Actually, this airport joint is the first time I've had Jamba, EVER. I'm hooked, man, I'm hooked. I've only ever had the Caribbean Passion (strawberry, peach, mango, passion fruit, and orange sherbet), but I swear to you--it's all the juice that I need. Stopped by here when making a connection to Cancun.Service was quick and efficient. I got an excellent pomogranate smoothie with blueberries and strawberries, made my flight bearable all the way to Mexico. The only thing I did not like was people meandering through...I know this is in a airport, people are tired and a bit disoriented...I wish they would have a better process which separated people waiting to pick up their drinks, people looking at the menu, and people trying to place an order.It can be a bit chaotic...no big deal because you get a delicious smoothie after all the hassle. read more

Well hello, friendly Jamba staff!!! The employee at this Jamba Juice in the CLT airport were such a delight. I walked up and ordered a Mango-A-Go-Go, my staple Jamba smoothie for the last 15 or so years. Yes, it has been on the menu that long and there is a reason why The gentleman who waited on me informed me that they were out of mangos and based on a couple signs posted on the front counter, a bunch of other things. He was so kind to help me choose another option based on the things I liked and what they had on hand. They were all making due as best they could with what could have been a very bad situation. I literally ran to Jamba Juice when I arrived CLT. They are worth the mile run even if the terminals are so apart. Do you ever feel like airport foods are always fast food chain, aka. unhealthy and greasy foods that make you feel terrible afterwards, and then you have to hop on a long flight and feel extra miserable questioning yourself why did you just do that to yourself? Do you feel like you just want something refreshing, uplifting that will get you from one gate to another with hope and extra energy? I got an answer for you - run to Jamba Juice and get their Fruit and Veggie Smoothies - Apples 'n Greens. It has apples, mango and KALE. KALE guys. Apple and kale are probably my favorite combination. I like how they blend the drink - the texture is smooth but the kale still have a bite to it. Yum! This is a MEAL. It's a whopping $6+ for a medium but let me tell you, it is healthy, filling,and also has the veggies servings that you need. I feel so much better, and probably am better too because it helps with my digestive system. (ok TMI but you know what I mean!! :p) Seriously, CLT taught me that I don't have to eat unhealthy foods or feel like crap just because I am traveling. The service here is excellent, too. Jamba Juice is the only reason why I ever look forward to layovers in CLT. I'm not really a fan of all the mix up, mix up smoothies. I'm a purist and go straight for the freshly squeezed orange juice. After a long day of flying there isn't anything better. The service is fast and friendly. This place was an unexpected pleasant surprise during my journey through Charlotte Airport. I proudly trekked 1.5 miles between gates for my connecting flight home from AL, at a fast clip. No "mom stroll" this time, I needed to burn a few extra calories! But I sure needed something cool and refreshing for lunch. I chose the Apples n Greens Smoothie, along with the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread. Another surprise was the calorie counts: I didn't blow my lunch allowance, and I enjoyed every slurp and every bite.. I love jamba juice! I was excited to fly out of CLT just to get a jamba to go! However, this Jamba location seemed lower in quality and experience than the ones I've been to in Arizona. Maybe that's just how airport eateries roll. Be prepared to have other travelers weave in and out around you while you wait for your drink. read more

Having Jamba Juice is such a luxury that I don't feel right buying their smoothies even while I'm on vacation. But I wanted to quickly buy a healthy drink and not get dehydrated on my plane ride. That's where this store came in, and I'm not even sure the trip was necessary. My drink came up to $7.13 total, which is somewhat expected but still too expensive. The drink was overall quite good but very cold to the point of giving brain freeze. If none of that sounds like it would deter you, go ahead and give this store a try. read more

