Top tier customer service from the young man who cashed me out (7:40 am Sunday 7/5) and the other two employees (ladies) seemed to be working in a quick and focused manner too. I ordered a smoothie and a bowl and I got both within maybe 5 minutes. After the first minute or so, I mentioned getting it without honey, I had forgot to mention that when I ordered. He pulled the bowl out of the bag and was ready to remake it without a fuss, and I said that it was okay because I'm not allergic, but the reaction was very nice of him. The smoothie turned out nice, so the young lady who made that for me did a great job as well. The young man (wish I got his name!) even wrapped a napkin around the smoothie for me, I assume because it's very cold! I enjoyed his personality too. Nice extra touches all around with the customer service, speed, and quality of preparation. Thank you guys for brightening my morning! Also, there was really no line. This will be my go to spot when I have a layover at CLT! read more

I finally convinced my husband to get breakfast here as we were waiting for our flight. He enjoyed the peanut butter shake. I was a bit disappointed because they were out of oatmeal and that is what I truly wanted. My husband also order the açaí berry bowl and enjoyed that. I had a shake and the waffle and they were delicious. read more

First keep in mind, I'm at the airport so it's going to be expensive. Around 14 dollars for the drink. I got the drink and oh man it was refreshing. Well worth the money. The service was bleh. He looked like he was tired. It was early. No line at all. Fast service. read more

I ordered an açaí bowl--no banana. There were several people waiting ahead of me, so I was surprised when my order came out so quickly. I figured it was probably easier to make than what others had ordered. But when the employee called it out, he just said "açaí bowl" without specifying the details. Since it was so fast and not clearly identified, I wasn't sure it was mine. A bit more clarity would've helped but it was fast and I was craving an acai bowl. read more

Stopped by when transferring here and it was closed. Someone was there early but they said they don't open till 7am and our flight will have already boarded by then. Dropped by this Jamba at CLT today during transit and it was great. Service is a little chaotic (but what isn't at the airport!) but the smoothies are excellent and I also love the egg bites they now have on the menu. Definitely check-out the PB+J smoothies or the Berry Whey Workout, that's one of my faves! read more

The one and only time I bought a Mango smoothie from Jamba Juice at the airport, it was a phenomenal experience. I had a free smoothie birthday coupon that almost expired since there are no Jamba Juices near home, but I remembered it as I was passing the JJ in CLT's terminal A while waiting for my flight back home. Technically, the coupon was for a small smoothie, but the smoothie machine and fruit measurements made more servings than a small smoothie. Any other jamba location would have given me a small smoothie and thrown away the rest (I can confirm by experience). Instead, the worker lady gave me a medium glass and gave me all of the smoothie juice instead of throwing it away. Wow, amazing. Personally, jamba juice is too expensive for me so I don't see myself going back especially with the hundreds of food options at CLT. But, I definitely had a great one time experience. read more

I love myself some Jamba Juice and since the one near me in the University area closed down I made it my business to come to this one in Charlotte Douglas Airport. The service was super duper fast. You'll find this Jamba Juice in the American Airlines terminal after entering through security. The menu offerings are comparable to most other Jamba Juice locations minus a few of the savory prepared meal offerings. You'll find smoothie bowls, cold brew coffee shakes, juices and typical smoothies. They also offer oatmeal and a variety of seasonal ingredients like pumpkin and watermelon. The young woman working the front register was friendly enough but the crew working in the back seemed like they could use some more hustle to work as a team. The thing that turned me off a bit was seeing the one gentleman working quickly take the excess of my husband's smoothie and gulp it down while other customers were needing to be served. I get wanting to chow on the excess but there's a time and place for that. Overall, some improvements to teamwork and hustle would go a long way. My particular visit took place on Monday, September 3, at 6PM. read more

Always keep in mind that none of the businesses that you see at the airport are required to meet the training and standards of the same business outside of the airport. So a Jamba Juice in the airport will be extremely inferior to a Jamba Juice outside of the airport. They do not train their employees the same because they don't have to. Most of the passengers that buy a horribly made smoothie will get on a plane and leave! The same applies to a Chick-Fil-A in the airport, they SUCK!!! I bought a peanut butter smoothie took a sip and threw the whole thing away! Why take it back to incompetent people to "fix" read more

Jamba Juice in the airport because the best way to avoid "Las Vegas Syndrome" is a good dose of vitamin C with their immunity boost. Hey, maybe it's all a placebo but it seems to work okay for me. Even if you're the only person placing your order, it will take at least four minutes for your beverage to be prepared. So if you're literally running to catch a plane, it might not be the best choice. Though it's certainly faster than just about every other option in the airport. JJ is located at the top of the escalator to the E gates, between the D security station and the D gates. Easy! read more

Tone & Tee- great costumer service!!! No line/wait. Ordered Razzmatazz and Mango-go-go ---yum!

