Wow this dump of a business had my last review deleted! No problem I remember the terrible service. They have such a high turnover every time I go it's a different person and taste different every time. They all have an attitude and don't follow the same rules. Their cheap machine broke and couldn't let me use my rewards. One guy still gave me the reward while another gal said no they don't do that. They get the order wrong even though it's a simple drink on their own menu. They also consistently run out of ingredients so good luck ordering what you want. I'd suggest going to juice it up on Grand in Glendora. It's a night and day difference. read more

Terrible service, no hello, no "we'll be right with you". Didn't even great me when she finally came to the register after 10 minutes of making three drinks . When I got my drink it wasn't filled, I asked if they aren't filling them up all the way. She responded by yes to the last line.. but still wasn't. She offered to fill it with more ice. So asked her to please fill it, she just added extra ice and gave attitude!!! During that moment she spilled the drink and added more attitude. She basically redid my drink twice. Like what?? Girl if you don't enjoy your job find something else. Its a freaking tragedy. I normally don't complain about customer services but this really agitated me. I wish I got her name but whatever. Hire someone who actually cares. read more

I'm always a fan of Jamba Juice, and this location is no different. Lots of great smoothie and healthy food options. Friendly staff. Clean facility, except for their front windows, which are really foggy and dirty looking for some reason. I also wish they had a little more indoor seating. But, overall they're great and my go to for a post work out protein smoothie. UPDATE- Since my original post, they've cleaned their front windows. Looks much better! read more

Every time I come in here they are slow. Never ever have enough staff. They are always out of ingredients or the right cup sizes! Super unprofessional and not a pleasant experience!!! read more

Worst customer service and they take extremely long just to even acknowledge your standing right there waiting to order

WOW. Attitudes for days. Mocking customers, moving slowly to make the line leave, the staff kept telling us we should leave, and we were waiting quietly, and they just didn't want us there. They were mingling and giving side eye to other customers not wanting to work. They also were spilling smoothies and being very unsanitary with their hands, and there were tons of violations on so many health codes. It was seriously unlike anything I've ever seen. Very dissatisfied and I'm surprised changes haven't been made even after other reviews. Impersonal and I've taken my business to robeks. I'm in my 20's and super chill and I've o LT written like 2 bad reviews and I cannot let that place treat anybody else this way. Horrible. read more

The workers here are brainless morons. They literally took up like half an hour of my life to make my 2 damn beverages. I'm like 100% certain they made our drinks and then gave them to the wrong customers. Then they just walk around looking confused for the next 20min like idiots. I actually asked her if she could make my drink now because I was already sick of waiting. 10-15 min at that point. I waited another 15 min after too. Super incompetent workers here. Do not come here! read more

Came in at 8:01 PM exactly and tried to order the freshly squeezed orange juice, was told the juicer for the oranges was "down" by the girl working. So I left, came back a few moments later to try to get something else, I asked for the carrot Juice, the guy told me They're "actually closing soon so we put away the juicers". Online it says closes at "10:00pm" At 8:06pm, worker says "we're closing soon". After I left I Called in just to ask what time the location closes, the girl says "We actually close at 9:00pm ,clean up at 9:30pm". So, what's the real closing time for jamba juice?? It sucks because people come to this place for the smoothies or juices. sucks if the final 2 hours, juices aren't available just because the store wants to clean up early. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

I've never been to a Jamba Juice before. I usually get my mango smoothies from Baskin-Robbins. But today I decided to go in and try something called the apples and greens drink. I substituted banana for pineapple juice. It was delicious! I'm trying to be very mindful this next year of what I'm going to be eating and they have a lot of different options they have not only smoothies but breakfast items and lots of different things you can add to your drink like wheatgrass or whey. They also do fresh squeezed juice here. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and even let me try her favorite drink. I didn't get her name but she was super nice! read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Azusa, California

I go to APU so I am here OFTEN. Not to be dramatic but... this place always has issues. Their cash register is always broken in some obscure way (today it didn't accept gift cards...?) and the employees either treat you like a burden or talk so quietly that you can't hear them. I've literally never experienced this at any other jamba. Or food place to be honest. It's super strange. Basically if there is another jamba a couple more miles away... go there! read more

