I am a Jamba Juice freak, I tried almost every branch in LA county, first time I notice that this location charges much more for their items, apparently this location franchised which I didn't know that, example: I ordered Topical Greens with two ginger shots, Normal price for all that would be $8.12 In that particular branch is $11.98 We looking at 4~ dollars difference per purchase, now calculate that per 6 days a week that's basically the times I drink it, it's $24 per week now multiple it by 52 weeks it comes out to $1248 a year extra for a particular branch of Jamba Juice that decide to ripoff their clients. I'm giving this location 1 star until they fire their African American employee. He was so rude when I walked in to order. He was bossing the other employees around in a disrespectful manner. When I asked about how I can sign up for the rewards program he have me attitude telling me to go online and sign up instead of helping me do this in the store. He seemed lazy and he was not helpful. I don't want to come back to Jamba Juice again. Jamba juice - please do a better job of picking more positive and helping employees. read more

This is definitely my go to Starbucks out of all the ones in my area this one is my favorite. The drinks here are always made well to order and if there's any issues, you just bring it back to them and they can remake it for you no problem. Sometimes I get food here such as the breakfast sandwiches my favorite is probably the ham and cheese or the bacon and smoked Gouda sandwich. It always hits the spot when you know you have a little longer in the morning and I figure I'm already here might as well get one as well with my coffee. The people that work here are very nice and friendly every morning when I come and get my coffee. The ambience is what you would expect from a typical Starbucks anywhere they have some chairs inside and outside so just pick a spot to your liking if you're drinking your coffee here. If you order inside, there's some chairs they can wait for your coffee until when it's ready they call your name. Most of the time I go through the drive-through, so they try to get you in and out quickly because it's usually a little long line of cars waiting for their coffee. I don't normally have any issues with the drive-through at this Starbucks. The only problem with the Starbucks is the parking I feel like the parking lot is not big enough but there's nothing they can do because of the space they have there. It's not a big lot it's used to be a used car dealer in a mechanic shop it's still my favorite Starbucks though. I guess I'll see you next time or tomorrow thanks you guys for the great coffee. This location has had an advertisement that when you purchase 2 scoops you get a free waffle cone. On one of the visits I was there intending to buy 3 scoops and I asked if I can get the free waffle cone. The employee said "No" and that was all they said. I asked why wouldn't I be able to take advantage of the offer and they said "it's only when you buy 2 scoops". I'm literally buying an extra scoop which cost more than the 2 scoops and I can't have the cone? WOW! hence that I was going to be buying 2 orders of the 3 scoops. I told them never mind and walked out. On another visit after that I went in and attempted to give this location another chance. I asked for my 2 scoops in a cup and asked to take up the offer of the free cone. The employee said "you won't be able to" and I asked why? I'm already purchasing 2 scoops!? They said that the scoops had to be in the cone. I find that reason to be extremely stupid. I explained to the employee that I was stopping by after work and the reason that I wanted the 2 scoops in the cup and the cone on the side was because I was going to put the ice cream in my fridge and eat it later. I was only getting it now because I was tired from the day and once I got home I didn't want to drive back out. It was info that I didn't need to tell them but I wanted to explain my thought process behind it. They still said no so I ended up purchase my own cone because I didn't want to get into it any further. Today I went in again thinking that maybe my visit would be good. I asked for two scoops and told them that I would be requesting that they can put the scoops on the cone but if I can have them put the cone upside down in a cup. The person said I still wouldn't be getting the cone for free. At this point I told them "I don't want it" and walked out. I rather walk out than say unpleasant things... I don't know what the deal is with this dumb policy. If you are advertising a free cone with a 2 scoop purchase then give me the damn cone, it shouldn't matter to you how I enjoy it! I'm already fulfilling the requirement. To the owner who I hope reads this... Maybe you should consider chatting with the team and ask them to not be so condescending for starters when enforcing a "rule". Maybe change that sign to say "with purchase of 2 scoops or more" or "2-3 scoops". Like you literally can be upselling an additional scoop(s). Until then I decided to boycott and no longer go into this location. I rather take my business somewhere else or just go purchase ice cream at the store.
