Stop by the Jamba while I was at the airport and I needed something to drink while I was waiting for my flight. The lines here are pretty busy. When I arrived on my flight coming from the A gate their Jamba Juice apparently ran out of items but on my flight back home, i found another one that was more toward the food court. This location was pretty busy and a wait times were pretty long after ordering. They did a solid job blending the items though I couldn't drink part of it because it was full of banana chunks. I was in the middle of a brief layover at the Charlotte airport and I was craving something refreshing and somewhat healthy. After broawsing over the list of food and drink options I was plesantly surprised to find a Jamba Juice. I made my way over there and the staff was so freakin' nice. I ordered mega mango but got a mango a go go instead sadly. I already got to my gate so I didn't want to walk back to ask them. Grabbed some breakfast before boarding my flight. Happy to see I can order a açaí bowl at the airport! They have a plentiful menu but I focused on the bowls. Thankfully they will make adjustments to the current bowls on the menu as I am nit a fan of certain things combined. I asked for raspberries but they do not have any.... sad face. I settled for half strawberry and half blueberry. Prior to the toppings I asked if they could be heavier on the strawberries and lighter on the blueberries ... by the picture you can see what I got. I am going to assume she did nothing hear me correctly. No one was in line behind me so I know they were not in a hurry. The açaí bowl was pretty good. It was a bit soupy. Likely because there was very little granola. I didn't finish as I was afraid I would be wearing some of it. I will try it again because I really enjoy açaí bowls. First time trying to order here. I was trying to order a Greek yogurt bowl but was not calling it the waffle bowl. As I tried to tell her what I wanted the lady from the back told me to go back to the menu and know what I wanted before I tried to order. Deleted my order and took the next person. All because I asked what was in one of the drinks and she was upset I didn't just "know". Absolutely the rudest, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to the Jamba juice in concourse D of charolette airport ordered and didn't check my bag once i left to my gate once I arrived at my gate I saw that they had completely messed up my order so I was closest to the Jamba Juice at Concourse A23, went there told them my concerns and Aaliyah and Matrese helped me and got me a new bowl. Awful service. Very rude employees. Literally everyone after me got their drinks and I had the exact same drink as the gentleman behind me. Not to mention I watched the young man running the register between 4 and 4:15pm on Monday, August 23, 2021....not take payment from a pretty lady in a red top that was just a couple people in front of me and he personally left the register, went to the back, made her smoothie and handed it to at the register her while there were at least 5-7 people waiting for their Jamba. This is the worst Jamba Juice ever! I wanted a Protein Berry Workout (I have had it for years) and a singer cayenne shot - was told hey did not have the protein berry workout and offered me the peanut butter protein - the machine for the shots are allegedly broken. Anyway found out later that they did not have protein AT ALL so they just sell sugary drinks for now LOL. Staff is rude and yelled at me to the point the cashier told me it is my fault ! read more
