Just wanted to say Trinity rocks! I was having a super bad day and my boyfriend was taking me to this Jamba Juice to cheer me up and try to get some extra nutrients to boost me up. Honestly I had no idea what I wanted except a vague idea - but I didn't want to bother the girls trying to figure out what I wanted. Trinity stepped up and recommend this hecka bomb smoothie and it seriously made my night. It had everything I wanted and totally hit the spot. I come in here a lot after I do my shopping at Target. It's pretty basic, they just offer smoothies, if you're looking for all the other stuff Jamba Juice has to offer you need to walk to the other end of the mall and go to that Jamba Juice location. I like this one though because it's never crowded and it's not as loud as other locations. The service here is consistent, they've always been friendly with me and my little dude who often takes a bit to order, so I appreciate that. Great costumer Service. This guys always have a smile in their face. It literally takes them 10 minutes or less to get orders done. I have been lucky that when i come in this Jamba juice is not busy. This is your tipical Jamba juice with a big selection of delicious smoothies. They carry some food but nothing too fulfilling I see it more as a snack kind of food. While pregnant, I have a smoothie craving, I go everyday to Jamba Juice. They removed my favorite smoothie off the menu which is Tropical Sunburst, it's been gone for a couple years. I screenshot the recipe off their website and I just bring it in. I always tip heavy because I know it's not on the menu and feels like more work for the employees. This location said no they could not make it! Then when I argued back saying I buy it everyday (not at this location) they proceeded to say no, with an attitude. I told them the other locations just take the aloha pineapple and make substitutions, they asked me how. I don't know how their system works! Went to jamba juice like 10 mins ago after the gym.. i always go get a small kalerebean breeze w 3 scoops of protein and they put it in a large cup.. today i go and ask for the same thing and the guy (which i didnt get his name) hands me a medium cup w like 1/4th missing so i asked him where the rest of it was and he said that was it.. i took 2 sips out of it to make sure he gave me the right thing i walked to my car put the cup in the cup holder and when i grabbed it half of it was gone!! The worst customer service. The staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate. There is no excuse for they're behavior!. I couldn't hear the girl over the blenders and terrible music blasting. I drop by this jamba juice a couple times a week for smoothies and a shot of wheat grass and have never had an issue. this location can get busy at times with it being at the mall but that's why there's usually 5 people behind the counter working so I have to give them credit for staffing properly. We ordered online and arrived about one minute before our order was supposed to be ready and then waited another 15 minutes until part of it, which was a smoothie, was actually ready. The other part, a bowl, was still not ready after 20 minutes (30 minutes after we placed the order) The smoothie was watery and tasteless, unlike when we have ordered it from other Jamba locations. When I asked about my bowl for the second time I got a blank stare, and then "Um, what was it?" Not one shred of concern that we had been waiting over a half an hour. so then I asked for a refund and no one seemed to know how to do this. One of the employees called her coworker to come out from in back who seemed to know how to do it. Once the transaction was done she was not able to generate a receipt. She told me " It's good, it went through" and that I was fine with no receipt. Luckily, I was not willing to accept this because it did not go through. It took at least another 15 minutes between the employee having to call her manager and telling me they would take care of it after I left, and being told by another employee to " move out of the way because we have other customers to help", that I finally suggested she give me a gift card. She agreed to this, disappeared into the back again for a few minutes and came out with four "one free item" coupons. I hope they work! I certainly will not be using them at that Jamba. In fact, I will not ever return. The employees are not only inept and clueless but completely rude. read more

Conveniently located in the center of grossmont center, Jamba Juice is the perfect place for a little pick me up when shopping! The workers here are always really nice and there is good seating outside to enjoy your drink. One of my favorite drinks to get here is the mango a go go because it has such a good fresh mango flavor! On this visit, I had my dad pick it up for me because I had just gotten my wisdom teeth out and it id honestly the perfect drink because it is nice and soothing on my mouth. I asked for it extra blended so that I did not have to chew on the fruit pieces, and the worker did a fabulous job making my smoothie and being accommodating. A pretty good location, there are a lot of shops near by so you can get a drink and bring it with you to do your weekly household and personal shopping. The shop itself is pretty small but the perfect size for what the shop is. There aren't many people who come to these stores to hangout and catch up. The smoothies I get are always good. I have never had a bad experience with anything that I get. I usually love getting a razzmatazz. My husband also loves it here which makes it easier to find excuses to stop here. