Wonderful experience here. Staff: extremely friendly and inviting! All 4 employees working greeted me and and thanked me for coming. Wait time: very short! I was in and out in probably 5 minutes. Tasty-goodness: 5 stars for sure!!! My smoothie was super tasty and just what I ordered. Price: average. I got a medium razzmatazz and it cost just under $6. Worth it! Parking: pretty bad.... But not a deterrent for coming here. Just something to be aware of. There is tons of surrounding parking, you may just need to walk a tad. :P Great job guys!! Keep it up! I work at a Jamba Juice at another location so I trusted this other location. Once I got there it took over 10 minutes for "Mo" (the manager) to take down my order. It took so long that the people behind me left! I finally got my order in after they told me they don't have sandwiches like the other locations do, but it took around 10 minutes to make everything and my smoothies were not blended at all. They also did not let me use my discount so I wouldn't have gone there in the first place. Very disappointing that they didn't even care to remake my smoothies for how bad they were. read more

Never have a problem here. They all greet me upon arrival, everyone is friendly and smiley. They always get my order correct and on point. The smoothies always have good flavor. This location would be my preferred for my juice/smoothie fix. Close to most jobs on Palamor Airport Road. Place is always clean, and I usually get a promo code to buy one drink get another one for free if i provide feedback online. :) Cons: During lunch hour, its hard to find parking, or have to park far away. I just park in the carwash parking, and take my chances, because they are so fast they get my smoothie out in about 5-7 minutes or so. Come here about 1 time per week. read more

Jamba makes a good juice...I think it's kind of expensive but still good. I am into the Light Strawberry Surf Rider lately. As most newly built locations are, Jamba Juice on Palomar Airport Road is clean, and the employees are enthusiastic. There aren't many seats available to sit down, but holding a normal conversations wouldn't be possible with so many blenders running constantly. It would have been nice if an outdoor seating were available. The weather is usually very nice in Carlsbad. The plaza can get a bit busy during lunchtime, as multitudes of lunch breakers flood the place. But those who are looking for a quick fix can always just park by the curb in front of the store and get in and out in minutes. As for the smoothies here, they are rich in flavor and are of the better smoothies amongst all Jamba Juice locations I've visited. My favorite is the Apple N' Greens! (Highly recommended) read more

I ordered online for a smoothie to be ready at 10:15am, I walked in at 10:10am to pick up my drink and waited by counter where you pick up your drink. All 3 workers were busy, 1 taking orders and the other 2 making smoothies and açaí bowls. I was waiting patiently while they finished helping the entire soccer team that needed smoothies and bowls. No one bothered to ask what I was waiting for until 15 minutes of me standing there the young black woman asked. And I just let her know I ordered online and my drink was supposed to be ready at 10:15am. Then she blames me saying "Next time don't just stand there because I thought you were with their group." Okay 1) I definitely don't look like one of those 10 year olds wearing a soccer uniform or their mothers and 2) you don't blame the customer for YOU not using YOUR customer service. That's what pissed me off and why I'm writing this review. You made it MY fault that I didn't tell you what I was waiting for. I was waiting until I could catch them when they had a second to help me. I wasn't complaining, I was patient because I knew you were busy. Or next time, if you notice you're making all of these drinks and someone is still waiting for theirs and have been standing there for a while, I don't know, maybe you should probably ask "Hey, what drink are you waiting for?" read more

When I first went in, they had no customers. Ordering took 10 minutes alone, and they could not provide me with certain items i wanted. Took awhile to get the smoothies and food, and they were not being sanitary while doing so. When i got my order, my smoothie was not blended whatsoever. We had to finish a gift card so we stopped by Jamba Juice after a trip to Panera. We had the orange carrot karma smoothies to try something different. It was good but I am not sure I would get it again. The service is nice and they will always give good recommendations. Healthy treats are usually pretty expensive and jamba is no exception with smoothies ranging in the $5-7 range. I came here this morning, ordered a small jamba juice. (The green kind not many people like to get.) I think they girl was new, because she charged me for a small (which is what I ordered,) but ended up giving me a huge bucket of green juice by mistake. Then, a few customers after me...I noticed she mentioned the online customer service survey to THEM. Normally, I say fuck an online survey...but theirs offers some kind of coupon for either a discounted jamba juice or a free one. Why didn't she offer it to me? Do I not look like the stereo typical jamba juice consumer? Maybe that's why she gave me a life time supply of green jamba juice during this visit...she probably figured it would keep me away. I come here regularly. I usually order the Orange C-booster, Protein Berry Workout, or Acai Super Antioxidant. The drinks here do not taste good consistently. Sometimes my drink taste like over ripen fruit or they do not blend it enough. This location has seating inside and out. There is a restroom located next to the main doors. read more

Nice location but service was very slow. Only 2 people were on staff and one was setting up the juice bar. Even though there was only one person was ahead of us it was 15 minutes before we even got our smoothies. Will try this location again since it a convenient location, but hopefully next time this place will be staffed properly and set up prior before customers arrive. read more

The only draw back is the loud blenders while you are trying to order your juice. It doesn't promote a place you want to stay and enjoy your juice but either way the juice is tasted and healthy and I appreciate the idea that vitamins are blended in. This is by far the worst experience I've had at Jamba Juice location. I went on Thursday morning and there was a line which is normal for a morning especially during the summer. I ordered my usual chunky strawberry bowl and waited like the rest...
