If I can give this store zero stars I would. Every time I go in there's something broken . Orange juice machine, oven , and their ice creams. It seems like ever since a certain manager left the store has been going down hill . They are always out of things , employees gossiping. I love Jamba Juice, and this one is no different. I never have to wait too long for my drink, and they always get my order right. My favorite is the Caribbean Passion, and you can get different boosts in your drink, which is great. I haven't been during the correct hours in a while, but they used to have happy hour, which was my favorite, because you got a larger size for a smaller price. Employees are so rude they have zero order, they don't take your name or give you a number they just call out the drink so hopefully your the only one to order that drink or all guests are reaching for the same drink. I had to download yelp just to review one person. A tall worker guy with arm tattoos (looked like about 20 years old) YELLED at a customer rudely just because he didn't hear him. I am very upset my pregnant woman tells me to come get her a jamba juice so I come rushing from school to get here before they close. So I checked the Jamba Juice app and it states they close at 9:30 and I get to the Jamba Juice and it's close at 9:00 PM. I repeatedly called from 855 to about 915 and no one answered and I check yelp, it says it closes at 10. well i'm in front of the store, came speeding on the freeway from cal poly pomona to find out they were closed. TERRIBLE! First of all the costumer service was bad. Then one of the employees was giving bad quality attitude. I had just entered with my two kids who were really excited to get Jamba Juice but, in the end had to leave that horrid place with a sad frown on their face. Just as we finished ordering our drinks, I pull out my credit card to pay. Right that moment the cashier tells me that I was only allowed to pay with cash. So I once again I go back into my wallet to search for cash. I pull out a 50 dollar bill. Then the lady behind the cashier says that they didn't allow bills OVER 50 dollars. So i begin rummaging through my wallet AGAIN. I see I only had some spare change, $18 dollars but the total bill was $22 but not enough to cover the price. And there closing time is pathetic. They close at 10 pm yet stop serving at 7 pm. Never going back again. read more

I get the mango a gogo with extra extra blueberries and mango... it's super good.. sometimes there's extra when the drink is poured and they've ALWAYS given me the left over, since they just toss it out. But this time I was told (rudely)it's against their policy to do this, I asked why, she wasn't sure, she turned her back and walked away from me ... I was the only person in the store and stood there for a solid 13 minutes before someone even acknowledged that I was there, then proceeded to wait another 7 minutes just to get my drink and food item. They have covered up their bathroom sign and used a shelf to block access to the hallway back to the bathroom. I heard this has something to do with homeless people going back there, so I guess I can understand. However, there must be a better way? Perhaps a key you can borrow from behind the counter like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS with such problems does!? I was there my with 3 year old son and he said "Daddy, I have to pee". Any person with a toddler knows that if you don't address "potty time" immediately, you can end up with an accident. I asked the girl who was helping us at the register, "I know you don't have a public bathroom anymore, but my son really needs to go. Can he please use your bathroom?" She said no there's no bathroom to which I replied "so you're going to let a little kid pee his pants?" She came back with, "The Habit has a bathroom, you can take him there". Ok, so we're paying Jamba customers and you're going to send us next door, where we aren't eating, to use their bathroom, so they end up having the same problem with non-customers using their bathroom that has caused you to close yours!?
