Smiles when I walked in and my drink was yummers. I really dislike when I go to other locations and sometimes a drink isn't consistent. It's a chain, so the consistency should remain. If the fruit is not ripe enough to make the drink they should tell you, today we don't have ripe fruit or whatever it is that causes the variation of it all. read more

This place is really great- IF YOU ARE NOT IN A HURRY!!!! I have been there about 20 times in the last year, each time hoping that the speed of service will increase- but no. Look around the service area and there are 3-6 people waiting and waiting for their drinks. I even tried to outsmart the staff by getting a prepackaged milk-box and a cliff bar (nothing for them to actually make!) and they are like "name please" huh? why do you need my name? "would you care for any fresh baked goods?" uh NO- I just want to get in, get out and get to where I am going. The place is clean that very important. But the customer service sucked I could bearly hear the guy over the equipment. When he handed me my drink he didn't even look at me or say thank you. He had a beard that wasn't covered and another guy there had an earring on which is a food safety violation. However the cleanliness is so important to me that I still gave it four stars. read more

I hate writing bad reviews for places I Love, but I ordered the Razz Ma Taz and it was so bland she obviously forgot some important ingredients and to top it off my drink was 1/4 from the top. Really Jamba isn't cheap so fill my cup to the top please. My daugter ordered the strawberry/ banana. The drink was a purple color. I questioned the young lady and her reply was" thats blueberry and strawberry...it has banana in it" I'm like what!!!! Did I ask you to make me a drink of your choice???? I love Jamba Juice and all of their drinks. But today I had a negative experience at this location. I wasn't welcomed in when I entered. I ordered a large razzmatazz, and it was filled very low. If I'm paying full amount for an item, I want my money's worth. I asked one of the workers named Edwin to fill it up more, and he just gave me attitude and terrible customer service. They threw the whole drink away instead of throwing it back in the blender and just throwing a little more smoothie mix, a slice of fruit & ice. He gave me a whole new drink and cup, and it was filled even lower than the first one. Edwin was SO rude..and I would never return to this location again. This place is so hit-or-miss. Lately, however, it's just been "miss", and this last visit was the final straw (ha!). Ordered my favorite 'Apples 'n Greens' smoothie in a size medium (note: SMOOTHIE being the operative term here), and was presented with a small cup of what appeared to be green juice. I kindly explained that I had paid for a medium, and asked why it was so watery. The 'Jambarista' apologized, and proceeded to make me another one. Attempt two: it was STILL very watery - only this time, the chunks of fruit were so large that nothing actually came through the straw! I told him to try again, and asked for it to at least resemble the smoothie in the picture on the menu board. (It was seriously getting awkward at this point, and I probably should have just asked for a refund and let him off the hook.) But the strange thing is, he actually acknowledged that he was making it wrong, so I wanted to give him another chance to get it right. In his words, "I used to make the 'Apples n' Greens' so good, but lately I don't know what's happening". Huh? (If I had to guess, he was completely omitting an ingredient or two.) At that point, wouldn't you turn to a co-worker for assistance? But he did not, and proceeded to make it wrong yet AGAIN. He just apologized and handed it to me. Pressed for time - and since the store was becoming crowded - I thanked him and left with the third attempt, which included an extra scoop of ice for good measure. (WTH?) Bottom line: It still wasn't a smoothie, and had an aftertaste of dirty water with the crunchy texture of the added ice. I tossed it after two sips. Sadly, I will not be returning to this JJ, which bums me out because it's so close to work. Two stars for the (valiant?) effort of the Jambarista, but come on. In at 7:36, out at 7:52 - with one person on her way out the door and a guy in scrubs (who's obvi a regular) waiting for a drink he ordered right before me. yet, i'm standing there waiting, watch a woman walk in, order 2 drinks and walk out while i'm STILL standing there waiting. there was only one girl making drinks, but the cashier decided to take the initiative to make 2 drinks for someone who walked in and ordered after me. now if she'd ordered these drinks online and just stopped in to pick up, i can certainly understand. but for me to stand there and listen to her request these green drinks with no ice, no chia, baffles me. the dr. gets his protein deal and he's gone. when she went in the back and came out with a blender pitcher i'm thinking 'oh, she must be helping out the ONE staff member making drinks...in the morning...in busy manhattan beach (eye roll)'. but alas, she was only making drinks showing preferential treatment to someone who should have been waiting. rather, she decided to grant this woman her 2 drinks while i'm still waiting for one. simple math. when she finally put my drink together in candy ass fashion, she didn't even acknowledge this little bait & switch crap she pulled and motioned (not called my name) to get my attention that my drink was ready. with no response other than to step forward, she executed this little snarky hmph/chuckle under her breath the way a child would do when they're getting away with something. so weird. just do what you're supposed to do...with everyone who steps in your venue. not just who you "like" wth. read more

Jamba Juice sounded like the perfect thing on a nice warm day like today. I was discouraged at first because the line was practically out the door but they kept things moving along quickly. We were able to place our order in less than 5 minutes and didn't wait much longer than 5 minutes for our order to be ready. There's a stark difference between going earlier in the morning than going in the afternoon or evening. The early morning ladies are far more kind and customer-centered, it's actually a pleasure to go in the am. I usually go 2 or 3 times a week for a primo bowl and at times I add extra blueberry. I had a decreased amount of fruit despite having ordered extra blueberry and when I inquired, the young lady rudely looked to the side and advised that she did to another employee.
