Very dysfunctional and I Was highly disappointed. They ran out of tops for the Açaí bowls which is absolutely ridiculous. Service was okay, the two girls didn't seem to take their job seriously as they were on TikTok instead of focusing on service. I watch one of the girls pour the chocolate from the package on top of the bowl which was very messy and not presentable. Wouldn't recommend this location at ALL! read more

Location is located inside the mall so parking may be an issue. Counter service at the cashier was quick and friendly. For two large smoothies it was $15 plus but I had a special offer for being a JJ rewards member. The reason for my one star rating today is because the staff member prepping the drink laughed at me when I asked why they don't fill the cup up. As a customer, we are willing to pay for what we enjoy for the health benefits that JJ has to offer. But if we're not receiving what we are paying for then the management has to re-evaluate steps in the measurements of smithies etc to be charging what you do. Hopefully this matter is corrected before other customers take their business elsewhere. read more

Came here at 8pm and spent a few minutes looking at the menu (on the side of the booth) while waiting on a cashier to come to the register. After waiting a few minutes I noticed 2 women standing the back holding cleaning supplies with no intention on coming to the register, I waved at them and mouthed "are y'all closed". This chick proceeds to tell me, I quote: "so you see the sign? It says system is down" and proceed to walk the other direction. There was like a 5x1 inch piece of paper taped on the register that said "System is down, we close at 8:30". If the store is still open, it's still your duty to talk to people with sense. I'm not good with letting children (whom I talk to like they are mature with respect) talk to me like a child. Y'all need to actually shut down in that scenario or explain what system down means. i came here in February for a smoothie. it was just okay but the worst part was the service. i did not like the flavor of the smoothie and asked if I could have something else that costs the same amount. one of the staff was very helpful and willing to accommodate me, but he deferred to another member who was very rude. i heard him murmuring under his breath about me in Spanish (we live in Texas, you should assume that everyone can speak/understand Spanish). haven't been back since. read more

Christina and Fay gave me the most wonderful Jamba Juice experience. It's location is in the middle of the Willowbrook Mall just a little station but it's very cute. The menu has a lot of healthy options to choose from but I always go for the açaí bowl be a it's super yummy and has strawberries granola, coconut, honey, banana, and blue berries. It fills me up and I never feel guilty eating here. I also enjoy there fresh press juice like wheatgrass or orange juice. They make it right in front of you. The counter is always clean and I could see them cleaning as I was ordering today. This place also has the best smoothies, sometimes they can be as thick as mud but I like that and you can even get little chunks of fruit inside. It's right next to a garbage can so you won't have to search the mall to throw away your trash. It's also right next to some really comfortable chairs. It's also right by the food court if you are looking for somewhere to use the restaurant. It also offers a point system so every time you visit you can knock off points til you reach a free smoothie or price discount. I love this place!! read more

I've always enjoyed Jamba Juice but the one inside the mall sucks! Their smoothies are never made the same. Not sure if they don't use the right measurements. The smoothies are always watery, lack flavor and sometimes have huge chunks of fruit at the bottom. Very inconsistent! I've had to ask the staff to remake my smoothie but the second one was no better than the first one. read more

Horrible place to get Jamba Juice at. I stood by the register for a while waiting for someone to take my order one of the employees was busy showing some guy her nails the other employee was in the back just texting With no rush at all. Whenever the employee finished up with his cellphone he took my order I had my card out ready to pay the guy just stands there and tells me in a rude tone of voice "ok! Insert your card all the way" didn't even tell me my total! i ignored it at this point I have no energy for this rudeness especially not from Jamba Juice. The guy employee just laughed. So I go to the other side where I "pick up" my drink and the girl employee is finishing pouring my drink and just LITERALLY slides my drink to me no thank you no nothing at this point you might as well throw the drink at me. HORRIBLE customer service!! I saw a hiring sign too. Now I never leave bad reviews on restaurants on retail stores because I've worked in both industries but there's no excuse for acting the way these workers did. I understand it's not the ideal schedule when you have to open on a Sunday but it's YOUR job you decided to work there so if you aren't happy don't go to work! Myself and 3 other people were in line at 12PM (the time you open on Sundays) 03/24/19 and it was a boy with glasses and a girl with long curly hair in a pony tail that were opening. Not ONCE did they say "hello" "good morning" "we'll be with you in just a second" literally nothing but dirty looks from the girl and awkward laughing from the boy. Like I said I know it's annoying to have customers the moment you open but that doesn't give you the right to have a stank face and be rude to your customers! After all we are the reason you have a job! So maybe Jamba Juice should school their employees on customer service and learn to smile when customers are smiling at them! There's no reason a customer should be more polite than the worker, ever. Especially when the customers had to wait almost 15 minutes AFTER the open time to even be acknowledged. read more
