Athlete meals are larger portions, ranging from 600-800 calories, where lifestyle meals are fewer -- I think 400-600 calories? They have meals in the fridge and ready to eat and also frozen ones. Weekly meal plans are available starting at 12 meals. They have seasonal menus so you can get a variety of foods. The containers are recyclable, and oven safe up to 250 degrees and they have a card with heating and spices/sauces best practices to make your meals the best. In addition to meals that you can pick up, they offer several fuel shakes, energy bites and more. Outside of meals, PLN has the inbody scanner to track more than your weight, but body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, and basal metabolic rate. The results print out and the staff can go over what each item means. It comes in handy as a way to track progress.

It feels like walking into an old timey little grocer, but this market is dedicated to natural produce and promoting good health.
