pay with a $50 and they would not take payment of a bill that large. I understand the policy's if my order would of been under $25. There needs to be a modification made. Your losing money, I had 2 $5's, 1 $20 & a $50 dollar bill. I Had to cancel order because of your policy's. read more

Ever get wow-ed at an everyday place?! yeah. that was here. Greeted by both employees as i walked in. Told the counter guy i was sick and he immediately recommended the Orange C Blaster and THEN asked me if i wanted a medium. You mean you're not going to try to upsell me?!?! Explained that the egg white wrap wouldn't actually be white due to food coloring, then mentioned my name for the 5th time, all without me seeing him look at my chest (i wear a uniform). Bomb. I'll go out of my way to go back here next time i'm in the area. read more

I stopped by tonight and had the worst costumer service that I felt the need to actually post a review. I ordered a Mega Mango and Peach Pleasure. I received two drinks the same color. I questioned which one was which knowing that the Peach Pleasure is not on the menu any longer and maybe they just made a simple mistake because a Peach Pleasure is always yellow and not orange. I was then treated with such disrespect and was even told "maybe it's been yellow in the past, but not tonight"! After a few more insults were thrown my way, one of the girls remade it (properly this time because I told her what was in it) and sure enough it was yellow! I attempted to say thank you for taking the time to remake it when I was again given such attitude that I finally lost my cool. I understand they are teenagers and hate their job, but seriously Jamba, do better at hiring employees that will not act immature and disrespectful. This location has lost my business. read more

i love Jamba juice so much but please UPDATE on door dash that you are out of an item so people don't get the wrong one . door dash shows the picture/name on it and end up getting a completely different item than what i picked once it was delivered and the murrieta location can't be contacted cause it going STRAIGHT to VOICEMAIL. please keep your phones ON like that. this is the only way to really get ahold of the business . damn. read more

Since it JUST OPENED YESTERDAY... THE OTHER DAY (thanks, Nino lol) I will give this Jamba Juice 5 stars because everything's so fresh and so clean, clean. It was also poppin' 'cause of all the kids getting out of school. So new place (it used to be a Tarbell Realtors), nice atmosphere, spacey, they have this nice place to sit while waiting for your order, employees were nice and informative, etc. One of the handsome employees made my order of Caribbean Passion delicious. Thank you for opening a Jamba Juice in Murrieta! read more

How does a jamba juice not have strawberries at 2pm. This place always has something not available

Girl at the register looked annoyed and was so rude. Website says they close at 10pm. We got there at 8 and they weren't making half the menu. "Unfortunately we aren't making any bowls right now" read more

I love Peach Pleasure(peach, banana, orange juice/apple juice), one of the originals and an off-menu order still! Make sure you emphasize that it isn't peach perfection or you'll get strawberry in it too. I call in and pick up a to go order to save time. read more

It smells so amazing when you walk through the door. I just can't wait to try my drink... Review of my Apple green drink...sorry I forgot what it was called. I added soy protein and an energy booster to the drink. All in all it was earthy tasting with a hint of apple....my only regret was forgetting to ask them to add banana. read more

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and learned of a bunch of food allergies a lot which contain fruit. My medicine makes me sick and hard for me to eat but I was craving a smoothie. Every time I go somewhere new and have a super difficult order the waitress or barista usually get annoyed or frustrated. I came in this morning needing something and the girl who helped me did an amazing job. She was so patient and gave me recommendations and this smoothie is AMAZING. Not once did she seem annoyed and took the challenge and made it look easy. I appreciate you so much, you're the reason I still have the energy to go out and order food and not just eat from home because I'm so embarrassed. I wish I got your name but thank you, amazing customer service and a delicious smoothie. It may not seem like a big thing, but to me it was. So thank you. read more

I came in today for a drink, and I had a cut on my finger. That just happened. There was a young lady named Allie, who impressed me by asking me if I need a band aid. She went out of her way to be a good human being, I appreciate that and God bless this young lady for her kindness. As a medical professional, nice to see good people who like to help. Allie thank you and keep up the great work read more

This is my normal Jamba Juice location. My last experience was not their best effort. I should have had them remake the smoothie but I didn't...the staff needs to recognize when the smoothie is the consistent of milk, that it's not right. They needs to pay attention to what they are doing, if it's does look right, do it again, customers will not mind a few extra minutes if the quality of the smoothie is consistently the same. Update Recently I have been going back to this location in the mornings, Spencer is spot on with the smoothies. (Updated 4/19/2017). read more

Open for another 45 minutes and no ginger for a pure ginger shot. You guys normally have a bottle stored in a mini fridge for shots throughout the day, what was so different today at 9pm. Then they offered a subtitution which was fine until they lied and said it's a pure ginger shot, no sir and ma'am it's not, it has lemon and orange juice so now you're a liar. It's ok there are a few other juice spots around read more

As always, I walk in and notice the cleanliness. The place is absolutely squeaky clean. Brightly and vibrantly lit, very cheery atmosphere. The girls working behind the counter were extremely polite and friendly. My smoothie was out before I could finish playing one hole of golf on my phone. Delicious. Great location here. I'll be back. read more

Jamba - Very clean store. Brightly lit, cheery atmosphere. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Murrieta, California

Worse Jamba Juice I have ever been to. My first time at this location I tried to call ahead to put in my order (since I only have a half hour lunch), the phone kept ringing and kept going to voicemail. So I tried to do an online order but the website would not allow me to place the order. So, I run in to get myself and my coworkers lunch (knowing I will now not be able to enjoy my lunch). When I arrive it's hectic. I finally made it to the cashier and my order was almost $50, I tried to pay with $100 bill but she said she couldn't "break it". I had just cashed my check and didn't have time to run into the bank to deposit the money. So I took "my order" off at he bill and basically got my coworkers lunch. Then as I'm sitting at the bench for what seems like forever and it's super crowded, they finally call my name. I walk up to the counter to receive my order and the drinks had no chia seeds on them except for one (which was partial). I had ordered the watermelon restore chia. I was already beyond pissed off that they didn't answer the phone, the website wasn't working, they couldn't accept my $100 and I was jipped on chia seeds. I went back to work, calmed down and chucked it up to just a bad day. So I go back the next day (this time with money IN my account) and order the same thing. As you can see in the pictures, they got the F'ing chia seeds but jipped me on the island pitaya bowls... btw, this time they didn't answer their phones AND website wasn't working. I will never go back to This location and don't think it's right they charge up the ass for this crap and when I complain they don't do anything. Waste of money. read more

This is a solid Jamba to come to when you are in desperate need of a refreshing juice break! The staff here are really friendly, upbeat and have never given me any problems. I like that they have a great variety when it comes to the type of smoothies they provide. Whether I'm ordering a custom smoothie, a green smoothie or my typical protein shake, they always make sure that I get what I wanted. They keep it consistent with quality on each drink and the wait is hardly ever long, unless it's directly after school hours, in which case, beware! read more

Summer is coming up so place like this is a must! They have a lot of nearby parking spot for customers. But the place is pretty small on the inside, so if there is a line and a wait, it's uncomfortable. The staff can be unfriendly at times, so it all depends on who u get. It's kind of hidden in a corner so it's easy to miss. Their drinks are ok. Other locations have done better. Nothing too impressive here. read more