I have been to this Jamba Juice location a couple times before and have always been satisfied with the service and products. Most of the employees seem to be younger (although this is not an excuse for unprofessionalism) so I never minded their "easy going" attitudes and short replies. However, my bf and I walked in today (10/5 around 2:30pm) and as we were looking at the menu, I saw that a younger girl was standing at the register and I waved a friendly hello. After quickly deciding, I went to the front and ordered "a medium bold n cold brew and a large vanilla blue sky smoothie with the 3g energy add on." Then she asked me "do you want any topping?" I was confused at first, but I realized she was probably referring to the cloud whip foam topper for the cold brew and said "yeah, for the bold n cold brew?" She didn't reply but proceeded to process the order so I assumed that was that. I was even more confused when I took out my card to pay and couldn't find a card reader anywhere in front of me. As the girl continued to stare at me without saying anything, I made the assumption that she would swipe my card for me, so I handed her my credit card and was surprised when she started to punch in my card number and security code! I understand that some places provide the option to hand key in your own card info, but I was so shocked and became anxious as she was reading my card info for such a long time period. Unfortunately I didn't have the chance to question anything about this incident and moved to the side to wait for our drinks. As a result I was so disappointed, but not even surprised at this point, when I found out that she took my order incorrectly and charged me for 2 Bold n cold brews. I took my order back and politely told her that I ordered only 1 cold brew and wanted a refund for the extra order she took. To this she replied rudely, "no you didn't." According to her, I had ordered a cold brew, then the smoothie, and ANOTHER cold brew. I told her again that I ordered one cold brew and one smoothie, and then SHE ASKED ME if I wanted "topping," to which I replied yeah. I understand mistakes can happen, but I don't believe that this mess-up was my fault as the girl never went over my order and barely said a word to me from the time I walked into the store until I addressed the order mistake. This conversation went back and forth for a couple minutes and when I asked for a refund for the second time, she replied "I don't know how to do refunds, I would have to ask my manager but he's not here right now." I gave up and walked out of the store, but the cold brew coffees ended up tasting like expired dairy, so I walked back into the store to find a trash can to throw them away. I made a third attempt to ask the girl for a refund for the mistake order and she didn't even let me speak as she started to restate the whole incident of how I "ordered a cold brew, then a smoothie, and another cold brew." This was such a terrible experience, I can't help feeling pity for this franchise location and its employees. read more

Rather disappointed with this location. I came in wanting to get the oatmeal with Apple cinnamon as the topping- it is still listed on the menu and available at other jamba juices, however, they say they no longer carry it. It is a chain smoothie place, all menus stores should carry the same things, especially if it is listed on the menu. Other than that the smoothies are good, just wish they would actually offer what is listed. read more

I come to Jamba Juice and they had taken their juice machine down for the day. They stated that they stop serving freshly squeezed juiced by 8 pm. I understand if they were about to close, but they are open till 10 pm. I think I'll stick to Robles from now on. read more

Not one, not two, not three, but on four separate occasions spread out over months I craved the peanut butter banana protein yet on all four occasions they had No peanut butter in stock! How does that happen??? Is there any manager at this location? Also on all of those occasions their rewards machine was not working, Great! Instead of the peanut butter banana protein I ended up getting the Orange Dream machine and every time I went it there it tasted different, Thanks Jamba. If it wasn't too watery then it tasted weird. Anyone that wants a great smoothie should just drive a mile down the street and go to Juice it Up on Grand. They are the complete opposite of this Jamba Juice location. read more

Ok. Let me tell you about my experience this morning. I went in for a matcha smoothie. So I'm one of those crazy vegans (to lose weight, Im not a hippy) and asked to have my smoothie with no fro-yo. My good friend Alex was happy to help me. She said without it, it would be super watery so I asked for ice and maybe some frozen banana. She said she would do her best and SHE DID!!!! My smoothie is super yummy with perfect texture and not too sweet since I'm tryna cut back on the sugar. This should be called the Alex special and I'll definitely be back in for another! read more

Today was very hot and was craving an acai bowl. My usual spot was closed and we ended up here. Unfortunately I didn't like it at. I went in to this location this morning. Showed up at 6:50am. Knowing that they don't open until 7am I sat in my car and got some paper work done. As soon as 7am probably 7:02am I got of my car and walked over to the door and it was still locked. The associate standing inside seen I was there but took a whole 5 mins before coming to open the door. When she opened the door she didn't properly greet me I had to tell her good morning to even get a word out of her. I ordered a Caribbean Passion and a spinach and cheese breakfast burrito. Didn't wait very long. However, getting to the reason for my one star review. She handed me my drink which was well prepared, but when I received my burrito it was completely burnt and rock hard. (Hence the photo). This associate was just extremely rude and had no customer service at all. I know she seen the look on my face when I'd seen how over cooked my burrito was, but she didn't even offer to make me another one. This location is on my way to work and extremely convenient, but I will not be returning to this location. read more

