I usually come in the morning just as they open and it's always Erin working by herself. Most of the time I see that she has a large order to take care of first thing in the morning with no help, yet always provides excellent customer service. On top of that, she always makes my smoothie perfectly and without error which seems to be becoming rarer and rarer these days. I used to only come to Jamba occasionally as a nostalgia trip for my old college job, but after finding this location I've found myself coming more often. My personal favorite is the Matcha Green Tea Blast. I recommend anyone who wants that sweet taste and also calming feel added to themselves should definitely give this smoothie a try. The one off havenhurst always has plenty of workers to handle the amount of customers. So I am coming back here for the first time in a very very long while(5years) after a very disappointing first visit only to find out that it has not changed. This morning I was in a rush to make it to a prenatal visit and stopped to get something quick. It was clean inside and the girl at the front was okay. I ordered two large drinks which cost me $15 dollars. Once my drinks had come out I saw that they were small. I just left this location. I ordered and paid for two medium drinks straight off the menu and the girls there couldn't even get it right. They had zero personality and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being in the store. I was the only person in the store and it took them awhile to even acknowledge my presence. When my drinks came up, I realized that only one was a medium size and the other was a small size. I was so disappointed with the lack of service that I didn't even care to go through the hassle of trying to get what I paid for. Horrible customer service! Alicia has no concept of customer service. The cashier (not Alicia) got my order wrong. Alicia gave me my order and gave me attitude when I told her it was incorrect. I was nice about it, you know, not a big deal. She turns around and throws the blender in the sink and tells me, "next time make sure you order right!" How was I suppose to know my order was incorrect when I wasn't even provided with a receipt. Alicia, if you hate your job, don't take it out on customers, it's not our fault.
