I have never had a problem with this location. My smoothies always come out good. Service is awesome. Staff are nice and friendly. When I make phone pick up orders, my order is always right and ready for pick up at the time given to me. They recently started online ordering. Im excited to give that a try. Workers were having a meeting at the table , but that was fine, understandable, what bothered me was that they started yelling when they saw one of their friends (another worker?) outside & they started yelling "Go get him! Go!" Etc etc - THAT was irritating... I ordered the strawberry refresher & watched as the guy cut up apples & a full lemon , seeds, rinds , all of it/ I didn't realize they juiced even the peel... I went to the Jamba Juice at Sierra lakes and had to leave because there was a line clear out the door and also people waiting for their order and to top it off call in orders were also waiting , I couldn't believe my eyes they only had one girl working !!!!!! Service is horrible, they take forever even when you are the only customer in the place. Drinks were not served like I asked, the people working there have an attitude. Not to mention they will stand there and talk about being short on their cash as if a customer really wants to hear that. Last but not least the place is filthy! As I came in it was already busy and the employees were already behind . They stated they were understaffed . I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me . I let them know I had a big order and Callie said it would be fine. More customers stared to arrive behind us and TYLER (and I can not stress this enough) had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to us ordering . He had a bad attitude and was mad at us for ordering this order . This location has gone down hill so much. The manager is terrible she is rude always looks mad and upset. I have seen her and a tall African American women with glasses take cups and dump out remaining smoothies and wash them to reuse them I have seen them dry the cups and put them back. They give you bowls with barely any granola, and moldy strawberries. I have been coming to this location for years now and this is the worse service ever. I dont understand how this location is still open with reusing old cups, old spoons, and using moldy fruit. read more

This is the worst Jamba Juice I've ever been to. I went here on four different occasions, because I moved into the area and I happened to have a gift card. First, they always short you on the drinks because they never fill up the cups. Second, I am always underwhelmed with the taste of their drinks because the seem watery. Third, I watched one of the employees, sweep the floors, empty the trash, then proceed to make a smoothie without washing his hands. I won't be back. This place sucks. read more

I always come to this location but lately I've been getting horrible service. The employee Eddie? (I think that's his name) was completely rude to me. Normally I use my 24 fitness discount or AAA discount but he said they stop taking those discounts month ago when A WEEK AGO I came in and they accepted it. So today we wanted to go to nektar because it was the grand opening, but the line was too long so we decided to go to Jamba Juice. When we got to Jamba Juice I tried to order the la vida mocha but apparently they were out of the Vanilla yogurt to make it. So I attempted to order an açaí bowl but they were out of acai as well. When I then tried to order a razzmatazz the cashier told me they were out of the orange sherbet for that as well.. I then substituted raspberry sherbet and when I went to pay the cashier asked for my Id but since I was picking up smoothies for my disabled grandmother, I was using her debit card and I didn't have her ID, only mine. Since it wasn't her ID the cashier didn't let me purchase the smoothies even though we share the same last name... I will not be going back there and plan on going to Nektar from now on. Had a bad experience on Saturday. I walked in and there were 2 employees enjoying their lunch inside. There was one employee making a juice. Eventually 2 employees came out from the back and asked me if I had placed my order yet. I placed my order and waited. The two employees eating decided they wanted to talk about work, very loudly. Then started speaking to the 3 employees behind the counter. It got very loud and obnoxious after a few minutes. Not to mention the floor looked very dirty. I came here on Wednesday 4/11/18 (2ish pm ) and the African American girl that wears glasses , that's USUALLY working made my juice perfect . Like it was actually a JUICE , not grainy or thick . I wasn't sure what to expect because I ordered a citrus kick with the super greens added ( so I kinda expects some grain but there wasn't any , so I really enjoyed it ) Today 4/13/18 I went in ( 11:50am ) and ordered the same thing . The girl , who I assume is the manager , made it . I had an appointment to get to so when I got in the car and tasted it I realized it was extremely thick and grainy but I took it with me since I was in a rush . I couldn't drink it .. it was terrible . So after my appointment I returned to get my drink remade , it was a different girl who helped me , she was really nice & I was really apologetic. I know what it's like to work in a place like that ( I worked at pieology for a long time ) so I know it's frustrating to be getting a rush and have to remake something but I just couldn't drink it anymore . The male employee working joked with her saying " oooh why you making people bad drinks ? " in a very playful manner when she responded with " I didn't make it " the manager ( who made my drink ) chimes in from a table in the front of the store saying " I did ! I made it like 11 " with an attitude. She was doing some paperwork with another girl who walked over to the bar and began making comments like " customers here are crazy , they take their drinks and half was through it come back and say ' this tastes terrible ' ' I was a different one '" which I found RUDE AF considering the situation that brought me in in the first place .. just a tip , do your job correctly and efficiently the first time so you don't have unsatisfied customers . read more

This location has gone downhill. Their front fridge was empty and their walls had nothing on them. I came here about two weeks ago and was greeted by the employee mopping the floor. I waited for about one minute for her to stop mopping and take my order. I guess she thought the manager that walked to the back would come back and assist me. When I ordered the PB Wow Cacao bowl she had no idea what I was talking about, which is confusing because as I work in the food service industry, we are always told about new items the store has introduced. She eventually found it and I paid. However, she had no idea how to make it and had to look up at the menu, yet she still forgot to put peanut butter and almonds on top. I didn't want to make her feel bad or seem rude so I didn't say anything, she might have been new. Today I made the mistake of coming into this location again. I walked in and wasn't greeted by the employee Jasminne C, she glanced at me and continued making a smoothie. When she began taking my order I asked if their cacao powder had dairy in it. Cacao is naturally dairy free unless additives are employed. All she said was " I think so" she wasn't 100% sure. She didn't offer to check at all which I thought was completely rude. Again, being in the food industry, we are instructed to always check if asked by a customer. I didn't want to bother her and ask her to check because she could have easily done so. Just moved here from Los Angeles. Have been a Jamba Juice customer since they opened, never have I ever tasted a smoothie that I was unsatisfied with until I came here. I ordered 2 kaleribbean smoothies, 2 kids smoothies, and 2 orange ginger shots with cayenne. The kaleribbean smoothies had a tart rotten after taste and the ginger shot was not the ginger shot I ordered. When I brought it to the blenders' attention she told me she made what I ordered! I told myself I would never come here again but gave it second chance one night it was getting late and I didn't feel like driving 20 minutes to the next closest location. Hours of operation show that the store is opened until 9:30. Well, I got here at 9:19 and the doors were locked, the one last customer was still waiting to be served but no one would let me in! We don't come here often so we had some questions about certain drinks. We were expecting short answers but what we got was THE BEST customer service as have ever had outside of a 5 star restaurant. The heavy set young black girl who was the cashier lat night has made us want to come back. She was very knowledgeable, very friendly and you can tell she genuinely liked her job and liked helping us.
