Went in to order a PB, banana and hazelnut bowl and was told they were out of fresh banana. How does a juice place where half of their items are made with bananas, not have fresh bananas? While looking at the menu to find something without bananas, the music playing in the store said the N word multiple times. Not sure if that was the worker's choice of music, but I was very offended and left immediately. This Jamba Juice is permanently off my list of places to go. The store is poorly run. read more

After coming here for a few weeks the service had been great and haven't had any issues as I usually order the Thank You Jesus from their secret menu. Today I had the pleasure of having Camari serve me, and when I asked for my usual drink she said they don't make it, and after confirming that I had in fact been ordering it for years, she rudely commented that the previous staff had been doing it incorrectly, and they should not have in fact made the drink for me. I would've been completely fine if she was nice, but the way she came off was very rude. So needless to say it made my afternoon a bit less pleasant, and hopefully no one has the "pleasure" of getting this exquisite service from Camari. This is honestly THE WORST location ever to go to. They never are stocked up on anything to make any of the drinks you want, their staff is limited so they're rarely open when they say they are online and seem to hire college people from across the street that would rather do anything but their job. I've gone multiple times trying to give them a chance cause I live right here but each time I run into a different or same problem that I now drive the extra mile just to get my moneys worth. I was pretty impressed with how fast they got my drink ready despite the line that reached past the tables outside! Only thing I didn't like was not their fault though: the amount of body heat inside was repulsive. There's a promotion going on for APU students, so I got my original-sized smoothie for only $2! yikes yikes yikes ! I'm definitely not a Karen- especially since I used to work in the food industry myself for 3+ years & a very own Jamba Juice for 1 year! Butttttt this place was horrid. My boyfriend and I walked in 10/2 at 3 pm and said a very friendly "hi" to both employees- one being a manager (I know they were bc of the shirt they were wearing) and an associate. The girl immediately gave me a dirty look._. The male manager walked up to the register and stared at us until we were ready and I greeted him again with a friendly smile & he just stared at me like like ok. We said our orders, he responded quietly, short, and with a lot of bad attitude. Confused, I looked at my boyfriend, wondering if I came off rude and he was just as confused as I was, by the lack of respect this gentleman was giving us. Once we were done giving our orders, he asked for my card and proceeded to put down my security code? Like what? i asked him why he was taking it down & he said that their machine was broken. I don't understand why this wasn't advertised especially since security codes are pretty private. I continued to allow the transaction to happen. Once we were done with the transaction, he took our Parmesan twist to the back office when the oven is placed right in the front. I was very uncomfortable with this action for safety and health reasons, as I didn't know what he was doing with my food. The girl associate kept giggling while they exchanged glances and whispers & we were finally given our items and they immediately went to the back room. Unfortunately very disappointed in this transaction as I feel my boyfriend & I provided no disrespect or harm since the moment we walked in. Walked in to this Jamba for the first time.. it was overall a good experience. I was greeted right away by the girl behind the counter. Two people were already waiting for their order and I was up next. It took a while before my order was taken but it wasn't a ridiculous wait either. The service was great and super friendly, just a biiiit slow. After that, I ordered a Berry Protein Workout Smoothie for the first time ever. Took about 5 mins to come out. The smoothie was delicious and I'll definitely be getting it again in the near future. My advice would be, don't come in if you're in a rush. read more

Today is 10/20/2021 I went to Jamba Juice and ordered a strawberry surf rider I saw the worker take a blender lid out the sink and dip in so called "clean water" to get the soap off She didn't make sure all the soap was off,she just put it on top of the blender soo of course soap was in my drink but I didn't start to drink it until I was already on my way to work. I called to speak with a manager and no one answered. I been calling this place since 8:45am and it's now 5:48pm and still no one has answered. I will be going back tomorrow for a replacement drink. But my overall experience was horrible. And the manager from the morning shift gave the vibe like she didn't want to be at work and made it very clear. I mostly want to say that the staff here are always friendly but the juice press constantly seems to either be turned off early or not