Meh. I ordered the Acai super-antioxidant smoothie, with the eager anticipation that this would be an action-packed smoothie. But it was bland. Like, really bland. The acai smoothie lists as having acai juice, soy milk, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and a "power boost". Sounds incredible and amazing, right? And in a 32 oz cup? Bring it on! There is really nothing notable about this smoothie that I can remember. At all. Except a slightly chalky feeling, which probably came from using cheap soy milk (common taste byproduct). I was really sad and disappointed; the only thing that suggested acai was the color purple. I wasn't too impressed by the menu overall, either; most smoothies were strawberry, apple or banana as one of their key ingredients. For paying $5-7 for a smoothie, that's a lot of "filler" fruit and ice. The ladies working the counter were nice and prompt. They also made sure that every little bit of the smoothie in the blender made it to your cup. It is nice to see fresh food choices in CLT, and with its rather central location, I will probably be part for a part deux later on. read more

I love Jamba Juice, but this by far is the WORST location I've ever been to. I travel out of CLT several times per month and EVERY TIME I go to this Jamba, they are out of something. Today they were out of mangoes, peaches and were only taking credit and debit cards. Over half of the items on their menu have mangoes and/or peaches - how do you run out?! The staff is awful! They're yelling out names and/or the product you ordered, barely enunciating, and then have the audacity to get an attitude because they have to repeat themselves because nobody understood their mumbling. Going to this Jamba Juice is a hassle and inconvenience - save yourself the frustration and find a snack elsewhere. Today was the last straw. This is the last time I'll be visiting this location , which is disappointing because I love JJ but not enough to deal with this level of POOR service. read more

Whenever we have a connecting flight through CLT we get a juice from here. This time we had a very unpleasant experience with the staff of this location. They had limited options on that particular day and the lady was informing customer placing the order of the availability. When our turn came to place the order she rudely asked us if we heard what she told the previous customer; we said no as we were standing at a distance due to COVID protocol. She angrily repeated the order which this time we misunderstand and stood in line we few more mins while she was preparing order for previous customers. She comes back to us and asks us again, unfortunately the drink that we wanted was not available and she sighed heavily, rolled her eyes, told her co-worker "Can you believe these guys" and repeated the order. I do not like to complain about things but I am very upset with the experience I had here. I ordered a green tea blast and my name was called and I was handed a green smoothie. It was obviously a green/spinach smoothie. I told the girl I had gotten the wrong smoothie and she just waved a hand at me. A few minutes later she turned to a coworker and mocked what I said and said "what do you expect a purple blast!!?" Another lady standing next to me then told me that she got my smoothie. I went back to the counter to get a refund and of course by that time the girl had disappeared. How can you go all the way down through Pennsylvania to skip directly to NC???? Oh haaaaaaillllll yes babygirl! First of all, this was my first time inside (or standing in front of the counter at) any Jamba Juice, in the whole world. Second of all, I had to catch a flight to Pensacola and connected through Charlotte North Carolina Airport. For whatever reason that never makes sense to me the plane landed on one end of the airport and I was forced to walk TO THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ENTIRE AIRPORT. But on the way I passed a Jamba Juice with a loooooong line in front. I was like...whatever, I require wheat grass and carrot juice immediately, I'll wait. For those of you who think juices are overpriced, go buy a juicer and then spend five seconds making juice and fifteen minutes cleaning your juicer. Then I'll see you in line at the juicing place next week, thanks. If you want, you can buy my juicer. It's sitting on my shelf feeling lonesome and it's $20. At the same time I was like, um, this line is really long. I'm scared that they might board the plane without me and then take off without me and I'll have to...you know, deal with that. I told myself that I would wait five minutes and if the line didn't move, I would leave. Well the crew at Jamba Juice BEASTED that line. They ROCKED. OUT. My girl Monica, she was the expo/kale adder/smoothie blender. She had that line on LOCKDOWN. Monica is the best. Someone give her a high five. In less than 10 minutes I had made it through the line, ordered, and received my amazing carrot cayenne juice, a double shot of wheatgrass with a complimentary fresh squeezed orange juice chaser, and I was on my way. Sidenote, dear Jamba Juice Executive Chef: Kale can be juiced, stems AND leaves. It is gross when you add kale leaves to my juice and turn it into a gritty teeth mess. How am I supposed to confidently smile at the lady who takes my boarding pass or the stranger next to me on the plane that I am definitely going to end up sleeping on? On, not with. On. You would save money by just juicing the entire kale stem/leaf and you wouldn't offer an add-on for an extra however much that diminishes the quality of your product. I have been a loyal customer of your franchise for over 15 years, and I have never had an experience such as the one I had when I visited this location inside the Charlotte International Airport. When I approached, it was certainly busy, which I'm sure it always is. However, the team did not make it clear that multiple ingredients were missing - mango and banana. I had already waited close to 15 minutes in line, when at the front they said they were missing multiple key ingredients. I've never seen this happen before at even the busiest of locations. The staff should have at least tried to convey this information to guests before we waiting in line. At least 3 individuals waited in line until the very front, and simply left after learning that key ingredients were missing. The staff did not seem to care about the fact that guests had already waited in line. Because I had already waiting for so long, I ended up getting a drink with few ingredients. But still, when the employee when to fill the drink, it was filled quite literally only 3/4 of the way up, with plenty of drink left in the blender. While speed in important, this was an atrocious compromise of quality. Multiple guests expressed frustration with the staff because again, the workers forgot to inform people that ingredients were missing until after some customers had already paid for their drinks. But still, I look forward to visiting your location at Charlotte International Airport with hopefully adjusted standards and communication strategies. read more