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The prices are average for what you get. Although I am sure a good amount of the smoothies are processed, there is still a lot of freshness involved and that is nice. It makes you feel light and happy. I'm giving this place 5 stars for their coffee! You're probably thinking what! Yes their coffee. As we walked in the other morning at 7 a.m. with the intention of getting my Berry Topper (yogurt, granola, and bananas) I saw the photo board outside of their coffee. My initial thought was "these guys trying to get some of that coffee market share when they started off as smoothie sellers, wtf . . . can't people stay focused on their own specialties" We went in and then I started thinking do I really want to make another stop just to get coffee somewhere else? My first reaction was one star for you for advertising coffee and you don't even have it made by 7 a.m. BUT . . . about 4 minutes later I grab my berry topper and coffee and hit the road to make it to work on time. I take the first sip and whoa! Hold-up this is Jamba coffee ok! It was so delicious and yummy! Totally opposite of what I was expecting! So it turns out they brew by the cup fresh every day. You cannot get much better than the Mango-a-go-go! Came here the other day while my wife was getting her stitches out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Their drinks are always delicious. A tad pricey sometimes, but worth it overall. I donated a dollar to a heart disease charity and got some coupons to use later. I also lucked out and got a receipt with one of their surveys on it (Gets you a bogo coupon). Not too shabby. I will definitely be back for some more Mango-a-go-go! Went in to quench my thirst with a smoothie after a long day of shopping and noticed a new drink item on the menu. I politely asked the girl who was making the drinks if there was anyway that she could whip up a sample for me before I dropped the money on it and hated it. Little did I know what was about to happen. Not only was she really ditzy but she had a major attitude problem, rolled her eyes at me and was like, "Ohhhh maaaaah goddddd, that is like IMMMMMPOSSIBLE and like really really hard for me to make you an itty bitty sample of something. Just buy it. Oh maaaah god." ..... First off, girls like that make me want to throw up. Secondly, last time I checked customer service is something that is supposed to happen pretty much as your main purpose working in just about any job... a simple "we don't do those, sorry" would have satisfied me, but instead this girl acted as if I asked to steal her boyfriend from her. Wow... The rest of the employees working were very off in their own world who had about the same number of brain cells as the girl making the drinks. Kinda long but plz read!! The Only reason I'm giving a low number of stars is because I felt like me and person I was with was treated differently and wrong. We stopped by there's a sign on the front that says 4 customers at a time inside. Ok sure we understand. There was 1 woman, and 1 man with a big dog inside. So with the 2 of us inside would be 4 exactly. We go in, I order my smoothie and at that same time the woman got her order and left. So we were down to 3 and a dog. I pay for my smoothie even tell her to keep the change and she says "im gonna have you guys wait outside. We will let you know when it's ready." mind you she didn't even look at us when she said it. At that moment I didn't think much about it, I said "ok sure" and we went out front. A few moments later I realized wait a minute, there's only one guy in there with a dog why did she have us wait outside? As we're waiting this same girl goes and talks to the man in there and loves on his dog and another employee does the same. My smoothie is set on the counter and she had said previously that she would come out and let us know when it's ready, so I waited to see if she actually was going to do exactly that. But instead she let it sit there and just started socializing with her employees and just leaning on the counter and talking but giving this man all her attention. The person I was with just went inside to get it and as we were leaving she was still just sitting there petting this mans dog. I just felt like that wasn't right and I felt like we were being treated differently. She sent us outside for no reason and let the man with the dog hangout inside, now I'm a dog person I didn't care that the dog was in there just want to make that clear, it just made no sense to send us outside. She didn't let us know when it was ready because she wanted to socialize instead. Even when she took the order she was very cold and I felt like a bother. I believe her name was trinity. Her name was kinda smeared, also we've both worked customer service before and still do so we completely are understanding people..but that just rubbed us the wrong way. read more

Trinity was extremely rude. I walked inside the store and asked how many people were allowed to be on the store. She advised me that 10 people including the workers could be inside. She said there was 5 people working and since there was only four customers I believed everything was okay. Until she told me and the other black young ladies to step outside. I have no problem following safety guidelines as long as they apply to everyone. With that being said she had no problem with the young Caucasian lady eating her pastries in the store. This review is for the stand-alone Jamba Juice in Grossmont Center (not the one in Target). I used to get smoothies from here on almost a daily basis until they started slacking off big time. The last 2 shakes I got were not even cold or blended all the way! If there's more than a few people in line, watch out, they slack off and barely blend the shakes before throwing them in a cup and getting you out of there. To top it off, they have an employee who loves to shout extremely loud over the blenders to the rest of the staff. You can tell he thinks it's funny and clever, but it really just solidifies the feeling that you are being served by a bunch of 13 year olds. read more