This airport Jamba is located in what they call the Atrium area close to one of the security check points (make a quick right after going through security if you are going back through security after flying internationally or checking in near E or D terminals. if you are coming from another terminal just follow signs to E and D terminals and it is the last business before the security checkpoint there well before the long moving walkway. It can be easy to miss since you can't really see it from the main atrium area.) After a nine and a half hour flight from Paris, clearing customs and then re-clearing security upstairs the first thing on my mind was re-hydrating and fortifying myself with an original size all fruit strawberry whirl with an immunity boost. Yum Yum! The service was friendly and quick and the product up to its franchise standardized high standard. I finished almost a third of it before I got to B terminal where I smuggled it into that terminal's small USair club. There, I sipped my cup of joy and health while leisurely gabbing on the phone about my trip as I waited for my connection at a near by gate to start boarding for my flight back to DCA. I recommend Jamba as the most tasty and healthiest option at any airport! One of my friends always buys the acai bowl. She is always encouraging me to try their bowls. I bought one and am hooked! Got the pintura bowl which is dragon fruit. All of their bowls are 500 calories or less. The pintura is 410 and the acai is 510. It was so good. Has the right amount of sweet, crunchy, and fruity to satisfy your palate. I am going to try one of each but for now if you want to get your feet wet try the pintura. You will not be disappointed. read more

Didn't have a lot of ingredients. Didnt tell me til after I paid. Açaí bowl weren't even frozen. Just watery. And they were so so rude.

Jamba Juice and Robek's were the juice joints I frequented in high school, so the nostalgia factor is high considering I live in the middle of nowhere now and civilization is 45 minutes away. I hit up this Jamba Juice anytime I'm passing through Charlotte because I need my Greens 'n Ginger and Island Pitaya bowl fix. I've never had an issue with the quality of the food or the speed with which I receive it. All of that deserves A's. But the customer service could be improved on. They always have attitudes. Constantly. They never say, "Be right with you." They just go about what they're doing and eventually ask you what you want. The music they play is loud and sometimes not family-friendly and they're so absorbed in their own conversations that they can't wait to take your order and hand you the receipt so they can go back to themselves. I will obviously keep being a patron of this one since I never get a chance where I live. I'm just very disappointed. read more

This was a blast from my past. I grew up with smoothies from Jamba Juice. It was early, early (in the AM) and I had been up since 3am in order to catch a 5:30am flight. I was so tired and all I wanted was a green juice to help me get through my morning. I didn't want coffee because I would not be able to sleep on the plane. So, when I saw Jamba, I was super thrilled! I ordered a smoothie that had mostly greens and I subbed out the lemonade (in my smoothie) for water. Naturally, this made it a thinner liquid consistency, which I was totally okay with. The staff was a bit disappointing. For such a vibrantly colorful and lively brand, these employees seemed very bored and annoyed when taking my order and making my drink. Hey, I don't blame 'em, I know it was early. My juice was still good and it took them no time to make it and I was off ready to sit and relax with it while I waited for my flight to board. I understand that airports sometimes don't have the most healthiest of eats or drink options, so I was so happy to see Jamba, when I really needed it! read more

I love Jamba Juice!! I hadn't been since I lived in NYC for a year in college. I would pass it every day as I headed home, it was awesome. When I discovered it at CLT I was excited since I frequent CLT about once a month to visit the bf. Usually if I am leaving CLT it means I am leaving him so, I tend to drown my sorrows in a Caribbean Passion smoothie (well, and a Cinnabon but, that's besides the point). I'll be honest, I haven't strayed much from the Caribbean Passion; I use to try other flavors but none of them tasted as good to me! The staff is friendly at this location and gets you your smoothie as quick as they can. read more

In the past while traveling for pleasure or for business I would stop by this place to grab a juice or some oatmeal. In the past the service was horrible, the staff was over condescending and rude overall. I actually stopped grabbing my drink from here for almost 2 years now until recently. They have an entire new crew of ladies a couple of them are older ladies who are very sweet. Don't get me wrong this place isn't the fasted when it comes to getting you IN and OUT which is odd considering the fact that they are located in an airport and should be extra prompt as people are trying to make flights. I for one ensure I have a little time to stop and order and chat with the ladies as they are very vocal. I tend to get fresh juiced juice to kick off my morning and prepare me for my day once at my destination. I can't complain about the drink, I will only say that it could be strained a little more and strained over ice like Red Mango does to provide a chill to the juice. I'll suggest this to them next week and hopefully they won't push back and could start doing this if I plan to stop there each week. read more

