I go here three to four times a week, being a creature of habbit I get the same thing every time. Peach Pleasure Original with Whey Protein Egg & Sausage Breakfast Wrap (extra well done) and on Sundays my cheat day I also get the Stone Cut Oatmeal with banana's and extra brown sugar. Its a great, easy healthy meal. The only thing I hate is when I walk in and there is a ton of people in front of me, as well as people waiting for their order...and I notice that someone also ordered 15 drinks..but that isnt Jamba Juices fault for having a great product. I never see the staff just sitting around talking...they are always moving their butts off. In this day and age of wanting food instantly I can see why people get up set. - This location is always clean - The staff is always friendly, not sure about turn around so it might take the new people some time to figure things out. - I find the drinks to be consistant Overall I really enjoy it. I called in to make a order. I went to pick it up. I walked in and asked if the driink that was on the counter was under the name "Adrianna" She said "yes, BUT you have to pay first." Before I even touched the drink. She had a snobby attitude. Like what makes her think that I had no intention of ever paying for my drink. I looked at her and said "obviously". This young lady made me feel like I was going to just suddenly take the drink off the counter and leave. She needs to fix her customer service skills and be more polite. When I get a smoothie I have certain expectations, one is that it will be tasty. Luckily they were. However I also expect to get what I pay for in terms of quantity. If I buy a small, I want a cup full of smoothie. If I get a medium I want a bigger cup full of smoothie etc. But I bought a medium smoothie and my girlfriend got a small. Her cup is full to bursting yet mine was not even close to full. I had the same amount of smoothie that my girlfriend had, I just paid for a larger cup. Left a sour taste in my mouth. read more

Everythings that you would expect from the smoothies and customer service. However, I tried the new Breakfast burrito and it really did wake me up! It was so disgusting I dont even think Bear Grylls would eat it. It probably wasnt real egg. Tasted like ass. Ive had army rations powdered eggs with more flavor. I get there, there's a good line in front of me, and everyone's standing around looking pretty pissed off. Not a good sign. So I finally give them my order, 3 drinks, real simple too. No boosts, stuff straight off the menu. It is now 4:25PM. I wasn't really paying attention at first, was on my phone. I looked at the time, it was now 4:40. And i realized that every single person after me had received their order. I stood there for another five minutes and watched a person that had just given their order, get their drink almost immediately. I walk up to the counter, mind you there's a good 7 girls behind the counter. I have never seen a Jamba Juice with that many employee's working at once. I ask them where's my order. She looks at my receipt and goes to one of the girls who just waves her hand in the air and says "it'll be another ten minutes". Seriously?? Another ten minutes? The girl drops the receipt on the counter and takes off her apron and says "im going on break bitches." and walks off. not saying one word to me. I was fucking heated. I got eye contact with one of the girls and told her if she dared ignore me I would make her life a holy hell. She came over, I told her I had ordered almost 30 minutes ago, and why was I being told I was goin to wait another 10 minutes?? I like going to Jamba Juice because it's convenient, they have good options, and the price is reasonable. I have yet to experience such a long wait which took almost 10 minutes, not to mention that some customers that came after me got their smoothie sooner. The most frustrating thing is that an employee by the name of Brittany did not get the memo that I brought my own tumbler, which I purchased to get filled with the smoothie in it. So she made the smoothie in the regular plastic cup and I asked her to give me my tumbler back a couple of times and instead of giving it back, she was about to pour the smoothie out of a plastic cup into the tumbler. I asked her again to just give me my tumbler back because I'm a little bit in the rush to go and this has already taken too long. I ended up saying geez after all this fiasco and she replied with Christ and amen. I have voiced my concern with the manager of this location. In comparison to the Jamba Juice near my house this one is a vast improvement. They get my orders right, they listen, they are friendly, and they seem like they enjoy their work. I don't have issues with attitudes, and I'm greeted with a smile every time. Since this location is closer to my work, I would still rather leave earlier and go here than the Studio City Location. Put in my order and waited about 10 minutes for my order. I'm not on one complain but that's a very long time. Within that time I've watched several different people who were after me get their orders while I was still waiting. As a former employee I know it's supposed to take about three minutes for an order to go out, and for it to be in the order it was received. Also, to see the general manager throwing blender lids into the sink is not the ideal look I want to see when I walk into a Jamba Juice. They've upgraded the menu so they actually have healthy choices and not just glorified milkshakes. Got a great green drink with protein. They have freshly juiced veg and fruit juices, protein shakes, snacks, etc. Better prices than a lot of green drink spots in LA. read more

I came here yesterday and got the Starwberry and banana crunch bowl. It was really good, but the bowl wasn't as filled as it should be. I have been here before and trust me I know what it should look like. For $8.50 I would expect more than what I got. You can't go wrong with anyone of their classic juices. The Chili Mango is a bit too sweet for me. You can't go wrong with the Strawberry Wild. Amazing Greens tastes like tires but I'll still drink it because mama told me it's good for me but if you want to stay green, get the Kale-ribbean Breeze, it's very good.