working. I've always love Jamba Juice and never had a bad experience until today. I went to this location at 12:35 and had to be at the citrus college campus(which is 2 mins away) at 1 so I thought I had more than enough time and I was super hungry. Once the employee was done making other orders she takes my order (smoothie and pretzel) and the order of the person behind me. Now it's about 12:53 and my smoothie and the person behind us smoothie is ready and she gives it to us and the other lady leaves. I nicely said to her "I also had a pretzel" and she in an annoyed tone says "I know" and goes to put it in the warmer. I told her I'll just have it cold (cuz at this point I had no time). So I leave with my smoothie and pretzel which is rock solid. I tasted my smoothie and it turns out she gave me the smoothie of the woman behind me which tasted like it had pineapple which I'm allergic to so I couldnt drink my smoothie or eat my pretzel. Now I won't be able to eat after my class which ends at 5:30. Won't be going back to this location. COVID19.CA.GOV If a person has a certain disability they are exempt at all times from wearing a mask. Under the HIPAA act, not allowed to ask what my disability is, that is between me and my doctor. If the government exempts me from wearing a mask, how is Jamba Juice above the law? Never coming back here again. My boyfriend and I came less than 15 minutes before closing. I was planning to get a bowl. My boyfriend said no don't get a bowl, get a smoothie loud enough for the employee to hear us. The employee instantly rolled his eyes and started mumbling under his breath. Something always wrong I'm this location. Bathroom out of order for 3-4 years, Can't bother to update app even though I've asked. "Internet down" so we can't take orders, And can't call in an order because phone is always busy ( guessing they keep it off the hook.) Came here after eating Santana's that's right down the street because I was craving something sweet after my heavy meal. I got the acai primo bowl that came with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, almonds and honey. I loved the sweetness of the honey and the crunchiness of the almonds. The acai bowl was extremely refreshing and tasted delicious on a hot day. The only complaint I have is that it's such a small bowl for how expensive it is! We can make multiple acai bowls at home for a little more but at least you get a larger amount. The lady that worked behind the counter was nice. I've always disliked this place ever since I moved to Azusa in 2015. I'm hesitant to come in here because the terrible customer service it has always carry and the poor making of the drinks. Today though, the employee this morning had me wait ten minutes in line to get my order. She was making other orders I assume form online, but she could have taken mine, when I was the only one here, and make all of them together. I stayed just to see how long this would take. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me, otherwise I'd go somewhere else. But I swear every time I come in here, they have attitude, they hate their job, the customers or what in the world they have up there. Teach your employees to have more customer service and kindness. They have such a high turnover every time I go it's a different person and taste different every time. They all have an attitude and don't follow the same rules. Their cheap machine broke and couldn't let me use my rewards. One guy still gave me the reward while another gal said no they don't do that. They get the order wrong even though it's a simple drink on their own menu. They also consistently run out of ingredients so good luck ordering what you want. When I got my drink it wasn't filled, I asked if they aren't filling them up all the way. She responded by yes to the last line.. but still wasn't. She offered to fill it with more ice. So asked her to please fill it, she just added extra ice and gave attitude!!! During that moment she spilled the drink and added more attitude. She basically redid my drink twice. Like what?? Gotta love our sweet and cold drinks especially in those hot summer days and nights. This Jamba usually has a good line of people being so close to the university and near a theater, so on Fridays and weekends, expect to wait a bit for your drink. The workers are efficient and dont waste too much time in making your drinks. We love the fact that the staff is patient and also knows how to do most of the secret menu items (red gummy and white gummy for example) The staff here always greets you right when you walk in and let you know by your name when your drink is ready. That to us makes it a bit more personable. The only reason why we deducted a star is because the times we've gone they have not asked us if we want our free boost with our drink. We thought its the norm to ask all their customers that... It's never been a problem when we ask for the boost but it would be a lot more easier if they just offered them to remind us. Matcha Green Tea- ask for an extra scoop of green tea, it will taste sooo much more better Red Gummy- It will not be overly sweet, enjoy!