I've visited this Jamba Juice in the CLT airport a few too many times! On probably 95% of my trips through Charlotte, I've felt the need to get one because there isn't one near me in Philadelphia and it seems to be the perfect layover snack. There are plenty of options for everyone's taste: dairy or non, tropical, berry-based, chocolate-based, etc. They come in sizes from small to freaking humongous. You can always add in a powder for additional vitamins, energy, or protein. These drinks really can substitute for a meal - given their nutritional value and stomach-filling qualities! If it's not a shake you're craving, there are pastries, muffins, pretzels, etc. that are also delicious but probably not as nutritious. Check it out - you won't be disappointed. read more

Love this spot at the airport! I am always traveling for business and on my way in and out of Charlotte I have to grab one of these wonderful smoothies. Glad to finally get my Jamba on in Charlotte! After growing accustomed to the delicious and vaguely healthy fruit smoothies from Jamba in the Bay area, I had forgotten about this chain after I moved to NC. Lo and behold, I'm flying through CLT and what do I spy?! The brightly colored, deliciously aroma'ed Jamba Juice as an airport option. I immediately drop all thoughts of an egg mcmuffin and head on to the Jamba counter. At $5.80 it's not cheap for a smoothie but I figure way more healthy than my other options. I order up a Caribbean Passion smoothie which takes five or ten minutes. I get a smooth, flavorful and fruit-packed beverage in a styrofoam cup, makes me feel like I'm back in the Financial District of San Francisco. Flavor-wise it was right on the money so Jamba is still delivering a great taste experience here on the east coast, can you give me a woohoo!? So thanks Jamba for feeding me some healthy calories this morning. You are exactly what the doctor ordered and come on up to the RDU Triangle! read more

I love Jamba Juice! The unfortunate reality is that the closest one to where we live is inside the airport terminal in Charlotte. So 1.5 hours away and a flight ticket required for entrance in order to obtain these amazing smoothies and shakes. The staff is usually a bit surly at this location but always deliver a top notch product. Can't really fault them for dealing with anxious and moody travelers. Nothing a Jamba Juice can't remedy, right? read more

In the past I have always enjoyed getting a smoothie from Jamba, but on this occasion while flying through Charlotte a few things happened that were disappointing. First, the person taking our order only put one of the two drinks we ordered into the system so when picking up our order we did not receive everything we thought we would be getting. Then they told us to go to the back of the line (roughly 20 parties) to reorder the missing drinks which we were unable to do as our flight was about to board. In addition, what we received was disappointing as it was the consistency of water and the cup was not even full. Seemed like they gave us someone else's order that was not picked up a few hours prior... Definitely seemed like a waste of $$ for the poor quality of the product. I will not be ordering from this location in the future. read more

Worst Jamba Juice I've been to, period. Horrible customer service - from cashier to wait time. I also saw an employee adjust his in-ear headphones, while wearing food prep gloves, and then continue to food prep wearing same gloves. I found this spot just before you enter concourse D&E. The printers were out (strike) and then I stood for a few minutes before they realized my order fell through the cracks (strike 2). The payoff was a large drink versus he medium that I ordered (score!). I got the protein special - PB and banana. As I reviewed the chart during my longer than expected wait, I came to the realization that my drink is the highest calorie drink. Good news, it taste good and filled me up, the perfect combo of peanut butter and banana. read more

Best advice I can give for this location is KEEP WALKING. This location is understaffed and under-qualified to give quality drinks and service. So you will be waiting a long time for your order. And the drink you expect to taste the same as other Jamba Juices will not be the same. It will be some made up hybrid that you most likely will consider throwing away on the trash. So save your money. When I ordered 2 large veggie vitality drinks, she said she isn't going to make those drinks for me because it takes too long to prepare. Danger Sign #1 I said I can wait. And so she took the next guys order to make me wait. Danger Sign#2 Then once she started working on my order, I noticed it wasn't looking anything like the drink I have ordered many times from other Jamba locations. Danger Sign#3 Then I asked why I was being charged $18.81 for 2 large drinks with prices shown as $6.99 each on their menu. Seems like a very large taxation of $4.81 Danger Sign#4 She said there's nothing she can do to change the price on her register even though it doesn't match their menu. I was thirsty so I paid and asked for a receipt. She said she's unable to print receipts. Danger Sign#5 I took a pic of their menu and of her register screen and sent a message to their corporate office. Hopefully they respond soon to take ownership of this situation read more

Unprofessional and rude staff! They need to remember that the customers can hear their "personal" conversations.

Okay, what IS this? Here I go raving about a chain again. I flew through CLT two times last week for work and both times I had me some Jamba. Actually, this airport joint is the first time I've had Jamba, EVER. I'm hooked, man, I'm hooked. I've only ever had the Caribbean Passion (strawberry, peach, mango, passion fruit, and orange sherbet), but I swear to you--it's all the juice that I need. A small only has 230 cals., and it cures what ails you. Both times we stopped by, the crew was working in perfect order. We went from wanting to having in less than five minutes. JJ, I'm a convert!
