What I appreciated most was that they are SUPER fast at communication and it's all done via text (which for a busy bride-to-be is truly ideal). I booked this as soon as I had confirmed our wedding date and I believe I owed a deposit (maybe $100?) I paid the rest the day of the wedding. Our driver showed up promptly and drove us girls to the church, then the whole party to the Botanical Gardens to take photos, then to the reception. For the amount of time we had him, it cost about $2,000 (which includes tip). The only constructive piece of feedback I have is that when we were inside the church (which was awhile because we had to get there around 12:30 and the ceremony didn't end until 2:30), the driver texted me and said "If you're okay with it, I'm gonna go and grab lunch." I obviously didn't see it when he sent it because I was getting married and all! But when we walked outside, I initially didn't see the bus. I looked at my phone and saw that text and my heart stopped. I was so scared that he left to grab something to eat when we needed him to get us to the Botanical Gardens ASAP! Luckily, my bridal party had asked him to drive behind the church so they could load the bus with drinks, so he wasn't far away. But all this to say that if a driver wants to grab something to eat, take a break, etc, they need to coordinate with the main contact ahead of time. There is no way me (or any other bride or groom) is going to text back. I would of course have told him yes had I known the timing--- it's just not a text I wanted to leave the church and see. Again, to be clear, he wasn't far away and the only reason he was not at the front of the church was because the bridal party had asked him to relocate for ease of transferring items. But it was certainly a 2 minute massive panic moment that (as you can see), I'm still not forgetting 6 months later. lol! But truly, I highly recommend Scottsdale Party Bus and have since seen their busses all over the city. Will always remind me of my special day!

Since everyone was traveling to Scottsdale for our wedding we figured having transportation would allow everyone to fully enjoy our wedding and pool party. After sending numerous emails, text messages and receiving photos of the bus to be used to shuttle our guests, we signed the agreement. Fast forward to the day of my wedding and I'm in the desert, having photos taken with my family and the bus driver calls to inform me he's at the pick up location but the air conditioning isn't working. There was not a back up plan he said and nothing we could do to remedy the issue. The guests were picked up and then began to inform me of the lack of air conditioning, ripped and dirty seats and the driver hadn't even bothered to open the windows of the bus. This was not the bus Shansan the owner sent me photos of either. I tend to think they knew the AC was broken because the driver of this supposed luxury party bus company showed up in gym shorts and a t-shirt to deliver my guests to a wedding at Troon North. The driver also didn't have directions or a working cell phone to navigate to the venue. My guests had to provide that as well as their own music...on a so called luxury party bus. After hearing from our guests that they didn't want to take the bus again, I contacted Shansan to say we'd like to speak about the final remainder due. Instead of responding he promptly charged our card for the remainder and went silent. After weeks trying to gain a resolution I finally got ahold of this James guy who strung me along on numerous emails stating he is working for someone who bought the company and if I am patient we will have a resolution - but make sure not to write a social media review or there will be no resolution. Honestly, I think James is actually Shansan and the change of ownership is a hoax. I think they were hoping I would eventually forget and not proceed in this manner. Needless to say, there was no resolution - we did not receive a refund and after sending them one final email last week to give them one last chance, there is not a response from Shansan or James or anyone.