My favorite smoothie place and this one is no exception! Friendly, prompt service; even when lines are long I haven't waited long, which is important when you're trying to catch your next flight. Their smoothies are smooth and creamy. I feel like you get more fruit flavor in their drinks rather than syrupy sweetness like other places and they're not as much like a slushy that other places might try to call a smoothie. Stopped by twice on a flight change last week and got one of the new Watermelon smoothies. The second time I bought one the young man preparing the drink was clearly new. He kept coming over to the menu to see what was supposed to be in it rather than read the label that is stuck to the drink! Well when it was finished blending it was about 1.5 inches short from the top. The women that was putting tops on the drinks saw this and scooped out from another blender some other stuff and just plopped it on the top of mine to fill out the glass! WHAT. I should have asked for it to be make over, instead I asked for her to blend it in. It was a different color and something left over from someone else's smoothie. The people that work here are dumber than a bag full of hammers....handed them their own frequent buyer stamp card after purchasing ten drinks on prior visits and between four employees they couldn't figure out what kind of discount to provide me on which size drink despite the fact that it says "free 16 ounce drink" right on the card!! They were out of mangos and pineapple which eliminates over half the menu items. They did not have frozen strawberries or bananas so the smoothies were not the thick smoothie consistency. Which was great because they had no lids!!! So I had to chug the thing so I didn't spill it walking through the airport. They didn't have lids for the oatmeal either. read more

Love stopping here when I'm in CLT. I recently discovered this place in CLT airport. I was needing lunch, but didn't have time to look around as I was rushing to my flight - like everyone else. I zoomed by this place and immediately turned around to give it a go. The girl taking my order was very helpful - she could tell I was having a hard time deciding...there are a ton of options which can be overwhelming. She asked what kinds of foods/drinks I typcially like and was able to steer me in the right direction. I got the apples 'n greens with a shot of whey protein. It was delicious, nutritious, and low calorie. I plan on stopping by here every time I have a layover in CLT....give it a try!! read more

Jamba Juice is such a delightful treat! I stop by here when I'm getting on a flight and even when I'm getting off of one and heading home. The peach perfection is great and refreshing. The service can be slow when the person making the smoothies doesn't know the recipes by heart and has to reference a cheat sheet as he's making the drinks. Nevertheless, the service is friendly.
