Great coffee shop! I enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance in this fresh new family owned business and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the coffee was. Highly recommend the Cadillac latte. High quality, premium ingredients are used in all the food and beverages but this was really special. Unbelievably creamy and satisfying. We enjoyed the chocolate croissant, almond and cinnamon roll, but my favorite was the homemade biscuit with butter and jam. Very fluffy and flaky. I would go back just for a biscuit. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Nice to support a local owner operated business. You can really appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into the small touches. read more

It's really nice inside. There was a line and lots of people inside, as well. They were really busy when I went and had many orders to fulfill. I liked the rounded bottom cups. I liked the lids, too but that's about as much as I liked. I ordered the Iced Maple Shaken Espresso and it was so gross. I literally only took a sip or two before I threw it away. It just wasn't good - super sour; not sweet at all. Did they forget the maple? Regardless, it just wasn't my jam. Parking is kind of a pain, especially if you miss it the first time, but I was able to eventually find one. read more

Came here to work while having breakfast. They have lots of seating inside and outlets along the walls. The biscuit is HUGE! It's served warm with butter and jam. Very tasty and filling. The Cadillac latte is a vanilla latte with espresso foam. Their syrups and foams are made in house. The latte was delicious and I'll be coming back just to get this latte. read more

With our Family living on the Miraleste side of the hill for generations now, we have seen the plaza throughout many different phases and with many different businesses. For a while now there has been nothing but real estate offices and the deli. A new, trendy business has been so needed. We were absolutely thrilled when we saw the signs go up for J.A.M. We waited and waited for the opening and finally it came, and we visited right away, the day after opening! I created the yelp account for J.A.M right after our visit as well, this spot is what our side of the hill needs! I hope they thrive! Walking in it immediately feels very clean and modern and is very nice. The menu has a good set of drinks including matcha, and they have pastries and snack food and I believe they will be having more food soon. They serve Stumptown coffee, which is super exciting and high-quality! Plenty of parking in the plaza as well! We ordered the Cadillac latte, the name alone had me interested and I am so glad we did. It is a vanilla latte with espresso cold foam and it was absolutely delicious. It will be my go to order! I highly suggest it! Everybody who worked here was super kind and the service was quick. We got a pastry as well and it was delicious. The seating area is pretty big and it has beautiful large windows that look out onto Miraleste Drive. I cannot wait to come again and sit and enjoy the view and sip a latte. Thank you to the owners for opening this place. You have made this side of the hill so much more exciting! read more

Wow!! 10 out of 5 stars. As a coffee connoisseur, this is the BEST coffee I've had in quite a while. I was immediately met with such kindness from the staff and an overall warm and inviting atmosphere. I ordered the Cadillac. I've had a multitude of cold foams, but never an espresso one and this has to be my new favorite! This drink was just absolute quality, and crafted beautifully. Ooh, this place is wonderful! I came twice during their soft opening, so not everything was on the menu yet, but it's clear this is going to be the place to be asap. Just a quick jump from Miraleste Middle School, they won't ever be short for business! The space is so cute, fresh and fun, and already it gets very busy. The owners and employees are friendly and welcoming. Their Cadillac latte was well recommended, and I their espresso foam is fluffy and tasty. I also tried their peach matcha, which didn't have a strong peach flavor, but I could tell the matcha was a good quality and when I asked for it sweetened, it was a good, delicate sweetness. I tried the hot wellness tea, which had chamomile, but was a little bit bitter so I think it needs some fine tuning. Something I loved were the little salad "pots". The Mediterranean one includes quinoa, chopped cucumbers, halved grape tomatoes and a little feta - fresh and delicious. They stock these super yummy Peanut Butter bars by Big Spoon Roasters that I loved! They are handcrafted in small batches and I immediately looked them up. The pastries are gorgeous looking and the Queen Amann was tasty - crisp croissanty layers with a crunch of sugar on the edges. We ordered chocolate croissants and a shaken maple espresso--all were great! My son (5 years old) said the barista was "the nicest barista ever!!" The shop itself was gorgeous--clean, well laid out. Stopped by for the first time this past weekend. They were busy and the energy was good. The matcha latte and hot choco were great and the breakfast sandwich was light and whole/healthy. The drip coffee needs some work, I don't think was it brewed correctly since it was very watery. But regardless we are looking to come back and keep supporting. 10/10 coffee, got the Cadillac quad shot, no notes. Brand new shop but operating smooth as butter. Pastries are amazing, biscuit and breakfast sandwich are really good. Service has been pleasant and efficient each time I've been. General ambiance is what one would expect of a small coffee shop. Quiet when empty not when full. read more

My wife and I visited J.AM. today. My decaf americano was good. My wife's espresso wasn't drinkable. Staff was nice, but appeared somewhat frustrated. The acoustics were such that my wife and I had difficulty hearing each other speak, and the store was only about 1/3 full. The store exhibits some promise, but its seems to be experiencing some newness/growing-pains issues. I hope they can resolve them, as we would like to see J.A.M succeed!!! read more

I was excited to try this new neighborhood coffee shop and really wanted to love it. The space is lovely, and it's always great to see new local businesses join the community. Unfortunately, the service felt inattentive and unfriendly, and the matcha latte lacked flavor and quality. I also live in walking distance to the JAM Coffee Shop and went on its 2nd day of opening. Similar to other reviews here the place is very nice looking, super clean and modern and in a great location. I had a danish and a cappuccino and they were excellent. They are still early in the process so some of their food items were not yet available but i am in no rush. I will be back. I am super happy they are there, we definitely needed a coffee spot for the Miraleste peeps. read more
