Jamba Juice is a love hate relationship with me. When I worked for Whole Foods Market years ago there was a Jampba juice attached to the prepared foods dept that I ran and it was a constant source of pain in my life. My staff sucked and our location was super slow so I could never make numbers.... It took me years to get over that....but I did. My kids love this place. The peach flavored on is great, the razzleberry (or something like that) is good. The mango (and I hate mango) is even good. Prices are decent for what you get. I feel that this place is more desset than health though. As far as smoothies go, im not sure how "Healthy" they are.... Seems like that are too "smooth". the consistency is more like sorbet or Ice cream or something. Horrible. Don't go here. Went in this morning, ordered a small smoothie and the girl don't know what her name was but had dark brown hair, only filled my drink 3/4 of the way full. Literally thought it was a joke. My boyfriend started laughing. I didn't come to get a $5 smoothie that can't even be filled all the way to the top. It was sad. By far, the best Smoothie shop compared to all the rest. Great selection of healthy treats and a monster list of maybe not-so-healthy ones on the secret menu. Either one you choose, YUM!!! Great staff, they know the entire secret menu and always suggesting other ones to try. Can sometimes be a little slow when they're packed, but well worth the wait. Don't forget the baked stuff. I ordered a berry topper here and after I ate through the bananas and granola, I cannot call what remained to consume a smoothie. It was a chunkie. The "smoothie" portion was so poorly blended that I just ended up having to spoon out a bunch of unblended frozen strawberries and eat them. My only thoughts are that either the blender they used is broken or they needed to train their smoothie engineers to blend for longer before pouring the final product into a cup. I love the berry topper and this is the first time I have ever been disappointed by a Jamba Juice. Not sure if I would come back to this specific Jamba location. This is a great jamba juice I've watched the store evolve and grow over the years. I have been a customer here over 10 years now. It looks better than ever and the staff has always been friendly. Miranda always remembers my name and order. This store is far better run and produces better more consistent smoothies than other jambas I've been to in oc. 1 thing though is they have once in awhile run out of whey protein, which I love. I use to work here. This is definitely not the healthy way to go. The smoothies are made with "juice" which we make with syrup concentrate in the back. They contain sherbet which is basically ice cream. Food is good but know that everything is fattening and super sugary. They are a franchise and treat their employees pretty poorly. Always cutting the hours when the day isn't as busy and sending the workers home with 2-4 hours a day. read more

I work nearby and frequently come by for a juice. Staff is normally exceptional and super friendly but today I received really poor service. The girl that was up front was super unfriendly and when she reached us at the register said absolutely nothing so I began to order and so did my coworker. We even tipped her despite the unfriendly service. I threw away the receipt went outside and waited for our order. Our juices came out and my coworkers juice was wrong. I went inside to correct it and I was met with annoyance by the same girl that took our order. She asked for the receipt and said I threw it away. I went to dig it out of the trash and she mistyped the order which would have been totally fine if her attitude hadn't sucked! Im in the service industry I get it but I would never be so annoyed at a customer for correcting their order! I'm not impressed at all. The short lady who helped me at the register was not friendly. I asked if I could switch Almond milk for soy milk on the Acai Smoothie and she seemed irritated and said "yeah". When I asked about the little bowls she put her hands to her face even more irritated she had to explain. No one else was in there but me so her attitude was just poor for no reason even though I was smiling. Some blond girl came out from the back to the register complaining about being cold and rolled her eyes at me when I said I wasn't cold outside but it was cold in there. She didn't say hi either and just had a bad attitude. When the shorter lady made my smoothie, she didn't wash her hands before doing so after touching money and also leaned over all the smoothie stuff without an apron or gloves. She then proceeded to cough right in my smoothie. Really?! This whole place is unprofessional, unfriendly and doesn't believe in proper hygiene when handling food not to mention the poor customer service wasn't worth the trip. I won't be back and don't recommend it to anyone. I would like to add that after tasting the smoothie it was terrible. It had zero flavor and too much ice. It tasted like flavored ice. Jamba Juice is just amazing! Although their drinks sometimes taste watered down, most of the time it does have that thick smoothie texture. I guess it just depends who makes it that day. I came here after dropping my mom off at Hoag with Alexis b, and needed a snack before we went to HB , and I know you can't go wrong with JJ! I am a weekday morning regular at this location after every workout since 24 Hour Fitness is in the same plaza. This place is not busy almost every morning I go which is around 8am. I typically order the Whey Protein Berry Workout. It is up to par as I would expect it to be. I also can say the same as their Cookies & Cream Protein Workout shake. There is no restroom at this location. They accept Apple Pay. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards so you can get a $3 discount on the next drink after spending $35 dollars. read more

I've been here several times despite the fact I only have two check ins. Different people working here since the last time I came in and the Customer Service between these two was really lacking today. The young girl taking my order should have been a little happier. I mean, it's Friday, it's halfway through the day, it wasn't busy and she's pretty, tan and has beautiful green eyes. You'd think with all that going for her she would have at least met me with a smile but instead she seemed rushed, didn't give me a receipt and didn't say "thank you" or "you're welcome" or anything! Jamba juice is a large chain and for the most part it stays pretty consistent. The franchise and corporation as a whole probably gets about 4 stars. The reason why this one gets 5 stars is simple. Quick, friendly, and personalized service. It's obvious the team of smoothie makers, managers, and store manager cares about their customers and it's not unusual to have your name and order remembered by the staff after several visits. The store is kept clean and run very efficiently. My only is issue (which they have no control over) is that it's a very busy strip mall and parking can become an issue during busy times. I go to Jamba Juice daily if not twice a day. Tonight, after working 14 hours, I was accused by Marlayna, a supposive manager of stealing fruit snacks. As ridiculous as it sounds I, a 32 year old man, was accused of stealing fruit snacks. She actually went far enough, asking for me to prove that I did not steal the fruit snacks by emptying my pockets. She apologized to me by handing me a breast cancer coupon, which I'm sure she didn't pay for. I usually love the employees at that location and I obviously love smoothies. Wow....I used to Love Jamba Juice, especially this one, but after today I will never go in there again. I guess Jamba Juice is going downhill with all its competition. I went in and ordered an Orange Dream Machine and 20 MINUTES later got orange water. One guy worked the register while the other guy made the smoothies. Usually u go in order of whose was first but he decided to make all 10 smoothies for everyone first while reusing lids and then poor. So for a small smoothie it took seriously 20 minutes no exaggerations!
