So usually I get smoothies from here and I'm a big fan but I live in hemet and they only have a just it up so I've gotten kinda use to them but always preferred Jamba Juice for the smoothies atleast recently I've grown fond of the bowls soooo good! And juice it up has the option to turn any smoothie into a bowl also two size which both are bigger than jamba juices bowl very small and also it tasted like granite yogurt wasn't good at all and I wasn't very happy with that so won't be going back read more

whoever's in the black shirt (id assume the manager) on 3/29/21 at 9:20pm should be fired. I've never come to this location and had a bad experience. I asked for something to be substituted as my wife is allergic. When I get my bowls, I saw blueberries (SPECIFICALLY WHAT I ASKED TO SUBSTITUTE) and brought it to his attention that there were blueberries in the bowls. He looked at me and says, okay did you want me to remake them? I said yes, she's allergic to blueberries. He says oh okay, and throws the bowls away clearly angrily as he's goes to his coworker and talks crap about the situation like I couldn't see what was happening. No apologies, just attitude like I did something wrong by asking for what I just paid for to be made how I asked.Needless to say, I will no longer be coming to this location as long as he's here. read more

I've been going to this Jamba Juice for the past month or so instead of my usual, and they impress me every time. My order is quite complicated because I am a very picky drinker, but the workers get it spot on every time. a the customer service is amazing, I always feel so welcomed when I walk in and it starts my day off in a good mood with their friendly attitudes. They are always starting nice conversations with me and it makes my day. I once ordered 10 drinks at once to bring back to my co-workers and usually at all the other places, something goes wrong. I stopped by tonight and had the worst costumer service that I felt the need to actually post a review. I ordered a Mega Mango and Peach Pleasure. I received two drinks the same color. I questioned which one was which knowing that the Peach Pleasure is not on the menu any longer and maybe they just made a simple mistake because a Peach Pleasure is always yellow and not orange. I was then treated with such disrespect and was even told "maybe it's been yellow in the past, but not tonight"! After a few more insults were thrown my way, one of the girls remade it (properly this time because I told her what was in it) and sure enough it was yellow! I attempted to say thank you for taking the time to remake it when I was again given such attitude that I finally lost my cool. I understand they are teenagers and hate their job, but seriously Jamba, do better at hiring employees that will not act immature and disrespectful. This location has lost my business. read more

***CORPORATE*** STRICTLY A MANAGEMENT ISSUE, Staff & employees are great... My order came to $32.79, I tried to pay with a $50 and they would not take payment of a bill that large. I understand the policy's if my order would of been under $25. There needs to be a modification made. Your losing money, I had 2 $5's, 1 $20 & a $50 dollar bill. Ever get wow-ed at an everyday place?! yeah. that was here. Greeted by both employees as i walked in. Told the counter guy i was sick and he immediately recommended the Orange C Blaster and THEN asked me if i wanted a medium. You mean you're not going to try to upsell me?!?! I love Peach Pleasure(peach, banana, orange juice/apple juice), one of the originals and an off-menu order still! Make sure you emphasize that it isn't peach perfection or you'll get strawberry in it too. I call in and pick up a to go order to save time. read more

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and learned of a bunch of food allergies a lot which contain fruit. My medicine makes me sick and hard for me to eat but I was craving a smoothie. Every time I go somewhere new and have a super difficult order the waitress or barista usually get annoyed or frustrated. I came in this morning needing something and the girl who helped me did an amazing job. She was so patient and gave me recommendations and this smoothie is AMAZING. Not once did she seem annoyed and took the challenge and made it look easy. I appreciate you so much, you're the reason I still have the energy to go out and order food and not just eat from home because I'm so embarrassed. Since it JUST OPENED YESTERDAY... THE OTHER DAY (thanks, Nino lol) I will give this Jamba Juice 5 stars because everything's so fresh and so clean, clean. It was also poppin' 'cause of all the kids getting out of school. This is my normal Jamba Juice location. My last experience was not their best effort. I should have had them remake the smoothie but I didn't...the staff needs to recognize when the smoothie is the consistent of milk, that it's not right. They needs to pay attention to what they are doing, if it's does look right, do it again, customers will not mind a few extra minutes if the quality of the smoothie is consistently the same. Worse Jamba Juice I have ever been to. My first time at this location I tried to call ahead to put in my order (since I only have a half hour lunch), the phone kept ringing and kept going to voicemail. So I tried to do an online order but the website would not allow me to place the order. So, I run in to get myself and my coworkers lunch (knowing I will now not be able to enjoy my lunch). When I arrive it's hectic. I finally made it to the cashier and my order was almost $50, I tried to pay with $100 bill but she said she couldn't "break it". I had just cashed my check and didn't have time to run into the bank to deposit the money. So I took "my order" off at he bill and basically got my coworkers lunch. Then as I'm sitting at the bench for what seems like forever and it's super crowded, they finally call my name. I walk up to the counter to receive my order and the drinks had no chia seeds on them except for one (which was partial). I had ordered the watermelon restore chia. I was already beyond pissed off that they didn't answer the phone, the website wasn't working, they couldn't accept my $100 and I was jipped on chia seeds. I went back to work, calmed down and chucked it up to just a bad day. So I go back the next day (this time with money IN my account) and order the same thing. As you can see in the pictures, they got the F'ing chia seeds but jipped me on the island pitaya bowls... btw, this time they didn't answer their phones AND website wasn't working. This is a solid Jamba to come to when you are in desperate need of a refreshing juice break! The staff here are really friendly, upbeat and have never given me any problems. I like that they have a great variety when it comes to the type of smoothies they provide. Whether I'm ordering a custom smoothie, a green smoothie or my typical protein shake, they always make sure that I get what I wanted. They keep it consistent with quality on each drink and the wait is hardly ever long, unless it's directly after school hours, in which case, beware! read more

Summer is coming up so place like this is a must! They have a lot of nearby parking spot for customers. But the place is pretty small on the inside, so if there is a line and a wait, it's uncomfortable. The staff can be unfriendly at times, so it all depends on who u get. It's kind of hidden in a corner so it's easy to miss. Their drinks are ok. Other locations have done better. Nothing too impressive here. read more