Jamba - They burn their burritos!! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Azusa, California

Always a friendly staff! Any questions I have they answer them with a great attitude. I really like their updated menu and food selections. I love the Caribbean passion and strawberry surf rider. I recently tried the Kale-ribbean and it's fantastic. Yummy fruit and veggies all mixed together. Really enjoyable and full of flavor. Not to sour, not too sweet. Just the right amount of everything (if made properly). My 2 reasons it's not 5 stars, I'm more partial to Juice It Up. And second, it normally takes longer at every jambs juice I've gone to, compared to a Juice It Up. read more

As I write this review, I am currently eating their new slow cooked apple cinnamon and brown sugar. And it is delicious. What I wanted to review about this place is their customer service. Considering it's pretty early in the morning for some people, the staff at this particular Jamba are extremely nice, friendly, and perky. They greeted me with a big smile and a friendly good morning and took my order. They ask how your morning is going and participate in a very friendly morning conversation. I couldn't help but smile as I was talking to them because their attitude definitely rubbed off on me. As they gave me my order, before I walked out, one of the staff said to me that if I looked at my journal at the end of my day, I would say that today, was a very good day. How nice of him right? Such a good attitude about life! Good job Jamba Juice for hiring such friendly, happy people for their morning shift!! read more

I ordered an açaí bowl and the cashier gave me a bowl that was sitting since before I walked in. Every time I have gone to Jamba they always make it to order. So when I took it home, the bowl was completely melted. If they're charging about $10 for a 16 oz I shouldn't get a melted bowl that was sitting there for a few minutes. Horrible service. read more

This Jamba is close to Citrus Ave on Alosta in Azusa. "Kitty-corner" to the APU campus. The manager is Anthony and he's the tallest guy there so you cannot miss him. He's very sweet and knows most everyone by name. His crew is great. Quick, neat and efficient. Say hi to Frankey (his badge name) when you go. Currently they have the oatmeal on Wednesdays for a buck but don't know how much longer that will be for. Hit it before it goes away! I recommend the blueberry/ blackberry or apple for your topping. Nummy! Did I mention that their oatmeal is REAL and not some nasty instant like Starbucks or McD's? Yep. Love the new drinks. Fit & Fruitful is good. Absolutely adore the Five Fruit Frenzy! The coffee is okay but they are known for smoothies. Stick with those. read more

Out of strawberries, out of bananas, out of Greek yogurt, out of oat milk, out of blackberry juice.... I feel like there is something missing with management here for them to be out of so many items. Last time we went, 2 weeks ago, we had the same problem. At first I thought it was a one off but this is the third time they've been out of more than a couple items. I think there is just a disconnect on how much they need to be ordering or something. Would love to leave a better review but every time I've gone they haven't had the ingredients for the smoothies ‍ read more

The two stars is only for the customer service. I arrived 10 minutes before the store opened while the Jamba employee was putting up the umbrellas. I wasn't sure if it was opened yet so I asked him and he said it was opened at 7. So I waited the 10 minutes and went inside and the same employee looked surprised and disappointed that I waited and was about to order. I know it's early and he probably hates people but, "dayum Daniel!" He didn't have to be so rude. He looked every else except at me, was so bothered that I added an energy shot to my drink, and was annoyed that I forgot the name of the beverage I wanted. I knew exactly was in it but it had been a while when he told me the name he said it in a tone that was supposed to make me feel dumb but I just smiled at him. You don't mess with the people who prepare your food, I always say. And to top it all off he slammed the register after I paid. My goodness, I hope Mat was just having a bad day today and isn't always like that. As far as the food goes.... My orange kale power was yummay and so was my turkey sausage breakfast wrap. The wrap had waaay more sausage than I expected so it was great to know it was well worth the $4. read more

