Wow! Worst Jamba Juice location ever!! I ordered the White Gummy Bear and this place got it all wrong. Tasted like crap. And when I politely questioned it, the servers simply shut me down as if I was the one who got it wrong. Never experienced that before. The servers are very rude and snooty, perhaps because they're in Manhattan Beach and think they're better than everyone. Worst of all, this place charges $.25 extra for one boost which is typically free everywhere else. Never again. read more

I have given this location a few opportunities. They are always out of the oatmeal. I've come early mornings, mid day and I get the same answer no oatmeal. The staff has been rude... The worst Jamba Juice I've been to. The workers are all having their own private conversations , leaving clients who have questions (me) lost . From the way they carry themselves , their attitude, and the side conversations , the smoothies are watery , half way filled , & made with wrong ingredients. This is an excellent store! I always get my order made quickly and correctly. The cashiers are willing to make my substitutions happily and for no extra cost. My latest cashier was Faith and she was super friendly, fast and very professional. She greeted me and made me feel very welcome. Excellent service!!! read more

Fast and friendly, I love the citrus kick is my favorite. If I don't order the citrus kick, up next is the tropical sunburst, leaves a tangy taste in your mouth, very refreshing, and if I'm hitting the gym, definitely pb banana protein shakes serves great for a meal.. Jamba rocks!!! read more

The oatmeal here is phenomenal. With the crunchy brown sugar, and steel cut oats, made in that oatmeal slow cooking apparatus, you just can't go wrong with it. If you like oatmeal, and come here, definitely give it a try. I think they stop serving it at around noon or so, so bwe wary of that. Oh and the size is ridiculously small, and the price is high, so not an everyday type of thing, but a treat indeed. read more

Had my order given to another customer, employee Joseph immediately noticed and came up to me and apologized and told other employees to remake it and make it a large. Really like the juice here. My favorite is the piña colada.. Add extra coconut.. So good on a hot day. Service can be a tight better

I would give this Jamba Juice location 0 stars if I could. Most horrible customer service I've ever received by a employee named TQ, along with poor quality of the product. Not once but twice. The first time of my visit at this location (6/25/2018) TQ began raising her voice and rolling her eyes at me because I asked for a scoop of brown sugar in the bottom and top. She stated in a high tone that its an extra charge for another scoop of brown sugar. Which is fine with me, there was no need for her to raise her voice for something like that. Her behavior was not only rude but also unprofessional. I decided to give this JJ location a second chance and decided to go yesterday (7/12/2018) morning. I ordered an oatmeal with brown sugar and bananas. Two toppings which I am entitled to when paying for the oatmeal. I ask her if she can please place the sugar in the middle of my oatmeal. She rolls her eyes and says "Sure." Once I get to work I realize she did not add the brown sugar, even though she had the audacity to even pretend to put the brown sugar into the oatmeal cup. She has no right to restrain a customer from a product that was paid for. Not only that but the oatmeal was cold and stale. I am sure the oatmeal was not made that morning. Its disgusting and unsanitary to think that an employee would give a product in that conditions. If I had time I would have returned back to this location to get a refund and speak to the store manager. This employee's behavior is not okay. And because of that I will no longer visit this Jamba Juice. Management, I hope you guys take action into this situation ASAP if you do not want to continue to lose customers. read more

I just got back from ordereing here and I had to write this review. This is the first time I've ever received poor customer service from Jamba Juice. My friend took me specifically so that I could try the waffles. So we went in and their display case had multiple pretzels, muffins, etc., but only ONE waffle. So we ask the cashier (Erika) if that was the only one and she said VERY sarcastically "Uhhhh....no". Me and my friend looked at each other and she was completely oblivious. So he ordered an original smoothie and a waffle and I was trying to decide what to get. I commented aloud that they had so much new stuff on the menu. She didn't offer any suggestions or anything. She just stood there leaning on the counter like "hurry up already". Mind you, we were the ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE. So I ordered my usual small aloha pineapple with protein and a waffle to try as well. We waited on the barstools for our order. We hear "here you go" and see her drop the pretzel bags next to our drinks and briskly turns and walks away to the back. WTH? There were 2 small smoothies. So I yell "Excuse me!" about 3 times before anyone hears me and a nicer worker comes over and I ask her if I can have the receipt. I told her that he ordered an original size and I just wanted to make sure she didn't charge me for it. She yells for Erika and Erika comes storming back. She promptly gives me the receipt, doesn't say one word, and proceeds to go to the back. No apology, no "I'm sorry I thought you ordered a small", no asking if she can make it an original. As a former employee of Jamba Juice I take this matter more seriously. I know our store and manager prided itself on customer service and "the customer is always right". Also, I'm not sure if they changed the receipts but it used to display the boosts as well and there was NO protein in mine. As far as the waffles, they were delicious!! read more

Didn't even order, service was so bad, I just left. I walked in and Grumpy girl came to the register and stared at it, didn't say ANYTHING to me and wouldn't look at me. WOW, better hire people who don't hate working with people. I love Jamba but with all the options I'll go where I'm not made to feel like my presence is offensive. Good luck! read more

I came in at 3pm on a Wednesday. Was empty except one other person. Took 20 minutes for their two drinks and my one to finish. Way too slow.

I, usually like coming here, however the ratio to ice and fruit scoops serving was odd this time around. I can usually taste the difference when the fruit fruit scoop(s) exceed ice ratio: frozen 2 scoops of strawberries, 1 scoop of pineapple, 1 scoop of mango. As we a know frozen has a large content of water, to include more water just dilutes and makes the taste terrible. I suppose this place is more concern about taking our money read more