Jamba - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Azusa, California

First time here at this Jamba juice joint and I have to say this one of the best Jamba places I been. Why you may ask, well first the workers are super nice, second they introduce you to their specials and ask what you're up for today. It seems like they really know their customers well because they remember them which gives a very happy vibe. What's also great about it's super close to the movie theatre easy way to get a healthy refreshing snack. I got a pina colada 16 oz I'll totally stop by here again if I live close by but for sure if I come here this is the first place I'll go. read more

Great place for smoothies and bowls. Great location with seating outside which is nice. Right by the theater and other food places. I personally enjoy the açaí super smoothie. The best thing they have there is the island pitaya bowl which includes a smoothie with cut up fruit on top of it, mixed with granola coconut flakes and honey. Their prices are on the high side but always great quality. Smoothies in the summer are great! read more

If you want good quality bowls go some place else. This was my first time visiting this place I ordered a island pitaya bowl. The girl at the cashier didn't inform me at the cashier there fruits were low . When she gave me the purchased order which was just a bowl of ice not smooth at all with no banana. I asked her regarding the missing item she stated "Oh we're out "- cashier She could've of told me that before purchasing would of simply ordered something else It and it was for my toddler so that fact that it was ice it wasn't eatable at 9 am I threw it out. Maneger should really train there employees to do the menu correctly besides just cashing a check cuz clearly she didn't care to inform me I didn't get her name but she had half and half colored hair and if it was for me I wouldn't care but when it's for my kids That shit is annoying El Monte , CA location is by far the best location employees do care for there customers read more

I strongly advice Jamba Juice to reopen the bathroom because it will draw in more customers, especially consistent ones. The only reason why I didn't choose Starbucks this time to study is because their smoothies are made out of purée, and I was tired of coffee read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there Friday morning before taking my daughter to school. Got there around 7:25 and the door is locked and lights off. NOT OPEN! Please avoid this location!! I am not one to complain, but this experience was absolutely horrible. I ordered online 10/29 @ 12:30pm and went inside to pick up our family pack order. We had got 4 medium smoothies + 4 bakery items (2 pretzels, and 2 belgian waffles) + hummus crisp bag. We waited 15 minutes until the order was ready. My dad and sister went inside to get the items. Sister called me to let me know they were out of waffles and the hummus crisps! She asked if we could swap them out for impossible sandwiches (and pay the difference), and the girl stated that they were still frozen because openers did not take them out and couldn't serve them to us. My phone number is linked to my account though checkout, why didn't I receive a call from them when they received the order and knew they couldn't make everything properly? We then asked for a partial refund for those items and the girl said that they couldn't do that for us in store on spot, and that they would have to wait for the district manager to do it later that night!! We did not get a phone number or any sort of guarantee that it would happen. My sister and dad got to the car and arrived with these items pictured below. Since they were out of medium cups, they resorted to putting all 4 smoothies in smalls and adding a partial amount to the kids cups!! It looked so unappetizing and cheap. We tried the drinks and they were watery and not properly mixed. Some were sour, and some just did not taste right. I have been going to Jamba Juice for YEARS, ordering these exact drinks, and this is NOT what they are supposed to taste like. The pretzels literally tasted like trash and were not consumed by us. We did not even drink the smoothies, everything was nasty. There were still stems in my sisters smoothie and everything was a HUGE disappointment. I called to receive the number of the district manager and the phone immediately went to the busy line. This was just extremely unprofessional and a terrible lousy experience, and we will surely not be returning. I understand it is not completely the employees fault, but management needs to be caring for these employees properly and ensuring items are stocked and to provide better training. The order rounded to $40, completely wasted, we will be calling to receive a full refund. read more

This is the closest Jamba Juice to my house so this is the one I frequent. The customer service isn't as friendly as other places. Yesterday I called to place an order and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I finally decided to just order in person keeping my phone connected to jamba. Love this place! I've never had a bad experience, ever! However today's visit was interesting. A lady came in and asked for a thank you Jesus. The cashier asked if she could look up the ingredients so they can happily make it for her. She literally got infuriated and started to yell at the poor dude calling him a punk ass mother F'er. She started to make it into a racial situation because she was African American and the cashier was white. It was a very uncomfortable situation for the two staff members as well as the two customers, my daughter, and myself. It's so sad that people act this way when they don't get what they want. I'm all for equality and at no point did I see this poor guy treat her rude or disrespectful because of her race. I felt like I needed to post this because I was a witness to this cray unfair and hurtful situation.
